Welcome to NTD Evening News, our top story tonight.
President Trump giving his message on the midterm elections
in front of the reflecting pool at the Lincoln Memorial.
He delivers his closing message ahead of what he calls
the most important midterm election in Americans' lifetime.
What he's highlighting
and what he says about potential military action against Iran.
Iris Tao reports.
A surprise endorsement shakes up Michigan's Senate race.

Republican Mike Rogers what it means for the final push
in a race that may decide control of the Senate.

the Supreme Court rejecting the Justice Department's ballot request.
The administration asked the high court
to help set aside 20,000 ballots in California.

a three-day operation, including 40 illegal immigrant truck drivers.

and the investigation now underway.
This is NTD Evening News,
live from our global headquarters in New York City.
Here's Kerry Dunst.
Good evening. Thank you for joining us tonight.
President Trump delivered his closing message
of the midterm campaign today
at the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool, newly refilled and reopened.
He's calling Tuesday's vote the most important midterm of our lifetime
and urging his supporters to defy history and turn out the vote.
Joining us now live is NTD's White House correspondent, Iris Tao.
She is on the North Lawn of the White House.
Good evening, Iris. What's the latest from the president?
Good evening to you as well, Carrie.
President Trump today delivering
his closing message ahead of tomorrow's midterms
at the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool,
which is now officially opened today.
The president urging voters to go out and vote,
saying that it's a matter of our nation's future,
urging voters to protect the nation's heritage and culture
against what he calls dangerous and failed ideologies.
Watch.
This is the last day before the midterm elections,
the most important midterm, I believe, in our lifetime.
The Democrat Party has nominated the most extreme
and dangerous slate of candidates in American history.
These are the most dangerous candidates ever put up.
We'll defend our country, our culture,
and our heritage for generations to come.
We're going to keep it the way it is.
We're going to make it better and just.
And the president's speech today capped
a month of non-stop marathon campaigning.
By the president's own count,
he held 30 rallies in just 32 days in the past months alone.
And today alone, he held nine tele-rallies.
Democrats, meanwhile, have been pointing to the administration's record
of what they call high gas prices and affordability issues.
But the president, meanwhile, framing this election as a clear choice,
today saying that Democrats could reopen the nation's border
and let millions of illegal immigrants come in
and also could raise taxes by what he calls trillions of dollars.
The president, meanwhile, also using a quite visual example,
pointing to the now-renovated Lincoln Reflection Pool
and holding pictures, actually, showing the before and after pictures,
saying that this is how he would make the nation,
and, of course, including the nation's capital,
safer and more beautiful.
His closing message.
President Trump is urging voters to come out and vote,
saying that it's all about turnout,
also saying that he could defy a historical pattern.
If the people that voted for me
and voted in the last election where we had such a great victory,
if they go out and vote, just a good portion of them,
we will win in a landslide.
For some reason, the sitting president doesn't win the midterms,
but we gave this a very strong shot.
And Kerry, in a new development tonight, the president, who has
been for weeks sharply criticizing a reported scheme by Alaska Democrat
Mary Paltola to pull votes from Republican Senator Dan Sullivan,
he's posting tonight saying that lawyers are hiding
the other Alaska candidate, Daniel J. Sullivan.
He again, meanwhile, called for Paltola to not only resign,
but also be charged.
Back to you.
And Iris, in addition to the election results,
all eyes now are on the next steps in the Iran conflict.
What did the president say about Iran today?
Sure. So the president today telling Axios in an interview
that there is, quote, no rush to decide on bombing Iran again.
And after his speech, when being asked by a reporter about
if he's going to relaunch strikes against Iran after
the midterm election, he answered no.
Vice President J.D. Vance saying that he also talked
to the president about this exact topic of Iran today, saying that they
are seeing good progress and potential talks to negotiate peace deals.
Adding, though, that kinetic options remain on the table.
Back to you.
All right.
Thank you for that update, Iris.
And President Trump says options
are on the table to protect his staff members
if the Democrats take control of Congress.
Here he is speaking today on Pod Force One with Miranda Devine.
Well, I don't know about me.
I can tell you this.
Yes.
If they do, we'll just have to protect those people.
How do you do that?
Can you preemptively pardon them?
Well, that's what Biden did.
He gave everybody a pardon.
I mean, you had the congressional committee,
the unselect committee set up.
He gave every, it was a corrupt committee.
They were all corrupt.
He gave everybody a pardon.
Will you do that?
I would if I needed to, sure.
Everybody who worked for you?
I would not even think about it.
I'd do it.
I did it for J6.
President Trump says he'll protect everyone
who has worked for his administration.
This comes as Democrats threaten
to prosecute members of the Trump administration,
including Elon Musk. The president
also says he will veto all bills that come out of Congress
if Democrats should take control.
He stressed that the midterm elections are important
and that he can still do a lot over the next two years.
One of the biggest Senate races in the country
is coming down to the wire in Michigan.
Just before Election Day, Michigan Democratic Congresswoman
Haley Stevens now endorsing Republican Mike Rogers.
And to these, Jack Bradley is in Sterling Heights, Michigan.
Jack, what are the candidates
and voters saying so much here on the line?
Yeah, Gary, well, this race has taken
a very dramatic turn just ahead of the election.
Democrat Congresswoman Haley Stevens is making clear
that she doesn't stand with Michigan's
Democrat Senate candidate, Abdul El-Sayed,
who beat her in the primaries.
Over the weekend, she endorsed Republican Mike Rogers,
and she has criticized El-Sayed's
association with online influencer Hassan Piker,
who has been facing backlash since
his 2019 comments saying that America deserved
the September 11th attacks.
Here she is.
My vote for Senate is going
to be with Mike Rogers, and I will tell you why.
Because we have to stand with country.
We can't stand with hate.
We can't stand with Hassan Piker.
Many Democrats are denouncing Stevens for endorsing a Republican,
but Republican Mike Rogers is welcoming it,
calling it an example of putting Michigan ahead of party politics.
Meanwhile, El-Sayed is pushing back against all this criticism.
Take a look.
At the end of the day, I actually don't think about Haley Stevens.
See what I'm saying?
Like I said, the 9,999,998 people who are not those two.
Because you know what? I'm just less interested
in the politics of it all than I am in the policy of it all.
When young Jewish women have to hide their Star of Davids
to walk across the University of Michigan campus, we have gone too far.
When young men have to wear ball caps over their yarmulkes
because they are getting harassed for being Jewish,
we have gone too far.
And this endorsement comes at a critical moment.
We're here at a voting center in Sterling Heights,
a key battleground area in Michigan that could help determine
which party ends up controlling the Senate.
A Rogers is campaigning on lowering costs, tax cuts,
and arguing that El-Sayed, his opponent, is too far to the left.
El-Sayed is running on a progressive platform,
including Medicare for All,
a wealth tax on billionaires, and abolishing ICE.
Here's what voters are telling me.
All the way, Mike Roger. I don't want to change
the health care. I like where I'm at.
When you look at the Canada health care, it doesn't sound good to me.
Because you have to wait months and months for,
if you have a surgery or operation. I don't want that.
We didn't want Trump in office anymore, so Abdul El-Sayed wants that.
He wants to make sure that we have good gas prices.
Democrat Congresswoman Haley Stevens has just come out
and endorsed the Republican Mike Rogers in the Senate.
Did that impact your vote at all?
Yes, I think it was very condescending.
That solidified my vote for Abdul because previously she
was totally against him and now she's just, you know, giving two-face.
I don't know what's going on over there, but I don't trust it.
I was a little surprised, but I think she saw something
on the left that really disturbed her. She saw that, you know.
Candidly, the Democratic Party is no longer.
They were a great party 20 years ago.
I've never really been a Democrat.
I've been an independent.
But it was a decent party.
Now it's turned to a bunch of loonies.
And the stakes extend well beyond Michigan.
Rogers' victory would flip a Senate seat Democrats have held
for more than four decades,
making it harder for Democrats to take back the Senate.
And right now, both campaigns are heavily focused
on getting their supporters out to vote tomorrow.
Back to you.
All right. Thanks for that reporting, Jack, in Michigan.
And joining us now is Ralph Rebant.
He's the former 2026 Michigan gubernatorial candidate.
Ralph has previously presided over
the Republican convention.
Ralph, thank you for joining us this evening. This has been
quite a series of events in Michigan,
and it's really captivating the nation. I want to get
your thoughts on Stephen's crossing party lines
in our endorsement of a Republican.
Well, I found it interesting.
Thank you for having me on, by the way, Kirk. I found it
interesting that when she was announced a couple
of days ago that her fiance was endorsing
Mike Rogers, I thought to myself, well,
maybe that's going to be an ex-fiance. But the bottom
line is you have the Democrats whose tent is so big
that they don't even know who they are anymore.
And Haley Stevens is experiencing that firsthand.
You can take everybody under your tent,
except someone who dissents on one candidate,
and then you get ostracized.
Haley's been saying things that I would agree with on this point that
you got to put country over party.
I mean, if we don't believe that, we're going to lose America.
I think as we look at El Sayed,
this impact of her changing over and voting for Rogers
is going to make a difference.
But it's already been a lot of people have
been saying he's no good for us.
They talk about the democratic socialist,
but I would say that he's the leader of the
democratic terrorist party.
He is no good.
His associations with Hassan Piker
and all of the other Muslim Brotherhood associations
in his family really demonstrate who he is.
And when he said, when he was debating Rogers,
it's not about me, it's about you, the American
people.
It is about him because he is his philosophy
and it is to not assimilate and it's to not
protect the American people.
And Ralph Rogers applauded Stevens, saying that for her courage,
he said Michigan is a purple state.
And he also said it's the soul of the nation.
What do you think Rogers meant by that?
Well, you know, there's a phrase
that floats around Michigan all the time.
As Michigan goes, so goes the nation.
And we really believe that here as Michiganders,
because, you know, we've seen.
California flowed off into the Pacific Ocean.
We've seen New York out into the Atlantic Ocean.
And Michigan's like one of the last strongholds of basic America
and common sense. And we've seen
our state drift. And I believe that there's no way,
no chance that Syed's going to win this.
I would be totally shocked unless somehow it was stolen.
He's not going to win. As I look at
The purple state issue, I understand what Mike is saying
because that's kind of how the elections have gone back
and forth over the last 40 decades or four decades.
But the reality is Michigan is red.
It's just red doesn't come out to vote.
And so we've been working hard with the churches.
We had actually a black pastor's roundtable a week ago
in a town hall in a black church in Detroit.
Right. And.
You know, I don't know what these other pastors are doing.
Well, actually, I do know.
I may just add this.
Thank
Mary Sheffield, who is the mayor of Detroit,
her dad's a pastor in Detroit.
And I'm wondering, why are all these pastors getting behind El Sayed?
He's not going to promote blacks in any way.
And then you find out that her dad,
who's a pastor, received $75,000 to endorse him.
you.
You know, that's how they get the vote.
To me, that's just selling your soul.
And Haley Stevens is courageous, and I'm proud of her.
And we're seeing this cross-party endorsement happen more and more.
We saw it in Pennsylvania
with Senator John Fetterman coming across party lines.
He endorsed Republican Senator Dave McCormick,
his colleague in Pennsylvania.
And then up in Alaska, we saw Senator Lisa Murkowski,
Republican, endorsing Democratic gubernatorial candidate.
So I want to get your thoughts on this phenomena of the party lines
coming across party lines and sort of where things stand at the moment.
Well, I actually I think that's a great, healthy thing
to see people cross party lines, especially here in Michigan.
There was a House representative named Karen Whitsett,
and you may have heard of her.
She's a representative from Detroit.
She said, I can't vote with the Democratic Party anymore.
And unfortunately, she was ostracized. She was taken off her committees
and she basically just showed up to vote.
And that's sad, but the reality is allowing people freedom of thought.
And freedom of speech, that is American.
And you won't find that in Middle Eastern countries.
You'll find that in America.
And that's why I applaud it.
Even if I don't agree with Lisa Murkowski,
I still applaud her for standing up for what
her personal beliefs are and being public about it.
It is fascinating to watch this unfold across the nation,
this sort of reordering of the
political lines as President Trump, of course,
has completely remade the Republican Party
as to maybe a more of a working class party.
But I do want to come back to Michigan as we finish up.
I just want to get your final thoughts on Stephen's supporters.
Could they push Rogers over the edge?
We saw in that package from Jack
that really going hard after the black and Jewish vote.
Your thoughts?
Yes, I think that her supporters in Detroit, Flint,
Um,
St. Joseph, Saginaw, her supporters are going to come out
and vote for Rogers.
And I can't say enough good about what she has done
in order to keep out Syed from the Senate.
We're just looking at Michigan and saying we need to save this state.
It's too great.
I mean, I'll say it's the most beautiful state in the country.
I've been to many, many states from California to New York.
And I wouldn't trade Michigan for anything,
and that's why it's worth staying in the fight.
And as I said, I applaud her for putting country over party.
All right.
Well, we will be watching Michigan very closely over the next 36 hours.
Ralph Urban, thank you so much for joining us this evening.
Thank you, Kerry.
Appreciate you.
Next, a pivotal development
for election integrity just one day before election day.
The Supreme Court rejecting a request
from the Justice Department regarding ballots in California.
The administration asked the high court
to help set aside 20,000 mail-in ballots
cast by people that may not be U.S. citizens.
And today, our Arlene Richards has more.
The Justice Department on Monday appealing
to the Supreme Court just one day before an election that could decide
which party controls Congress.
They want 20,000 mail-in ballots in California
to be temporarily set aside, claiming that those ballots
are likely being cast by people who are not U.S. citizens.
The Justice Department wrote in a court filing, once illegally
cast ballots are counted and co-mingled with lawful votes.
The resulting harm is impossible to remedy.
Lower court rulings have denied the request.
U.S. District Court Judge David Carter said
in a written opinion last Wednesday
that a ruling in the Trump administration's favor could create chaos
and cause thousands of registered voters to potentially lose the right
that generations of Americans have fought to preserve.
He added that the administration failed to provide sufficient evidence
that it used a credible process for creating its list.
The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals agreed.
Attorneys for California had argued it already has
safeguards against non-citizen voting in place
and that the federal list may contain errors
that would negatively impact eligible voters.
The case stems from an October 15 Justice Department lawsuit
alleging that California is interfering
with the enforcement of a federal law
that bars non-citizens from voting in federal elections.
Arlene Richards, NTD News.
And Homeland Security says 40 illegal
immigrant commercial truck drivers
were arrested during a three-day operation targeting illegal CDLs.
NTD correspondent Jason Blair has the details.
On this operation, we inspected 1,005 trucks,
so 1,005 trucks. We got 40.
Illegals that were having illegal driver's licenses,
illegal CDLs off the road.
More than 230 illegal immigrants, including over 40 CDL holders,
were arrested in a 72-hour,
15-state operation targeting unauthorized commercial driver's licenses.
This is a huge public safety issue in Oklahoma.
When it comes to somebody driving an 80,000-pound truck who...
Has not been trained properly, can't read and speak English,
and we've seen the devastating effects of this around the country.
A CDL driver that was issued a driver's license from California,
and he came in across the Mexico border from India.
They gave his first name and the last name to say no name given.
How is that even possible? During the operation,
authorities say a Honduran national who was in the
country illegally was driving a stolen vehicle.
When a trooper stopped and tried to arrest him,
the man assaulted the trooper.
The trooper suffered a dislocated elbow and a broken arm.
The individual was able to escape his custody,
resulted in about a four-hour manhunt. We ended up
Finding the individual and able to take him into custody.
DHS Secretary Mark Wayne Mullen says during the operation,
a trooper stopped a vehicle that had six occupants in it,
one of which was a juvenile female
who had crossed the border unaccompanied.
This 17-year-old that was traveling with six males, can you
imagine what this young girl, 17, had been trafficked for years?
Oklahoma Public Safety Commissioner Tim Tipton says during an operation
in Oklahoma last September, over half the semis stopped had drivers
who were untrained illegal immigrants.
Tipton says now that percentage is much lower,
but troopers won't let up. Jason Blair, NTD News.
Thank you, Jason.

Welcome back to NTD Evening News. I'm Kerry Dunst.
As Representative Nancy Pelosi retires
after decades in Congress, her seat now up for grabs.
NTD's David Lam speaks with people
in San Francisco on what matters to them.
Here in San Francisco, two Democratic candidates
are eyeing for Nancy Pelosi's position.
California State Senator Scott Weiner and San Francisco
Supervisor Connie Chan competing for California District 11,
which covers most of San Francisco.
People tell NTD what their top concerns are.
I think the person who is replacing Nancy Pelosi has a huge job to do.
It's a really important job to fill to protect our democracy,
and that's really on my mind since I dropped off my ballot here.
I have a lot of concerns, really, more about what's going on
in the executive branch in the federal government.
And so what I would like to make sure is that people continue
to have access to and good health care.
People have access to food and shelter.
Former House Speaker Pelosi has served
in the House of Representatives since 1987.
While candidates Wiener and Chan are in the same political party,
their views on San Francisco's urbanization differ.
Weiner advocates for more public transit,
bicycle lanes, and urban housing development,
while Chan says she wants to avoid changes
that disrupt residents or driving lanes.
She is skeptical that private development will decrease living costs.
Both candidates support LGBT-friendly policies and Medicare for All.
I like San Francisco, but very bad roads.
I am very homeless, very much homeless.
I don't understand what is it.
Whether the next congress member can do it, you know, more housing,
I have no opinion just how quickly.
I love living in the city.
It's a multicultural, thriving area with arts, culture, parks.
But I'm really concerned about the unhoused population
and the mental health crisis in our city.
Wiener has made national headlines for his housing policy,
and Chan is a Tenants' Rights supporter with Pelosi's endorsement.

Thank you.

Adopting teen sisters?
A lot.
Girls!
You're gonna be late!
You want breakfast?
No thanks, we're good.
They're always in their own world.
Twice the work.
Twice the surprises.
Just try it.
But if you think of it that way, they're also twice as fulfilling.
Is it okay to call you mom?
Of course you can.
You see certain things get reincarnated in your children.
You see certain things get reincarnated in your children.
You see certain things get reincarnated in your children.
You see certain things get reincarnated in your children.
You see certain things get reincarnated in your children.
You see certain things get reincarnated in your children.
My daughter is very much inspired by my wife's artistic pursuits.
So my daughter started making necklaces.
She makes what we call affirmation fashion.
I tell her every day that your black is beautiful.
Your black is beautiful.
Black is beautiful.
If there's anything better than being beautiful, it's being smart.
If there's anything better than being smart, it's being kind.
And reaffirming that every day is our method
of making sure her chin never drops.
My dad wasn't around, and I remember riding a bike and falling off
and cutting myself, and me never would just want to get back on it.
People ask, how your children learn how to ride a bike, and you didn't.
I didn't teach them. I just created an environment where
they taught themselves, and all I had to do was be there.
Eyes forward. Don't drive distracted.
Welcome back to NTD Evening News. I'm Cary Dunst.
The midterms are here, and like many families,
my kids are off for election day
so that their school gym can be used for voting.
Joining us to discuss families and the mom vote is Debbie Kralitis.
She's vice president of Moms
for America. Debbie, thanks for joining us this evening.
Let's talk about the importance of the
mom vote.
Boy, it is an important vote to the moms that are watching.
I know everyone is very anxious about this election, and we're voting.
We're voting for the future of our children.
Absolutely, Carrie.
All right.
Tell us about Moms for America
and the types of activities you guys are engaging in right
now as we get really into the final lap here.
What we're really talking to our moms about,
and this has been a message.
For Moms for America, for 20 years right now, is your vote matters.
Your children are fighting.
You're fighting for your children's future.
And that really what is on that ballot box is a vote
for what kind of America they will grow up in.
And moms are concerned on every corner.
They're concerned about the education.
They're concerned about the safety
in their neighborhood, what's happening on the borders.
Will they have parental rights?
Will our Constitution rights be respected and honored as moms and dads?
And we have to be voting.
There are consequences from elections.
And so I think that really has
been extremely revealed across this nation that if we don't
vote, somebody else is voting.
And if we're not voting our values,
someone else is taking their values and their influence
and placing it on you.
And a lot of that is just not safe and is not constitutional.
So we really have to be showing up and really voting our values.
We're walking, we're talking, we're calling,
we're mobilizing, we're sharing what is important
about your vote, mom.
And why is it so crucial that you get
to the polls this election like you did the last
And the election before that.
All right, moms, certainly the heart of the nation.
I think everybody could agree to that.
Tell us about, you touched on some of the key issues,
but what do you think this midterm,
what are the most central issues for moms?
Well, our kids.
I mean, we're concerned about the future for them.
I think in the past, it's been parental rights.
It's been education.
It has been who is, who has the say.
in raising our children.
And the government has overstepped their way over their line.
They came in and said, you know what,
parents, you don't really matter. In fact,
you're domestic terrorists. We saw that play out before.
And they continue this mantra
of we know better than you do.
In fact, parents, we're not going to tell you what's happening in
the school. We're not going to let you know what
your child's name is at school, what their gender
We've seen some incredible stepping on parents' parental rights.
And at the end of the day, we're the moms,
we're the parents, we're raising our kids
and you are here to help support us not to raise our kids.
So that at the end of the day, I think it just comes to that, Carrie.
We want to parent our children
and we want to save America where they can grow, love,
dream and have a hopeful future where they can raise a family
and they can be a mom and
a dad.
I mean, a lot is on the line.
America, we've seen the battle for America play out.
And it is playing out again this election,
clearly all across the country.
And when we talk about parental rights,
what advice do you have for moms, not only as they vote,
but also as they engage in their local communities?
Get involved. And I know we hear this from our moms across the country.
They're so busy. A lot
of them are working. They're raising families.
They're trying to build and teach and train their
children. And they don't like politics.
In general, no one does, really. It's never anyone's
preferred preference to be talking about politics.
It's tough. But legislation, your school boards,
Running for a library,
so you know what's happening at your library and what's on their
school, on those shelves in your library.
I mean, all of this, we have to be involved in our
community. And moms are the best ones
to do that because they have a special gift and a special
discernment and they're problem solvers.
And so moms, yes, not only are you voting, which is so important
Check us out, go to momsforamerica.us
if you're still looking for any information.
But your vote is so important
in your involvement in your community.
You help decide the future of your community
on how you get involved and the questions that you ask
and the people that you put in leadership.
It's all so important and it's our responsibility.
It's another responsibility, but it's our responsibility
and we're doing it.
All right, Debbie, and as we start to finish up,
your final message to moms who might,
you know, they're sitting on the sidelines.
They're like, yeah, you know, I think that
I'm in a blue state or I'm in a red state.
What do you have to say to them?
And it's true when you say that blue state versus red state.
And a lot of moms think, my vote doesn't matter,
but your vote does matter.
And sometimes in counties and in towns and cities,
someone loses by a point or 10 points
or 15 points or a very small margin.
And the battle is real.
We can't give up.
Our vote matters.
And if we're not voting, someone else is voting their values.
So moms, get out there.
Pick up the kids, do whatever you've got to do.
Election day is so important. We say this every
election, that every election is more important than
the other election. But moms are showing up
and moms are showing a lot of involvement in their community.
And I believe that they're
going to make a difference. So go for it, moms.
Please get out. Please vote your values. We need
you. And your kids need you. All right.
Well, important words and inspiring words. Debbie
Thank you for joining us. Thank you.
As Debbie shared, tomorrow is November 3rd,
and all eyes are on the tight U.S. Senate race happening down in Texas.
Both parties making their final efforts to energize
their voter base to get to polling stations tomorrow.
And as Fiona G has been following
the Paxton campaign trail all last week.
She went through the weekend,
and she was at one of the final rally stops of this midterm season.
Have a look.
We're one day out from election night and voters here in Conroe,
Texas, they are turning
out for Attorney General Ken Paxton and special guest Senator Ted Cruz.
Are you excited to be seeing Ken Paxton soon?
Absolutely.
I mean, it just seemed like, okay,
I just got the notice yesterday, and I said, we're
there.
We're there.
I'm glad there were some that are showing up.
I had to get tickets at the last minute.
I like to never even got in.
I mean, really excited that everyone's here to support Ken
and looking forward for a win
tomorrow.
He really has the right heart
for what he plans to do at the federal level.
I mean, look at, I mean, we're just so happy to be here in Texas.
Look what he's already done for us here.
Ken Paxton once again reiterating his track record
as Attorney General of Texas and promising
to put more money back in the pockets of everyday Americans.
When big corporations
and big government came after you, I went after them.
I've taken on the companies putting toxins in your foods.
Targeting our kids with deceptive advertising
and putting chemicals in everything from groceries to our clothing.
When Joe Biden, I think you've heard of him,
came for the Lone Star State, I went after him.
I took him to court 107 times and we won.
We will work to bring down costs across the board on every front.
We will fight to make your life better, change Washington, and hold
bad actors accountable just like I did as your Attorney General.
And special guest Texas Senator Ted Cruz also took to the stage,
urging Republicans to get
to polling stations tomorrow on Election Day.
If the election were over today,
the Democrats could well win every single statewide position
in Texas.
But tomorrow, show the hell up.
The only thing you're focused on.
Is getting out to the polls
and getting everybody else you can out to the polls
and saving Texas and saving America.
At the last minute addition to Ken Paxton's campaign trail,
we didn't even know that he was going to be here until last night.
So tomorrow's the night. It's going to be election night.
We're finally going to see the results
of this competitive U.S. Senate race down here in Texas.
Reporting from Conroe, Texas, Fiona G. and TD News.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Continuing to bring the smoke, Fiona Gee in Texas.
And as those Texans prepare to vote tomorrow
in a closely watched Senate race,
both campaigns making their final pitches.
We have NTD's Jason Perry speaking
with supporters of Paxton and Tallarico
who share why they believe that their candidate
is the right choice for Texas.
This is a battle between socialist, Marxist,
communist ideology, or believing in the future of America.
Speakers rallied for Republican candidate Ken Paxton
in Fort Worth over the weekend,
ahead of Tuesday's Texas U.S. Senate election.
I mean everybody knows that I've been fighting against
the Chinese Communist Party and that's
why I lost my career over it
and he's the type of person that is going to fight against communism,
socialism and extremism
so for that reason I'm proud to stand with him for sure.
Sure.
I'm just voting for my kids and my grandkids
and I'm voting my values and I think that Paxton
is going to stand for the values that I uphold.
I like Tim Paxton and his stances on standing up against big business.
He's already brought in billions of dollars to the state of Texas.
Raising my family, safety and security, the Second Amendment.
Why are so many people coming to Texas? Because it's a great place.
But we have our values.
We're trying to keep things more traditional.
We want those boys to be boys, girls to be girls.
And yes, we want to keep a lot more money in our purses and pockets.
Democratic candidate for U.S. Senate,
James Tallarico, sharing a story of someone he met.
I met a mother in Abilene who built her dream home with her husband.
And then a data center popped up across the street.
Now, now her little boy.
Wakes up in the middle of the night and thinks it's day
because of the lights shining through his bedroom window.
Tallarico supporters sharing their thoughts.
I support Tallarico because I feel like he's for the people.
He's going to look out for the interest
of the normal person, families, kids.
How we love our neighbors, how we treat each other.
And I think that's the most important
thing right now is to love our neighbors.
For me, it's just about getting...
Preventing the schools from being closed.
I think those are the most important.
I love that it was a peaceful, energetic,
entertaining, informative, knowledgeable event.
I'm very excited to see what happens on Tuesday, and I really,
really hope for the best for both Tallarico and Gina.
Jason Perry, NTD News.
And with Election Day just one day away, how are voters feeling about
the rise of socialist ideology in the midterms?
We sent out NTD's Sam Wong to the National Mall
in D.C. to hear from the people.
What do you make of this rise in socialist ideologies in our elections?
It's not good. That's to remove our political
and financial sovereignty from this country.
If you're able to do that, then you're able
to take over the United States and bring it to its
knees. These people, try going to a socialist country.
Try it, okay? Just do it. If they did
that and came back and said, it's great over there,
I would respect them, but they don't.
That's what everybody, oh, give me free stuff. I want free stuff.
Everybody who's getting free stuff is miserable.
Anywhere socialism has ever been tried, it has not been successful.
I haven't been to any of these other countries, but I have seen Cuba
and some of the areas there, really,
that the government tries to keep you out of.
It's a prime example of socialism in action.
Capitalism has lifted more people
out of poverty and allowed them to flourish.
What are some of the values that we should
hold on to to preserve
this democratic constitutional republic that we have?
Well, we go back to our morals,
but it still goes back to the founding fathers.
Without President George Washington, we wouldn't have a new republic.
We wouldn't have the United States of America.
Well, you know, I think people have lost
the sense of what hard work can get you.
And, you know, you don't just go out there
and try something and you succeed and everything's great.
You're going to deal with failure
and you're going to deal with the naysayers.
Watch these people who are successful
and do what they do and you'll get there.
You can get there, it's doable.
In this country, in other countries, in socialism, no.
It's embodied in the Constitution, freedom of speech,
freedom of religion, freedom of press,
the right to keep and bear arms. Small minority
imposing their will on the majority to me,
that's socialism, that's not democracy.
And Germany's interior minister is blaming far-left groups
and immigrants for the riots that happened over this past weekend.
This is in line with President Trump's comments,
who has repeatedly said illegal immigrants are behind
that chaos that's happening across Europe.
Riots are spreading to not only Germany, but also Switzerland now.
NTD's international correspondent, Marian Pazdar, has the latest.
Rioters in Berlin over the weekend chanting youth, future, socialism.
Socialism!
They're also seen using the communist flag.
In the German city of Frankfurt some
of the rioters started looting stores
as the sunset and darkness took over the city.
The stated goal of the movement across Germany is a better future
for Gen Z, mostly by lowering the price of living.
But officials across Europe have previously said
that far-left organizations are behind the riots,
hijacking youth movements to create chaos,
destroying public property and more.
And more.
Germany's interior minister says quote it's obvious
that this isn't about students we are
dealing with left-wing groups
and troublemakers from the migrant community who led to these riots.
The interior minister of Hesse
which is home to Frankfurt made similar remarks.
Initially, it was left-wing extremists,
and later, mainly young people with immigrant
backgrounds joined in, using massive violence against property,
but above all, against the
emergency responders and the police.
And President Trump,
on the Pod Force One podcast on Monday, also weighing in.
And you can see that, the anger.
This isn't about education.
First of all, they're not students that are protesting.
No, it was.
It's all over Europe. It's not just France, it's other countries.
And why is that not happening here in America?
I don't know. Maybe because I'm president. I don't know.
But it's not happening here. We won't let it happen here.
Eyewitness video of a similar event in Italy over
the weekend shows dozens of people using
flags with the communist symbol.
Police clashed with rioters in the Italian city of Genoa
and in Switzerland as well.
Police used water cannons to disperse rioters on Halloween.
Some of them set fires and placed trash containers
and other items in the middle of a street.
Emergency responders were targeted with fireworks, bottles and stones.
Rioters also damaged some shops and public transport stops.
Tear gas and rubber bullets to disperse them.
Marian Pazdar, NTD News.
And supermarket freezers are under attack.
Grocery chains in Belgium, Luxembourg, Sweden, and Estonia
all say that the refrigeration systems
in their stores were tampered with overnight.
In some cases, temperatures in fridges
and freezers were set as high as 122 degrees Fahrenheit.
In Belgium, dozens of supermarkets were affected.
The company that runs the cooling system
for one major chain called it a cyber attack.
Two of Sweden's largest grocers reported similar problems,
and the country's National Cyber Security Center says it
is investigating several incidents.
The disruptions follow an attack in France that happened last month.
Police say hackers took control of cooling units
and hundreds of supermarkets there,
causing fires and food losses.
No one has claimed responsibility.
And President Trump says the US
and Canada may be nearing a new trade agreement.
Speaking to reporters in Iowa yesterday,
President Trump said he spoke with Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney.
We have the concept of a very good deal with Canada. We've been losing
money for many years with Canada, many,
many years, 70, 75 years. So we are now
very close to having a deal.
I spoke with the Prime Minister the other day.
I spoke to him again yesterday
and we have the concept of a deal that's going to be
great for our farmers, great for our country,
and it'll be fine for Canada too.
Is the Keystone Pipeline a part of the negotiations?
They're going to build, which I think is great,
they're going to build the Keystone
Pipeline. They're going to pay for it.
They're going to pay for all of it.
And the pipeline plan was canceled in 2021 after
the Biden administration revoked its permit.
Carney said he had a good conversation
with President Trump about the outlines of a mutually
beneficial trade deal.
Carney said negotiating teams would work over the coming weeks to reach
an agreement. The talks follow months of trade tensions,
including the collapse of negotiations
in August and retaliatory tariffs imposed by both countries.
President Trump says that this new agreement would remove tariffs
on U.S. farmers exporting to Canada.
Ottawa has not yet commented on that proposal.
In a record theft and a test of trust,
customers have pulled a net $4.7 billion out from Binance
since it reopened yesterday after that hack.
The company is the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange.
Thieves stole $6.3 billion in crypto from that platform
in what would become the largest financial heist on record.
The FBI says a North Korean state-sponsored group known
as Trader Trader was behind that attack.
Binance says the withdrawals amount
to about under 3% of the assets on its platform
and that it's covering those losses with company funds.
Analysts say customer confidence appears to be holding up.
Bitcoin recovered over the weekend after hitting
a six-week low on Friday.
And coming up in college basketball,
a new season is now underway with a number of top teams in action,
including defending champs Michigan.
Dave Martin joins us to break it all down.
A performance that truly matters for each and every one of us.

I've devoted my life to combining cutting-edge science
with ancient biblical wisdom, and I believe
healing leaves tea is the Bible's best-kept health secret.
In Revelation 22, the Bible reveals the
tree of life with 12 different fruits,
and it tells us the leaves are for the healing of the nations.
So I put scripture to the test
and discovered the most potent combination of 12 fruit tree leaves.
Amazingly,
Science confirms what scripture declares.
These leaves are rich in powerful nutrients
that support digestion and immunity,
maintain healthy inflammation,
and help boost natural energy levels,
which is why I created Healing Leaves Tea.
No more handfuls of capsules or scoops of bitter powders,
just a powerful, organic, and caffeine-free tea
made from sacred plants.
Simple, convenient,
And delicious. Hot or cold.
As a doctor, I am so excited about sharing healing leaves
with my family as well as all of my patients.
You have your cup of coffee, I have my cup of healing leaves.
Nothing easier than a daily glass
of healing leaves iced tea, and I feel great.
My wife and I started drinking it the same day,
and we drink it every day.
I know it supports my health and immunity,
and that's really important at my age.
It's given me a cup full of hope every single day.
Thousands are already making healing leaves
part of their daily wellness routine.
And now you can too.

Some stories get told so often, nobody asks anymore if they're true.
A letter signed with a symbol, a house sold as haunted.
Hijacker, remembered as a folk hero,
we separate what's documented from what's folklore
and we remember who the story actually belongs to,
the victims, the witnesses,
people who refuse to look away.
Watch Beyond the Evidence on NTD Plus today.
Thank you, Kerry. Plenty of sports going on right now,
but let's start in college basketball then.
The new season officially began yesterday.
They had two games yesterday.
Today, though, we've really got a full slate of action.
20 teams in all, ranked teams in all, are playing today.
Let's start with defending champion Michigan,
ranked 16th in the country.
Tonight, they begin their title defense, if you will,
against Oakland in a game that's already in progress.
Now, if you recall, their now former head coach, Dusty May,
left after leading the Wolverines to a title last April.
He's gone to the NBA to coach the Dallas Mavericks.
In his place, Mike Boynton, who's formerly coached Oklahoma State,
will be Boynton's first game with Michigan.
Also number one ranked, Florida,
taking on 14th ranked Miami in the tip-off classic.
The Gators return four key players
from the team that won the 2025 national title.
Also starting right now, second-ranked Duke plays Army,
plus 13th-ranked St. John's plays Monmouth.
Of course, we've got more games on tonight.
7 p.m. Eastern time, 6th-ranked Michigan State plays Quinnipiac.
18th-ranked Iowa State hosts Memphis.
19th-ranked Texas Tech is in action.
Plus, later tonight, a whole bunch of ranked teams are in action.
We've got UCLA, USC, Kansas, Illinois,
UConn, Texas, Houston, and Louisville.
It could be a late night for us.
College basketball fans now shifting gears to college football.
The Seminoles yesterday fired head coach Mike Norvell.
Norvell, meanwhile, went 41-39 in his seven seasons with the Seminoles.
High point clearly was the 2023 season when they started off 13-0,
only to be bypassed for those 14 playoffs
because of the injury to star quarterback Jordan Travis.
Since that time, the Seminoles posted just a 10-23 combined record.
This year, they were 3-5 and just 1-4 in the ACC,
where they were tied for last place.
Elsewhere in college football,
Miami State at the top of the new rankings that were released
yesterday, actually escaping North Carolina
and Bill Belichick on Saturday night, 38-35.
Hurricanes followed in the polls by number two,
Georgia, and then we have Utah, Notre
Dame, and UCLA rounding out the top five.
For the Bruins, they're off to an 8-0 start under a second-year coach.
Bob Chessing, that is their highest ranking, though, since 2001.
Meanwhile, normally at the top,
Ohio State dropped out of the top 10 for the first time
in five years with their loss to USC Saturday.
USC with the win jumped back into the top 25 at number 18.
And finally, New Mexico,
the Lobos cracked the top 25 this week for the first time in
program history.
And that is a long time
because they have been in college football since 1892.
Lobos under second-year coach Jason Ebb are 7-1 right now,
so quite an accomplishment for them.
Meanwhile, moving to the pros, looking at NFL news,
Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson
will undergo surgery on his thumb and be placed on injury reserve.
That means he's going to be out for a minimum of four weeks.
That's according to Ravens coach Jesse Minter.
Minter acknowledged the injury could possibly be season-ending.
Now, Jackson hurt his thumb on the first snap
of yesterday's loss to the Buffalo Bills.
The two-time MVP's hand was kind of hit
by the hand of Bills linebacker Greg Rousseau.
Rousseau appeared to be attempting
to knock the pass when this happened.
Now, Jackson, meanwhile, has already been injured earlier this year.
He missed three games with that high ankle sprain.
So, a big loss for the Ravens there.
Elsewhere in the league tonight,
we've got the Super Bowl champion Seattle Seahawks
Playing the Chicago Bears on Monday Night Football.
The 4-3 Seahawks are three-point favorites tonight
after giving the Chiefs their first loss of the season last week.
Meanwhile, Chicago comes into the 5-2 record,
having won four of their last five games.
Tonight's game starts at 8.15 Eastern Time.
We'll be on ABC and ESPN.
And that concludes our sports for today.
Harry, back to you at the desk.
Thank you, Dave. And after the break,
we have special coverage to preview the midterm elections.
