【新唐人北京時間2026年10月26日訊】週日（10月25日）晚，歐洲巴爾幹半島國家塞爾維亞的選舉結果揭曉，學生名單黨（Student List）贏得了壓倒性勝利，在議會250個席位中佔據140席。執政的塞爾維亞進步黨（SNS）這次贏得了104個席位，近14年來首次淪為在野黨。
歐洲新聞台（Euronews）報導指出，塞爾維亞週日的選舉結果會被銘記為該國現代史上最重要的政治轉折點之一，此次選舉變天的力量並非來自傳統的在野黨，而是學生運動。
學生名單黨源自於數月的學生抗議運動，該運動後來發展成為該國的主導政治力量，將最初的社會反抗力量轉化為參與選舉的政黨。據CNBC新聞網報導，學生名單黨的候選人多是專業人士、運動員、農民及藝術家。
歐洲新聞台的報導指出，自從塞爾維亞進步黨上台以來，亞歷山大·武契奇（Aleksandar Vučić）及其政治聯盟幾乎完全掌控了塞爾維亞的政治生活。十多年來，反對黨一再試圖打破這種格局，但都以失敗告終。
而學生運動成功地將各種形式的不滿匯聚在一起，包括要求機構問責、法治、政治變革等呼聲，並形成了一股勢力，使得小黨派消失。此次選舉主要是兩個主導政治力量的對決：學生名單黨和塞爾維亞進步黨。

選舉結果出爐後，學生名單黨收到了來自歐洲高級官員的祝賀，包括歐洲理事會主席安東尼奧·科斯塔（Antonio Kosta）、歐盟委員會主席烏爾蘇拉·馮德萊恩（Ursula von der Leyen）和歐盟擴大事務專員瑪爾塔·科斯（Marta Kos）。其他歐洲政治家也表示祝賀，包括匈牙利總理彼得·馬扎爾（Péter Magyar）。這顯示，學生名單黨的勝利被視為塞爾維亞與歐盟關係可能開啟政治新篇章的標誌。

在選舉結果還沒有完全出來之前，武契奇就接受了敗選結果。他還預計塞爾維亞在新政府的領導下將對俄羅斯實施制裁。此舉將標誌著塞爾維亞外交政策的重大轉變。此前，塞爾維亞在與俄國保持密切的政治、經濟和歷史聯繫的同時，也積極尋求加入歐盟。
這位即將卸任的總統還警告說，選舉結果可能會向投資者發出負面信號，原因是一個全新的政治體制過渡可能會引發投資者對政治穩定性、經濟政策、監管以及塞爾維亞未來外交政策走向的質疑。
