[Day 4 - Brisbane] Gold Coast - Surfers Paradise

So we are having our breakfast at the asian restaurant. Mommy what did you order? I ordered yeah it's a special fried rice with chicken and prawns. Yeah. And really yummy. And what did I order? The answer is nasi. So the food is here. Yeah. Let's see what we got. I got nasi goreng. Oh sorry he got nasi goreng and I got free special fried rice with chicken and prawns. Nasi. Fried rice. Yay. Well that looks yummy. Look at that. You should open yours. Yeah you can open mine. Exact same. Look at that. It's a bit different. That's exact same. All right let's get into it. After grabbing some breakfast in Brisbane, we jumped in the car and started making our way down to the Gold Coast. Yeah the stretch of coastline famous for its epic surf beaches, wild theme parks and buzzing nightlife. While places like Sea World, Dream World, Wet and Wild and the scenic Byron Bay often steals the headlines, the true heart of Gold Coast lies in the Surfers Paradise where sleek skyscrapers rise dramatically along the seafront. And that is precisely where we are heading this morning. Rather than following the usual tourist trail, we are giving everything else a miss and focusing all our attention on Surfers Paradise itself. So we are in the city of Gold Coast now. We just went past Griffith University and now we are heading towards the main city centre. So that's all the buildings of the city. Small and a beautiful city. So we are walking towards a lagoon sort of place. Yeah boats everywhere. So what are you guys doing here? What are you guys doing? Oh my god. A humongous step by Mr. Master Aryan. Oh my dogs. Yeah because the water is going to splash it out isn't it? I just did mummy's second trail all the way there. Daddy's gonna do it now. Yeah so now he's gonna make the steps. Oh no I'm gonna make the steps and then he has to follow. I mean he has to make the second one. So three, two, one. Oh my god the sand is so windy guys. That's the beach. Uh-oh too many. And target mission complete. Mission complete. Mission complete. High five. Aryan and mummy out of the surfers paradise. Mummy, Aryan. It's too windy. Yeah it's uh well it's an open ocean. What do you expect? You got your glasses? What kind of exercise is that? What kind of exercise is that? It's so beautiful. We are in surfers paradise and look at the view. Look at the ocean. Like you need nothing. You just need a comfy chair and not even a chair. Just sit on the wet sand. Enjoy the cold freezing water. So good and there's no one can disturb you. I can see a lot of tourists just just walking without thinking much. It's like normal people and holding hands and just cozy feeling cozy. Mummy has found some place to go. Mummy has found a cliff. Yeah. Going to the subway. So yeah. Oh look at that. They're closing the shop now. It's five o'clock. Oh no. Aryan, what are you doing mate? All right, get up, get up. It's morning. Come on, come on. You're angry and happy. Why is that so? And he got happy. Come on, let's go. So we are heading back now to the car park. We got McDonald's, Hungry Jack's, everything in here. Subway. Now you guys are gonna get good luck. Same way we came in, it's about to get thunderstorm and rain. Yeah, we saw that double rainbow.
