What's going on y'all? It's Claude, you're checking me out again and mostly healthy food reviews.
What's going on y'all? What's going on? Happy Monday. Happy start to your week. Hope everybody's
week is good. It's productive, you get things done. One quick question, just want to make
sure we're good, we're vibing, we're chilling. You ready? Did you miss me? Did you miss me?
Act like I never left. Again, my name is Claude, the channel, Mostly Healthy Food Reviews. This
is actually home of some of the realest food reviews you're going to get anywhere. I'm
standing on that. 10 toes down, man. 10 toes down, man. All business. If the food is good,
I'm going to talk about it. If not, still going to talk about it. A few weeks ago, I did a video
downtown Bridgeport where I live, where I reside, where I represent. Basically, it was of a new
restaurant that's going to remain nameless during this particular video and or conversation.
I actually went in and did a video at a place that I had a little pushback on, a little feedback.
Although I felt like I was right in the situation and a lot of people agree with me,
some people didn't. They questioned me and they wanted to know why I did certain things that I
did. As an example, I went into a particular establishment like I've always done, 800 videos
later, seven years later. I basically started to film on the inside of the restaurant. Some people
were like, okay, no big deal. Some people were like, oh, you have to ask permission. You got
to do this and do that. Although I understand you guys' position, my videos have always been
110% honest, real transparent. Three things that I love about what I do. What that means is
most times, nine times out of 10, 9.999 times out of 10, I'm going to come into your establishment
and I'm going to record. I don't record people's faces or anything, especially likeness issues and
lawsuits and all that other good stuff. However, I want to make sure that I am treated exactly
the way that you are. I spend my hard-earned money, just like you do, going to these places
to try the foods. If I was to walk into an establishment, try the food, but before I do,
announce who I am, announce what I'm doing there, guess what? Chances are this restaurant is going
to bring out the red carpet for me. They're going to bring out the good silverware, so to speak.
They're going to treat me differently than they would say treat you because they realize that
I'm actually filming. That's why I don't announce who I am and what I'm doing. I try to be really
incognito, film the way I film, that way you get the best and most honest take as far as what
happened to me with the service, the pricing, and of course the food. See where I'm going with this
now, guys? For people that were questioning why I do what I do. It's worked in the past.
I was going downtown Bridgeport. I had to go see my man, Joe Scott. What's going on, sir? Salute.
Joe has been my barber since forever. I actually met him with the fellows down at Chapter One.
Big shout out to Marley. Big shout out to John. Big shout out to Harv. Big shout out to all the
fellows at Chapter One Barbershop. That's where I started getting haircuts. You actually build
relationships with cats through the years. All my guys that know about barbering and
barbershops and the kind of relationship you build with your barber, they last forever.
Joe, thank you for your services, brother. This is one of the best barbers that I've
actually ever been to. He's a real cat, real dude, and I love his service. My man, Joe Scott.
My man. My man. A couple of weeks ago, I was actually downtown Bridgeport perusing the streets,
going around doing things I got to do. However, I came across a place called Artisan Stack. Yes,
downtown Bridgeport, Fairfield Avenue, and I wanted to find out if the food was good. Artisan
Stack Cafe. What do you guys have for me today? Let's find out. Mostly healthy food reviews.
All right, y'all, before we get started, give me one moment. All right, let's get started. All
right, so I'm going to go ahead and just say it now to get this out of the way. This eggplant
parm grinder is nuts. Bread is extremely soft. This thing is so hot, I'm burning my hand,
even holding the foil paper on it. Let's just go ahead and do it, y'all.
Grinder bread is so soft. The eggplant is falling out, so cheesy, saucy. You see the back of it,
it's charred, guys. Somebody seasoned the mess out of this sandwich. The eggplant, extremely fresh.
Now, obviously, they have different types of sandwiches you can go with,
but I wanted to do something a little healthier today.
This is so good, I don't want to stop chewing it. The bread is crispy on the outside because of the
char. It's almost like a gummy consistency, but it's perfect. It actually hugs the eggplant.
There is nothing wrong with this sandwich at all. Breaded eggplant cutlet grinder is one of my
favorites. It really, really is. They actually did their thing on this thing. If y'all like
eggplant like me, y'all need to pull up and try this one. This is nuts. Here's my margarita.
Oh, that's a nice setup. I can't drink this right now like I want to, but this is a nice setup.
That is Artisan's Black Cherry Margarita. Oh, that's good. That's a good margarita.
I almost forgot to score my eggplant grinder. The eggplant grinder, to be honest with you,
that was a great, great grinder. I'm going with a nine and a half out of 10 on it.
It's very, very flavorful. The sauce is perfect. It just complements that eggplant,
which is breaded, and it's just laid perfectly on that bread with that cheese. Yes, yes, yes.
The margarita. I'm going with a nine on the margarita. Now, Artisan's Personals are small
pizzas. They're like a 10 or 11 inch margarita pizza, y'all. One of my favorites. It got the
leopard spots on the bottom of the crust, cheese, the sauce. Excellent. This is actually a good
margarita. It's actually better than eating a large pizza by yourself. Who does that?
I can't do that. Good pizza.
Easily 10 out of 10, y'all. 10 out of 10, Artisan Stacks Margarita. This is a personal.
Is this fried or veggie? Because why not? The channel's mostly healthy. Thin crust.
Artisan Stacks veggie slice. Another 10 out of 10, y'all. I'm going to go ahead and do it.
Another 10 out of 10. Y'all know I love my Yeti, right? And there you have it. That is Artisan
Stack Cafe, Bridgeport, Connecticut. The reviews are stellar, and everybody I've talked to locally
basically keeps saying that this place is a really good place to try as far as the food,
the entertainment, the ambiance, the pricing, and even the service. Ladies and gentlemen,
if you like the videos that I do, do me a favor. Click subscribe. Turn notifications on. That way,
you get them when I drop them. I'm dropping my videos Mondays, Fridays, 11 a.m. Eastern Standard,

Claude at Mostly Healthy Food Reviews. YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok. I'm all
over social media. If there's a health bonus in my food, it's an added bonus, baby. Let me get up
out of here. Y'all be cool on the other side of the pillow. I'll talk to y'all next time.
