Why We are Connecticut Republicans'

I'm a Connecticut Republican because I believe in the principles of economic and educational opportunity. I believe in our country. I believe in limited government. And I believe in sound enforcement of criminal law that safeguards our right to live securely in our communities. I think the most important thing about being a Connecticut Republican is being someone who atones to freedom. I know what it's like, you know, to live in a place where there is no freedom. And I am running because I want to preserve those freedoms. I'm running for office because I love my town. I'm running for re-election because now more than ever we need strong local leadership. I think there's a great opportunity in Connecticut to make things better. I want to be a part of setting the policies and making the plans that are going to govern the next 50 years of life here. We get representatives that are focused on making Connecticut more affordable, making Connecticut safer. Keeping kind of variable costs that you can manage down. But ensuring that dollars go into the school system and into the classrooms to support our children's education. We are a community of volunteers. We're a nation of volunteers. And we need to look out for each other. Those decisions that are made at the local level impact every individual in those communities the most. Local level service is important because it directly affects your neighbor. Harvard needs to hear from the small towns. We support law enforcement and want to keep our towns and cities safe. We support local control of schools and zoning. We support accountability and transparency. We answer first to our constituents, not special interests. We're all called to serve our neighbor. We must encourage our children and everybody to talk freely. If we want to continue to be here, if we want our grandchildren to continue to stay here, it has to change. And the change has to start now. I do have hope for the future of Connecticut. I'm excited to be a part of Connecticut's future. I encourage you all to get out and vote Republican this November. We can't win without each other. Probably the most important vote people make because it has the most direct influence on their life and town that they live in. Everybody needs to get out and vote this November. November 2nd, row B, let's take back Connecticut.
