The gooseneck houses the master bedroom with a full sized bed, a closet, and it's own AC unit. There is an additional loft that can be used for either storage or sleeping. The bathroom has a tub lined with beautiful tile. The stackable washer/dryer unit is adjacent to the bathroom. Modern farmhouse style kitchen with gorgeous backsplash, convection oven, stovetop, microwave, and full sized fridge/freezer.

Hi there, this is Matt Brackney with Pioneer Tiny Homes. We're super excited to do a video tour of
our brand new tiny house. This is what I like to call the Blue Barracuda. I'm really excited to
show it to you. We're going to start right outside here and show you our trailer. It's a 28 foot
gooseneck trailer. It's on 21,000 pound triple axles. It also has an eight foot gooseneck,
but beautiful blue exterior is what we have here on the outside. Really excited. We're
going to show you the inside. Come on. Welcome to our tiny house. Right when we walk in,
we have the kitchen right here. We have a full sized fridge, beautiful butcher block countertop.
Also have a propane powered gas stove and range cooking oven, as well as a microwave oven above
beautiful Dutch blue backsplash on the kitchen, as well as great shelving options.
When we move over here, next we have a beautiful living room space. So it has our couch,
which also pulls out into a queen sized sofa pullout bed. So another great sleeping option.
We also have a fold out table for dining or to get work done as well. My favorite part about tiny
houses is finding creative, unique ways to make each space functional and useful. So these are
some of the ways we've done that. We have our flat screen TV here mounted on the wall as well.
We have our loft up here, which is a great option for storage. Also possibly an option for sleeping.
We also have a 12,000 BTU mini split, which is heating and cooling up here in that storage space.
And let's go ahead and move on. Let's check out the bathroom.
Here's our bathroom. Really love this bathroom. We have the washer and dryer stackable unit right
here as soon as you walk in for taking care of laundry needs. And it's a beautiful, you can
see how large the space is in here. We have custom made shelves here above the toilet area
and great storage options on both sides of the vanity as well.
We're also really excited about our tub and the tile that we used in the tub as well.
Beautifully designed, but a great tub. Has detachable shower head to use as a shower,
which is really unique as well. Awesome. Let's move on out here.
We're going to go and show you the master bedroom. So like I mentioned, it's a 28 foot gooseneck,
but there's an eight foot, a 28 foot trailer, but there's an eight foot gooseneck and that's
where the master bedroom is. So we're going to show you right up here in the stairs.
Also, we love the, the, the pullout drawer option for the, in the stairs, there's shelving
and storage right inside the stairs, which is a cool function as well.
So we're going to go up here into the, into the master bedroom and it fits a queen size bed.
This is actually a full, but a great space, beautifully designed. There's also one of my
favorite parts about the tiny house is this closet space that we have here in the bedroom. So a great
option for hanging clothes, lots of storage underneath and on top as well. So just tons of
excellent storage area. This, this bedroom also has a 12,000 BTU heating and cooling
air conditioner right here in the room. So it's, it's perfectly temperature controlled.
