I just got back from Bohol and in today's video I'm gonna take you guys with me as we go look for apartments. So I'm gonna be with him. There's about two that we're gonna check out. Currently we are walking towards Banawa. This is about maybe five to ten minutes away from the center of Cebu City. We're gonna check it out. It is actually a house with like kitchen and stuff. It is blazing hot in Cebu currently. Come on let's cross. Let's cross when it's green okay. This is actually, what is this mall again? Sorry one pavilion mall. This one over here. We're gonna be run over by this taxi now. Okay it says it should be near the one pavilion mall. So we've got some fresh peanut over here. Okay where's our navigator over here? Looking confused. Okay in the exit. Okay I think it's like a few minutes. I think it's this road over here after a little bit. A few minutes later we are here. It says Calderon compound. Okay let's go. I guess we have finally found it guys. It is this one. Upon looking at the picture that they have online, looks pretty cool. Alright we're gonna look for the guy. I don't know where but we'll see. Zaldi. Not Valdi, Zaldi. I think it's there. Yeah it looks nice, clean. They got a lot of rooms. Okay here we go. The reveal. This is one bedroom apartment. This is the kitchen. It's pretty cool. Exhaust. You can cook only electric, no kind of gas. Oh okay. Alright. They have some cabinets over here. He said you can cook as well. Exhaust fan. That's good. This is the bathroom. It looks pretty spacious guys. Yeah this is the bed. It's air-conditioned. They have cabinets here, like big cabinets for your stuff. And this is the view that you will get on the outside. Yeah okay. Right now we're gonna check the two bedroom apartment. It's over here. They have a lot of rooms. Oh it's very big. 18,000. Oh okay. So this is the kitchen. This is the first bedroom. Air-conditioned as well. You have a window over there and this cabinet. This is like a queen-size bed. It's pretty good. And then this is the second bed. It's the same thing basically. Air-conditioned, cabinet, there's a telephone there. And then this is the toilet and the bathroom. It's very spacious actually like this toilet to be honest. They have hot and cold shower as well. There's a mirror over here. Like this is like a living area slash kitchen as well. This is going to be 18,000 long term and 23,000 short term. So you can do laundry here? Yes ma'am. Okay but you can do it yourself. You cannot do it yourself. Oh five. Good morning guys. It is located in Bandar Linde, which is actually just a few minutes. It is next to Banawa yesterday. This one is actually a house and they have like 7,000 to 10,000 for rent. All right we have arrived. This is the house. There's no doorbell there. I think this is the doorbell. This one. Are you sure? There's no doorbell here? Unless I'm blind. I think that's the one. This? Yeah. First time. I was thinking it was a button to open the garage. So the first room available is here. These two rooms are available. It comes with an electrical water meter so you can monitor it. So each room comes with their own micro switch. I'm not sure if this one's been activated. So we'll see it in the second room. And then there's a grease trap so once a month there will scoop out. So when you cook, sometimes there's oil or like when it's hot. So you can't plug it in. So it's kind of like fun does that. And then here is if you guys have your own If you guys have your own cable, it's already ready. So you guys just have to subscribe for a package and then you're ready. The wall is ready for a while now. Here is if you want a washing machine. It's also been ready. So yeah. Here. So you guys have an extra air space and you can put your stuff on the balcony like it has the same things. You have mine, you have your air gun and stuff. Except for this, oh and this is the one where the micro switch is activated. So if you lock your room, the lights automatically turn off. So if you guys cook, we would ask you to have an electric cooker so that you can regulate it. Okay. Yeah. So the same as each room. That's the balcony. And then one last thing on the bed. How much is that one? That one's seven. Do you have the 10? The 10 is a house. Yeah. So you can rearrange the room any way you like. So these people want some sort of a wall. Even they come in. So this is one of the examples of how we did. This one was okay. This is eight? This is seven. Oh seven. So a balcony would add one. Okay. All right. This is the 10,000 peso house. So the house comes with, people like really like fix things because the last person who stayed in here destroyed the kitchen area. So you guys have these two rooms. Some people use this as two bedrooms because there are a lot of people. But since you're two, the most ideal we figured when this was here. Because this is your salad area, your kitchen area, your dining area. So like where you receive guests, you can do it here. And then this is the bedroom area. And then the CR, kind of like a small house. Yeah. And then some people use this as their cupboard. And it really depends on how you utilize this space. And we'll really clean the place up if you guys choose this place. So this is the grass area. So you have chickens. That's what they've done. Oh, okay. It's actually my first time seeing this. When I was young, this place was really a garden. It's like grass, flowers. And there's Wi-Fi in no place. From my house, do this. So for houses through, there's Wi-Fi. Okay. Also if you choose here, um, there's a This is the shower. This is the living room slash kitchen. And going out.
