The perfect crosscut sled? I took it to the NEXT LEVEL | FREE PLANS
Does the perfect crosscut sled exist? I don't know, but I am making one that is more complete for me personally than all the examples I have already seen.
What makes my sled unique is the removable zero clearance insert, both in the bottom and in the fence. Thanks to this table saw sled, I can now make square cuts on the table saw.
There are also different T-tracks available for adding other jigs, that way you can make safe cuts on the table saw. The stop block is foldable, it is never in the way, and you can also reset the fence as much as necessary for an insured angle cut.
