What's going on, everybody, and welcome back to Mad Detailing.
Today's disaster detail is on this Abandoned Hoarders minivan.
And as you guys can see, this vehicle is absolutely covered with stuff.
Yeah, I'm just going to say stuff because I don't know what is in here.
There is probably about 500 pounds of just trash.
And just honestly, you guys just have to wait to see what it was.
But honestly, this video is super special because I flew all the way to Ohio
to collab with WD, a.k.a. Bren RJ.
And while I was in Ohio, we were able to detail this minivan
along with a Lexus SC400 that is actually live on WD's channel right now.
So after this video, make sure you guys click the pinned comment down below
or head over to WD Detailing here on YouTube.
And make sure you guys like and subscribe to their channel.
They are on the road to 400k.
So let's try to get them there by the end of this week.
And moving on to cleaning the wheels,
I'm now using my Mad Detailing Extreme APC on the tires and fender wheels.
And for the wheels, I'm using my Mad Detailing Iron Eraser
along with multiple different brushes
so I can make sure I get every inch of this wheel and tire 100% clean.
Before I can move on to any type of contact wash,
I need to get all this loose dirt and mildew removed.
So I'm simply using our Mad Detailing Extreme APC.
And honestly, I didn't ship down any gallons.
So I'm using a 16 ounce bottle of our Extreme APC diluted in a two gallon
pump up sprayer.
So that just goes to show you how strong this degreaser really is.
So if you guys have yet to try our Mad Detailing Extreme APC,
well now is the time because every gallon that you guys buy
of any of our detailing products, you guys will get a free 16 ounce bottle.
So you guys can head over to www.maddetailingusa.com
and pick up your free 16 ounce bottle with every gallon purchase.
Now moving on to the next step,
Moving on to a contact wash,
I'm now foaming the entire vehicle down with a foam cannon
and our Mad Detailing Super Blue Soap before giving this vehicle
a nice hand wash with a soft microfiber wash mitt.
After getting the entire minivan washed,
I can now move on to using our iron eraser.
And the iron eraser is going to remove any type of iron particles
that are deeply embedded into the clear coat, such as rail dust and brake dust.
And after that, I'm going to use our Mad Detailing Clay Lube
in a synthetic clay mitt to make sure every bit of contamination
is removed from the clear coat.
Before we can do anything on this interior, we need to get all this trash removed.
So what we're doing is we're separating everything that we think may be good
and then everything we don't think is good, we're throwing away in the trash can.
And after that, we can move on to giving the carpet a good pre-vacuum
and that will get it ready for the extraction later on the video.
But as you guys know, I normally pull the carpets in my videos
and RJ was going to try to help me get this carpet out of this vehicle.
But the seat rails were just completely just they were just so rusted
and they were not coming out.
But honestly, huge shout out to RJ for even helping me try to get the carpet out.
Yeah, there's no way we're getting it out.
But honestly, I just thought it was super cool that RJ was willing to go above
and beyond, you know, to try to meet the standards for my channel,
which that is super cool.
And honestly, we went at this collab with having really no plan at all,
because it's kind of hard to, you know, collab on these type of details
because it's normally just like super satisfying, like sped up videos.
So if you guys have any ideas for our next collab, leave a comment down below
because the next collab we do, RJ and Brent are going to fly out to Florida
and I'm going to have them experience some of the nastiest vehicles
they've ever seen.
So, yeah, please leave a comment down below because we love your guys' feedback.
And moving on to the seat extraction, I'm using my MAD Detailing Extreme APC
as a cleaner followed by a DEWALT drill with a drill brush attachment.
And for the extractor, I'm using what extractor is this?
I think it's the Mighty 870 Light Heated.
I'm not sure. Either way, you guys got a gas, you know, WD.
I'm not sure, but this is some type of Mighty.
It's just not the one that I have at, you know, my shop.
So, yeah, if you guys are curious about this extractor,
go leave a comment on their video.
Moving on to cleaning the interior panels of this minivan,
I'm now using my MAD Clean All Purpose Cleaner,
and I'm following that up with a detail brush.
I'm also using a steamer to make sure I loosen up all this nastiness
off all the panels.
And then I'll be using a microfiber towel and following that up
with compressed air to make sure I blow all the tight cracks and crevices.
That way, when I walk away later, it doesn't seep out and look terrible.
So moving on to polishing the minivan, I'm using a Milwaukee Portable Polisher.
I'm using a six inch microfiber cutting pad.
I'm just using a one step polish.
No, that's not going to be a full correction,
but it's going to move a lot of swirls and scratches
and bring back a nice high gloss shine.
I'm also using a microfiber towel to clean up all the cracks and crevices
All right, guys, so Foster had to leave early,
so I'm going to be doing his outro.
I should talk a bunch of crap about his detailing work, but he he's a real deal.
Foster knows what he's doing.
He was kind and courteous of, you know, being in the shop with me.
And he was honestly a stand up guy.
So we're so happy he made the trip out here to come and do that video with us.
And we hope that you guys enjoyed the collaboration.
We hope you enjoyed Foster's video with this destroyed Porter's Dodge Caravan.
