What's up, guys? Welcome to another property tour.
We have such an awesome house to show you today.
It's this one behind me, which is on the market for two million pounds.
And this video is also sponsored by Squarespace.
So you might have seen our apartment tour in Nottingham,
which we recently filmed.
We got a lot of requests from you guys to come and show you this one.
So we are about 10 minutes walk from the avenue in West Bridgeford
and one mile from the Nottingham city centre.
You might have actually walked past this house
when you're walking across the river.
It looks absolutely insane from the outside.
And we'll also take you out the front where the dock is,
because that's how we saw this house, wasn't it, Matt?
We always do walks.
And you think that is the front, because that's what everyone sees
when you walk past.
You come into the property through a little road,
which this house owns, and they also own this front part as well.
But you also have a huge garage,
which will go inside in a second.
It holds about four cars.
And there's also a pedestrian door, which you can't see at the moment.
But from the inside, you can just walk out without having to open it all up.
If you want any more details about this house, we'll put the links
and an email in the description for you to contact as we're not personally
the agents or we don't represent this house.
We're just giving you guys a tour.
Make sure to subscribe for more house tours.
OK, now let's head to the front door and show you guys inside.
OK, so you have a large hardwood floor to ceiling door.
You'll notice throughout the entire property, all the doors are floor to ceiling,
which I absolutely love.
And Matt loves because he's now is tall.
Yeah, I'm used to ducking all the time in these house tours,
but here it's fully, it's OK.
Yeah, we see the comments.
It's like Matt's ducking through the doors.
Yeah. So you get your bearings.
So you've got the entrance here and then a big glass door upstairs
to the main living area.
But before we go up there, should we show everyone the garage?
Yeah, this is the glass door.
So again, really big.
Let's show the garage first.
OK, so you come around here.
On the right of me, there's a cloakroom.
Just hide all your coats and shoes away.
Now let's go into the garage.
Here we are.
We've got a treat in here for the car fans out there.
Yeah. And the lights come on when there's a sensor, sorry.
So when you come in, the lights automatically come on.
Look at the size of this garage, though.
So from the inside, that's what the door looks like.
Awesome car. Yeah.
And through this door here,
you have a lot of hidden areas.
I thought this area of storage was amazing. Yeah.
OK, for the viewers out there that love like the plant room
and all the plumbing and boiler stuff, here you are.
This is the main stuff of the house.
There's solar panels on the roof that are all owned outright by the property
and also water panels that heat up the water for the house.
So it's a pretty eco home.
Yeah. What the bills to run this were about, was it like £280?
Like £280 a month. Yeah.
And the house is 4,800 square feet.
Yeah. So pretty good for the size of house.
And look at all of this organisation.
Love it. Yeah, so much storage.
It goes down there, doesn't it as well? Yeah.
Oh, my God. It goes all the way around, actually.
Love it.
Love tidy storage. Yeah.
This house is really well organised.
And then it also goes round there.
OK, let's keep the tour moving.
What you'll notice about this house, too, is there's lots of outdoor space.
So each bedroom also has its own little terrace.
This outside terrace is probably ideal for like a hot tub
because it's sunken.
It feels a lot more private. Yeah.
And also being on the river a lot of time, this would be used.
And if you're wondering why there's an exit from the garage,
somewhere to put your canoes and rowing boats in. Yeah.
Yeah. And there's electric out here and a water tap.
Like it. It's a really cool space, isn't it?
Yeah. It's chill.
Let's go up here.
Show you a quick look at the view if you're not familiar with this house.
Here we go.
So that over there is your little dock for your boat.
You know what I loved about that dock area? Yeah.
Is that in the title deed to this house, you actually own
half of the river with the size of this plot.
Now, obviously not the water, because that's always moving.
But you could, if you had them, store or more two boats. Yeah.
What boat would you have if you lived here?
Massive Sunseeker and I'd just tear up the river.
Jet skis. Jet skis.
Yeah, I don't think the rowers would be too happy.
But that is what I would have.
Let's check this out.
OK, so this goes to a terrace, which one of the bedrooms has.
We'll show you that when we get to the bedroom section.
Yeah, it is a bit of a sneak preview of the house from the back again.
You will see this if you do walk along the river.
Yeah, this is such an exciting talk.
I feel like this is quite our style.
It kind of feels, you know, it's very light and airy
rather than a lot of houses we see are quite dark. Yeah.
If you know, our dream is to build a house, a very modern house on the waterfront.
And this is like as close as it gets in England.
Like you said that when we looked around, didn't you?
Gorgeous car.
The owner of this house is so lovely.
This is a female owned 911.
Yeah. Love it.
OK, that's after you, Matt. OK.
You'll see lots of cool lighting throughout this house, which I'll point out.
Let's keep going round to the main living room now.
Big glass door. Check out this plant over here.
I know, that's really cool.
Now, the best part about this room is the ceiling height.
It's around 30 metres, triple height.
And there isn't any doors on this section, so it all kind of flows through.
There's a music room, kitchen, dining room.
We'll show you that.
This is your main living space.
Do I look really small?
Yeah, you do. Let me get a shot of those ceiling heights.
This is all Italian lighting and beautiful long pendants.
And you can see the speakers up here.
Yeah, they're banging awesome speakers there and there.
Do you know what?
This is actually, it looks really good.
Oh, there's space for two of us.
It does look cosy, doesn't it, if we come on.
Because our sofa, there's only one space for the person to have their feet out.
Yeah. But now we can share.
You know what would be good here? What?
I don't know if this camera is even going to be looking at us.
What would be good here is our projector.
Yes, that's really cool.
It's so big, isn't it? Yeah.
It's such an amazing fitting space.
And these windows, talk about these windows, because they're pretty clever as well, right?
So these open up all the way, but they also have.
Was it called duct heating?
Yeah, was it?
God, I can't remember now.
Well, what was it? What did that do?
Basically, it stops the big windows getting misty.
Yeah, that's right.
The owner will be watching this laughing at this because we've forgotten.
OK, come out here.
This is another terrace, probably the best terrace area.
Yeah, certainly the biggest space with the best view.
Yeah. So you've got views all the way down the river
that side and across the river up there.
But it's I love how much outdoor space there is as well as indoor space.
Yeah, this is really cool.
And we walk past this house a lot.
And we've always thought if somebody lived here or not,
because it looks, you know, really minimal.
Do you want to see some amazing contrast as well?
So that's that's the house next door.
Quite different.
You have spotlights all up the floor here, which would look good at night.
And I know there's these downlights up here.
Yeah. When it's nighttime, this house looks really good.
I love those plants.
Same. I love these.
So back to the sponsor of today's video, which is Squarespace.
If you're not familiar with Squarespace, it's a super user friendly website
builder, so you don't actually have to be a wizard at coding
or creating websites anymore.
It's so simple.
You just get a template and you customize it with all your details
and what you want to post.
There's some awesome analytics tools, so you can track
what content on your website is working and what's not working.
You can also integrate your social media channels
so you can put your Instagram at the bottom of your website
so people coming to a website can go and follow you.
You can also create a members only area
so you can post members only content, generate revenue through that.
And you can also collect donations from like PayPal.
And say if you're doing like a fundraiser or something like that,
you can set up donations for your website.
And honestly, guys, it's so, so easy to build.
Integration is so easy. Yeah.
We've tried to build a website before, and honestly, like it wanted
it made me want to cry. It was so hard.
It's true, guys.
Let's keep the tour going.
Got some cute upside down plants.
There's underfloor heating throughout the house, too.
So my feet are nice and warm.
And there's also air conditioning in the kitchen, master bedroom
and I think two of the other bedrooms.
Hot and cold air conditioning. Yeah.
Now let's move into the music room.
The owner loves to play piano.
She loves music.
So as you can see, lots of tributes on the wall and a piano.
So we can't go in a music room with a piano without you
giving us the same song that you play on it.
Do it again. OK. OK, guys.
Rate me out of 10 in the comments.
Oh, actually, let's show the leather paneling on the wall.
You might have noticed this when coming up the stairs.
It was on the right.
We'll go back to that because that actually takes us to the bedrooms.
Yes. Should we show the bedrooms before we go up?
Let's check out the bedrooms, because it's like a whole other block that way.
You might be wondering how you get there.
Yeah. So we'll save the kitchen till later.
Don't click off the video just yet.
Now, where is the bedrooms?
This one? Maybe.
Oh, wait, I actually can't do that. Maybe not.
Here we go. OK.
This is the bedroom block.
We'll start downstairs.
There's one bedroom down here.
Oh, actually, I think.
Yeah, there's one bedroom and then a guest bathroom.
Cool little nook with a chair and plant down here.
And come into this.
And look how high these doors are. Oh, yeah. Floor to ceiling.
Well, I won't move that, but all the doors are really high.
And they're all fire doors as well.
Yeah. And they've all got locks on for extra security.
So all the beds are king sized beds.
And the master bedroom is a super king
to get you a feel of, you know, how big the room is.
Now, this is the terrace that I was telling you about
when we were standing out the front at the start.
OK, OK.
So these doors are cool because
Oh God, a camera.
Matt, I'm not going to do this.
They basically have different settings.
Yeah. I don't want to break it.
Obviously, because it's not mine. Of course.
But doors just scare me a little bit.
Here we go. Here's the my.
Oh, I thought it was wet
because it's been raining recently, hasn't it?
Of course, the house is England.
But yeah, I love that each bedroom, you can see the one up here
and above, which will show you they've got balconies.
And this has its own terrace.
Perfect for the summer.
Oh, look, there's you probably won't be able to see them very well.
There's a race of one, two, three, four, five canoers.
Yeah, so if you like rowing, you can watch people
and go out for a row yourself.
Now let's go back in and show you the bathroom.
So each bedroom has their own en suite.
I'll let you go in this one, Matt, so you can see.
There's a toilet and walk in shower.
And if you go actually in the room, you can look back at the door
and it's mirrored.
Yeah. OK, thanks for that.
I'll give you guys a sneak peek of the wardrobe.
So these are all Italian wardrobes by Atomic.
I think they're in Nottingham, the owner said.
So you've got drawers, hanging rail, storage
and then a little bit different on the other side.
But each room has a good amount of storage space.
Here is the guest bathroom.
So if you've got a guest sitting and they want a bath
because all the bedrooms have their own en suite,
you might not even need to use this one as much.
Large sink, you could probably put units down here
and then you've got the bath.
Let me show you the lighting.
So face the bath, Matt.
That's quite nice ambient lighting, isn't it?
Yes, a few candles lit.
It'll be good.
A little bath.
Underfloor heating, my feet are toasty in here.
OK, come back out.
Leather on the stairs and also you can see the LED lights.
You can actually switch the LED lights off with each section.
Like the lights are in sections.
Do you know what I mean? Yeah. Yeah.
OK, let's go up.
OK, now it goes on to carpet.
And this is back.
So that's the door we originally came through to the bedroom area behind me.
Now we have another bedroom and a dressing room on this floor.
It's kind of a mirror image of the one we just showed you,
because it's directly above.
So you have the bedroom, the en suite.
This is more of, I think, yeah, the shower is a different finish.
But like the same, like you say, mirror style, mirror design.
And then wardrobe space here.
And this bedroom has its own balcony with a great view of the river.
Let us know in the comments if
anyone has walked past this house
and knows where it is.
OK, now we're going to head through to the dressing room.
I just hit my knee.
Lovely windows on this side of the house throughout each floor,
looking out to the bridge and then come through here.
And wardrobes on this side and also on this side here.
Again, these are the Italian wardrobes.
I want to show the owner.
The owner showed us this, and I thought it was really cool.
Oh, it's a great place to store trousers.
Ready? Yeah.
What a great way to store trousers, right?
Is that not a great idea?
Or would we like. Yeah.
I love how tidy and clean and, you know, everything's in storage.
Yeah. OK, next floor.
Now, what you notice on this floor is that massive skylight above us
bringing so much natural light in.
Now, this is the main bedroom suite.
We can't say master bedroom anymore, but I think I always forget.
Super king sized bed and lots of space around the bed.
So you can tell it's quite a big room.
I just love how minimal it is.
Yeah, same. Let me show you from this side.
So you've got the TV on the wall.
Aircon unit up here and the LED light.
It goes all the way to the bathroom around this wall.
Yeah, it's a really lovely room, like with a view as well.
Yeah, you've got the river and then directly opposite is a big park.
Yeah, so that can be your other garden.
Yeah, and you can actually see the windmill down all the way down there.
CCTV is throughout the house outside.
And so lots of security.
Now, let's show you the main bedroom bathroom.
Sorry. I love how big the sinks are.
I know. I've never seen a big sink here.
And then it goes all the way around, doesn't it?
Yeah. This is kind of like a wet room. Nice.
Here's the shower and then the bath.
Yeah, plenty of room for us in here.
Yeah. And the toilet's just round there.
That's the toilet.
Yeah, OK. Here's the LED light.
You can kind of see it goes all the way.
OK, shall we head back down to the...
Yeah, we've got the whole kitchen, dining room, office, everything.
Yeah. OK, guys, let's go.
OK, here we are back to the living room.
Now we showed you that music room.
Up these steps.
So a lot of the space is actually just separated by steps rather than doors.
Yeah, which I like that.
OK, let's show you guys the kitchen first. Follow me.
Here we are. This is a super large island.
You have white marble worktops.
And if you start over here at the appliances.
Yeah. What are the appliances?
So this is actually Gaggenau.
Gaggenau.
Gaggenau. Yeah.
So we've been saying Gaggenau.
I'm sure there's a few different ways to say it.
But apparently it's Gaggenau.
So we're going to go with that right now.
This is the steam oven.
And you have this little pokey thing that you...
Is it measuring the temperature? Yeah.
Yeah. Yeah, you've got that in the steam oven
and then the oven below has got one as well. Yeah.
Main oven and then your warming drawer.
Then a Gaggenau microwave over here.
Then lots of drawers.
Oh no, this is actually a fridge drawer.
So you've got two of these Hotpoint fridge drawers.
Lots of chocolate. Show us the one below.
The owner has allowed us to open these two, by the way.
We're not just... Not rummaging, are we?
We're not just rummaging through people's stuff.
And then let's go over to this side.
There's an induction hob and a gas hob.
So you can have the pick of the bunch with the two.
Yeah. And then a boiling hot tap here.
Yeah, that's good.
And then the extractor fan is the one that comes...
Yeah, it's a Wolf extractor.
And then the dishwasher's here. Dishwasher's here.
Yeah, so you've got a chrome sink here
and then one in the island too.
TV on the wall that comes out.
So if you want to have your dining table or there's a settee there
so you can eat and watch TV at the same time.
And there's a really cool wine storage rack here.
This all lights up when it's dark.
So that looks really cool at night.
And then pan around.
This is the bar with two stalls.
More storage.
And then the freezer.
That's a fridge and freezer.
And the freezer has a ice maker. Yeah.
And then what else? We've got some storage in here.
Yeah, this is the pantry.
Nicely organised.
What's good that the owner mentioned to us,
which I thought was a good idea, is the back bit is raised.
So having the back of it raised, you can see everything.
And obviously things don't get lost at the back of the cupboard,
which I thought is cool.
And then what's this here?
Although that's the wine bed, this is a little medicine cupboard.
Yeah, it's great storage.
And then you've got loads of storage below, haven't you as well? Yeah.
What about this outdoor area?
Oh, yeah, yeah. Check that out first.
There's lots of intercom things around the house, too.
So when people call at the door, you can answer who it is.
Here's another...
I would say this is the breakfast terrace area. Yeah.
The owner said she sometimes eats breakfast here.
And these, these are the water panels.
Yeah, doors back into the kitchen.
This house has actually been featured in a few magazines,
which we'll show you when we go up to the study.
I thought that was pretty cool.
This is the utility room.
So sleek and tidy.
Got a water dryer in there.
Oh, that's better.
And then there's a secret door here.
Yeah, it's full of hidden spaces.
Push. Oh, yeah, push.
Yeah. Also, guys, at the end of the video, we're going to do
a little answer your comment section.
Somebody commented to do that at the end of the video.
It's just so we can chat with you guys a bit more.
And obviously we can't reply to every single comment
unless we're on YouTube all the time.
But we really want to talk and reply to you.
So stay tuned for that at the end.
Come in here.
I can't quite fit in there, but you can see there's a lot of storage.
The storage goes all the way around here, too.
So you've got the like hoover, your sweeping brushes and drawers.
I thought it would be quite cool if a dog.
This was like a dog. Yeah.
Wait, that sounds bad, actually.
A dog house.
No, but you know when people build little dents for their dog.
That's what I'm thinking.
OK, steps up to the dining room.
We have some more Bang & Olufsen.
Is that how you say it?
I love that. Bang & Olufsen. Is that it?
Honestly, your guess is as best as mine.
I thought it was Bang & Olufsen.
Oh, Bang & Olufsen.
OK, I'll just wait to what the comments tell me.
But there's lots of speakers here from them.
Be really cool to have a party in this house.
Sure would.
And the best part about this dining section,
you have the view out to the river
and also you can look down onto the living room.
I hope the camera is giving it justice of the feel of space.
It feels so big in here, doesn't it? It does.
It feels a lot bigger in this house than what you think it would be
when you walk past.
Yeah, it does feel a lot bigger.
Yeah.
And this is all the leather
surrounding it.
Study room.
Yeah, it takes up.
Some more awesome music memorabilia.
Who can name the most? Go.
Kylie Minogue.
Yeah, it gives it away a bit.
David Essex, Derby Harry.
Lady Gaga.
We had to demonetise.
Madonna.
Yeah, it's cool.
Here is your study.
You have another intercom up here.
But if you come and sit on this chair, Matt,
and it'll make the viewers feel like they're sitting there
and then you can see the river.
POV style.
Go, but your head's a bit higher than that.
Yeah, my head's about over there.
I can see all of that.
And...
Oh!
I knew you were right behind me.
OK, now let's show them the magazines.
So firstly, on the front cover of Home Building and Renovating.
That's the front.
Cardean Flooring.
They put this flooring over the tiles downstairs.
This was like the old sofa.
Nice.
And then it's been in OK Magazine.
The...
Oh, not that.
This Stephanie Davies, she came and did a photo shoot here.
That's outside.
Well, pick it up. I can't really see it from here.
Oh, sorry.
So that's on like the bedroom.
The outside one.
Yeah.
See it, yeah.
And then it's also in this Home Building.
This is called Home Building and Renovating.
The front cover.
You see it, yeah?
I can see it.
Thanks for that, Summer.
It's OK.
Now, this is the last bedroom we're going to show you,
but I think it would work well as a gym room.
Yeah, it'd be a great gym, wouldn't it, with an outdoor area too?
Yeah, because it's kind of separated from the other bedrooms.
Yeah.
You do have an en suite, which I thought was good as well.
This kind of reminds me of a little boat.
Yeah.
Do you want to go in?
This room has the air conditioning as well, right?
Yeah.
So you have the terrace.
I'm not going to open that.
I actually really like this terrace, though,
because I think from a bedroom, it's really private
because you're all the way at the top of the house
and you've got a great view of the river.
Like as a teenage bedroom, this would be so chill.
And there's blinds.
We forgot to mention them.
I'm out there, but they're all integrated.
So you just move the rope.
OK, here we are. Come on out, Matt.
If you come to the end, Matt, you can look down at the bridge.
The outdoor space definitely sells it for me.
Yeah.
But I do wish it was obviously...
No, actually, it's not that cold today.
Yeah, that's cool.
And then this also has a floor to ceiling window
from this angle, which looks out the big living room windows.
OK, so that's the main part of the house shown.
We'll head down outside to the dock and get you some up close river views.
Here we are on our private dock.
Pull the yacht up.
Oh, look, there's four little ducklings.
It might be a little bit windy out here,
so sorry if the audio gets bad, but check out the house from this side.
So obviously, as you can see,
and Matt said, you do own up to half of the river,
so you could put two boats here.
You've got views all the way down both sides into...
Those little ducklings are really struggling to go up the river with the current.
They're so cute.
Oh, I think the mum's coming for them.
Oh, yeah.
Now we're at David Attenborough's.
Yeah.
Matt and Summer is no longer house tours.
This is a wildlife documentary.
Can you see them?
Yeah, I can see where the ducks want to get them.
They're a reunited family.
And they're reunited.
Oh, this zooms good.
OK, we're going to head back inside now
and we'll do a few answer of your questions.
So make sure to comment down below other things and other questions
because we'll answer them in the future videos.
Shall we go?
OK, guys, we're back in the kitchen now and we thought we would do this Q&A.
Someone commented on one of our videos to do this.
We thought it was a really good idea as we want to also be more personal
with you guys and reply to your comments and just chat with you.
Yeah, exactly. It's a great Q&A session.
So we try and read as many comments as we can, but it is hard
without staying on YouTube all the time to see them all.
But we've found a few that we can kind of talk to you about recently.
So, yeah, we've got a few up.
And thanks, guys, for obviously supporting the recent videos.
We like to try different things on the channel.
Like we've done some videos with other agents.
Well, I think we've really realised that most of you love it just being us
and the tours being very natural, kind of non-biased,
just super casual and chill and basically us exploring.
And that's what we we prefer doing that.
You know, like this video, we kind of explored this house.
We loved seeing it.
But I think when we first started and started to grow a lot bigger,
we would get a lot of comments,
you know, a little bit negative comparing us to other channels
or like we're not professional enough.
Or I think a lot of people assumed we were the estate agents.
And, you know, we were in casual clothes.
And I think it kind of put us off a bit to show our personality a bit more
and be more professional.
We felt like it. Yeah, we felt like it wasn't wanted.
But I think the key for us is like we are our own thing.
We're completely unique.
We're creating this channel, kind of going our own lane, really.
Like there's amazing house tour channels out there like Inez's Knowledge
for Construction in Brisbane.
Yeah, he's a really good channel and he's really professional and really good.
I just feel like we're a little bit different to that.
And we want to do more kind of exploring the house, too.
And obviously we do a lot more videos because in the UK,
it's really difficult to get into the highest price range.
Yeah. When you go on American house tours, like 50 million is kind of like cheap.
Yeah. Not cheap because it's not.
It's more like the norm on the house tours.
But to get into a 20 million pound house in London is so difficult.
But we're really trying to get into as many cool ones.
It's a very different atmosphere with UK agents,
and they're very different minded to a lot of the people in L.A.
But we're trying to change the game.
We're trying to like massively change how real estate works in the UK
with obviously video.
We've got some incredible results from houses that have sold from our videos.
So it definitely is changing.
But like always, if you're an agent out there
and you have got a property like that that you want to showcase,
you know, let us know, reach out.
I think we just want to be more, show our personalities a bit more.
And, you know, we don't know every single factor about the house.
And that's why we experienced with the agents.
We thought the agents would give you guys a better insight on the houses.
Should we go with that comment?
Yeah. Yeah. So it was quite a funny one.
If you guys saw our apartment tour, one of the most liked comments was actually
I'll put it on the screen and I'll read it out. Where is it here?
So it's quite funny.
You cannot get away with saying you have filled all the wardrobes place
plus hanging rails, then tell us we are pretty minimal with clothing.
So that got 357 likes.
And that was actually my bad. I said that wrong.
So I thought I'd just clarify.
When we say we filled all the wardrobe space, that means with all of our other
stuff, like the spare mattress in there, not clothes.
One of them, one of the closets has a duvet in
and one of the other wardrobes has about like four, three or four coats in.
And then our rails is just our tops.
And I think we have quite, I don't think we are minimal
because I think all our clothes could fit.
They fit in two suitcases.
Maybe not the coats.
The coats don't because they're big puffery.
But that was a really funny comment.
Somebody commented on the Penthouse video.
F Scott, why has this now turned into the Matt Show?
Summer, can you please get back in front of the camera?
Also, this Penthouse is gorgeous.
So thanks for commenting.
Yeah, I want some in front of the camera all the time.
I know. Yeah, Matt's really good at it.
I think I just haven't been feeling great lately.
It's not me wanting it to be my show.
No, it's not. It's not.
Honestly, I asked Matt, can he be in it?
And yeah, I've just not been feeling super great.
So you don't really want to be on camera.
Yeah, I think it's important to share that, though, isn't it?
You know, not every day is like perfect and feeling great.
And sometimes when you do something so often that you just don't feel like doing it.
And yeah, yeah.
But we want to bring lots more natural tours with the both of us.
Like that's the way we like it when it is just us.
We've thought about going lots of different angles with our channel
and like working with other people.
But it's been quite difficult.
Yeah, just keep it us at the moment.
Yes, Owen, I love you both so much.
Watch your videos every day.
But I miss it when it was just YouTube.
I'm pretty sure, Owen, you might be watching this.
I'm pretty sure Owen's from Australia.
Oh, really? That's so cool.
Because I think he's commented a few times about houses there versus here.
And obviously, Owen, if you don't know.
We want to move to Australia.
And that's what our plan is in the future.
Here's a funny comment.
And I forgot at the start of this video.
It's because I haven't been in one in ages.
So please keep reminding Matt about floor plans, floor plans, floor plans.
People really love the floor plans that we pop up.
Did we put the floor plan in the video?
No, we forgot at the start because you always forget.
Should we pop it up now?
Yeah, pop it up.
You always forget them.
And I think now I've kind of lost track on them.
But I used to always remember to put them up.
Oh, and by the way, we we really do know and like notice.
We especially take like an extra effort to stay on YouTube
when we first post a video to all the people that click on the video first.
And we see the comments like, we know all of your names now.
So it's almost like I would talk to you as a friend.
And I feel like you would know us because you've seen us in so many videos.
Yeah, Calvin is one of the first commenters as well.
Yeah, we we know a few of you guys from your comments.
Thank you.
It's really nice as well when we see a comment where someone has
taken the time to put like a long, a long comment.
Oh no, it's so sweet.
Let's find one another one to reply to.
There was, um, there was a lot of comments on that flat in London.
Obviously, the price of that flat was insane.
That Chelsea apartment. 5.2 million.
And I think what we've learned about the market in London
is the people that buy these apartments, they go.
It's like a holiday home for them.
They're foreign people buying them and they come to England.
There's people buying those apartments in London like they're very.
It's not like a lot of people I see comment.
I know it's probably mostly the younger people, but it's like,
what salary do you need to have this or that age?
It doesn't work like that.
But those apartments is like then probably a normal person
buying something for 500 pounds.
Yeah, I guess it's like us buying
a little tiny house or something.
But it's not because if if you're a billionaire
and you buy something at five million, but you can buy so many more of them.
But if the average person watching this can buy one or two houses max.
Yeah. Whereas that person could buy so many.
Yeah, this one.
They owned the two next to each other, which was mental.
And isn't it amazing that you could get this house
that we've toured today for two million?
You could buy a holiday home for two million
and you can have one million to spend on cars, investments.
Yeah. All for the same money.
Does everyone like my phone case?
I don't know if you can see that.
Let's find one more comment, shall we?
There's these spammy comments about like forex trading.
Can you just go to another channel? Yeah.
Oh, thanks for all the feedback about the snake plant in our apartment.
Yes, we cut that off in the end.
Who wants to see more investment vlogs as well?
Actually, I think our last one did quite well.
We've got some exciting stuff to share with you in the future about that.
So we're going to try and do this at the end of most tours
if we have enough time at the property.
So make sure you comment down below any questions
and we'll answer them at the end of probably the next video.
Yeah. But yeah, we want to.
I'll tell you something else we're looking to start doing as well.
So most of the houses that we tour are on the market,
they're for sale with estate agents.
But if you own a luxury property out there,
because a lot of people that watch our channel would do,
when you know someone that does, we would love to come tour it.
It doesn't have to be for sale.
Yeah. You don't have to be selling it.
If you own like a really cool.
Or something unique, it doesn't have to be of a certain price point
or a certain amount of luxury.
Just something quite cool and unique and you'd be happy sharing it.
It'd be good to do celebrities, wouldn't it?
Yeah, if you're a celebrity.
I don't think we'll ever get access.
Because why would they give access?
Because it's like, how do you architectural digest to it?
I guess they're just so big, aren't they?
Yeah, I feel like they would want to be really private.
I think it all depends on the character.
I think some people want to show what they have because it's just like
it's a pride thing.
Yeah. Some people want to be completely private.
True. Both is fine.
That'd be fun.
We were also thinking of doing some videos of reacting to house tours.
What do you guys think to that idea?
I think we'll have to try one, put one out there and see what it's like.
But this has been a really fun house to tour.
Especially because we walked past it a lot.
Yeah, it's been cool to actually go into one of my favourite UK houses, I'd say.
Yeah, it's pretty quirky.
Yeah. Cool.
Well, if you're interested, like someone mentioned at the start,
there'll be an email in the description.
Yeah. Contact that for any more info.
If you live here, you can see our apartment building for the time being.
And if you walk past here,
you can say that you've seen inside this apartment, our house now.
I'm sure people will walk down here.
Yeah. Yeah. Cool.
Well, I hope you enjoyed it.
Massive thanks to Summer for the tour.
It was an amazing tour.
Really? Thank you.
It was amazing. I loved it.
And we'll see you in the next video.
