【新唐人北京時間2026年10月23日訊】圍繞星鏈（Starlink）的網速限制問題，目前各方依然各執一詞。美國總統川普週四（22日）表示，事情正在變得非常有趣，並表示，馬斯克「恢復了」星鏈網速。但據媒體23日報導，烏克蘭的星鏈網路仍存在問題。
英國廣播公司（BBC）23日報導，目前烏克蘭軍方正在持續監控星鏈和星盾（Starshield）網路的運作情況，並表示目前尚無證據表明這些限制已被解除。
上週，烏克蘭表示，通往低地球軌道衛星的上行鏈路速度受到限制，影響了無人機的飛行速度。官員稱，任何飛行時速超過161公里的無人機都會失去連線。
不久之後，馬斯克表示，「星盾」系統由美國軍方控制，「星鏈」只限於民用和防禦活動。
之後，美國國務卿盧比奧也確認，星盾是與美國軍方簽訂的合約項目，與烏克蘭毫無關係，烏克蘭希望使用星盾，但目前他們無法使用該系統。
川普總統也多次否認故意限制烏克蘭的網路。週四，川普總統拒絕透露他與馬斯克之前的互動，但他表示：「總之，他（馬斯克）恢復了（連接速度）。」

但現在，烏克蘭又表示限制依然存在。
烏克蘭表示星鏈服務受到限制前，川普與俄羅斯達成柴油供應協議，川普也警告烏克蘭總統澤連斯基不要攻擊俄羅斯的煉油廠，因為這關係到全球油價穩定的問題。但烏克蘭似乎沒有聽從勸告。川普因此多次表示不滿，並說烏克蘭需要換一位總統參與俄烏和平談判。
此後，澤連斯基與川普特使威特科夫在挪威首都奧斯陸會面。週三（21日），澤連斯基告訴福克斯新聞，他將接受一項將戰爭凍結在現有戰線上的協議。
此前，美國副總統萬斯告訴記者，他理解馬斯克不想捲入兩個國家的戰爭，所以他認為此事與馬斯克無關。
他同時提醒，具有諷刺意味的是，此前歐洲國家要對Space X發起監管和許可之戰，現在又要求SpaceX必須幫忙。
他說：「我認為這恰恰印證了總統多年來一直強調的一點：歐洲國家依賴美國的科技、企業和軍隊，同時，歐洲政治領袖卻熱衷於抨擊他們如此依賴的美國盟友。」
