Hello, everyone.
It is currently about 4.45 p.m.
I was on the call shift today from 6 a.m. until 6 p.m.,
so I guess I'm still on call.
I'm still on call for another hour and 15 minutes,
but I have obviously not gotten a trip yet,
so I have just spent the last few hours
completely clearing out so much of our upstairs area.
This is going in the trash.
In our bathroom, I cleared out these storage cabinets
and also this area under the sink.
I obviously still have some stuff, but it's a lot better.
Eric and I are moving in January,
so that is one really big change that is coming soon.
I also went through our closet.
Yes, I did actually go through our closet,
even though I still have a lot of clothes in here,
and I donated two big bags of clothes.
While clearing stuff out,
I found this picture of Eric and Luna.
This is when Miss Luna was a little puppy.
She looks just like a little nugget.
Can you tell that I'm bored not getting called on reserve
because I'm completely clearing out our house
and decluttering, but at the same time,
I feel like this is the perfect time to declutter
because the less stuff that we have,
the less stuff that we have to move with us.
I also cleared out these drawers of my desk.
I need to find a better home for my drone
and Luna's GoPro harness in our new place.
My desk is probably the cleanest
that I've seen it in a while.
I am also going to donate quite a few of my books.
However, I just can't get rid of all of them
because I just really like having them.
I think as we grow up and get older
and go through different stages of life,
we need change sometimes,
and this condo definitely served its purpose for us
while we were here.
We loved it, but I feel like as we're sort of entering
this next stage of our lives together,
we're just ready for something new,
and I'm super excited about it.
Two trash bags in one hand.
My workouts are working.
So it is now 5.26 p.m.,
and I just got my reserve assignment for tomorrow.
I am on the call shift again from 6 a.m. until 6 p.m.
Reserve has obviously been really slow this month,
and I think that is largely in part due to the fact
that we have a lot more flight attendants now
because we have all of our newbies
that just came through training
and are out on the line now.
So if you're a new flight attendant,
welcome to the family and welcome to aviation.
And then also because my airline did put out
a really good holiday pay incentive
if you work all the way through the holidays,
which is great because I was able to take advantage of that
in November when it was my line month,
and then in December,
other people are taking advantage of it,
and I've just been able to chill.
But in all honesty, it's been really good
because I've had a lot of random life stuff going on.
Sorry, I was really thirsty.
I have some computer work that I need to get done
for YouTube videos and whatnot,
so that should only take me about half an hour though.
So I'm gonna do that and then cook dinner.
Good morning, everyone.
It is 8.35 a.m.
I've been on call since 6 a.m. this morning,
and I have not been given a trip.
I am pretty low on the list,
and I was looking at the trips that are in open time today,
and there's not a whole lot.
So to be honest, I would be kind of surprised
if I did get called for a trip today,
but we'll wait and see.
I do have a few errands and a few things
that I want to get done today
if I don't get called for a trip.
First thing I need to do is get dressed,
and then I wanna head to the gym.
So I normally don't purchase clothes from Amazon,
but I did buy these leggings,
and y'all, they are so comfortable.
I love this V-shaped design of them.
Thought that they were great.
So I just thought I would share it with all of you.
I'll put a link to these leggings
in my description box below if you want them.
I just got to the gym.
Especially going into the new year,
there are a lot of changes that I wanna make,
and then a lot of things
that I just want to stay really consistent with.
This year, I feel like I did a really good job
of staying committed and dedicated to my physical fitness,
and that's something that I'm really proud of,
and something that I really, really want
to continue doing in the new year.
Working out in the gym for me personally
just really helps me to feel powerful, confident,
and it also really helps my mental health as well.
So let's get in the gym and have a really good workout.
Since August of last year,
I have been using Copilot for every single one
of my workouts.
Copilot is a one-on-one coaching platform
that pairs you with real-life fitness coaches
with the goal to form lasting lifestyle changes.
My coach's name is Lindsey, and she is amazing.
You will be matched with your own coach
once you create an account
using my link in the description box below
and answer some questions about your personal fitness goals.
Before I even began my Copilot program back in August,
I did have a video onboarding call with my coach, Lindsey,
so we could get to know one another
as well as discuss my goals more in-depth
and create the plan together.
Since then, as time has gone on,
we've been able to adjust my workouts together
as I've gained strength in the gym
or if I have some sort of injury
or something's bothering me,
then we can take some of the exercises out or reduce them.
The workouts are really adjustable
and she has just been awesome to work with.
Throughout your workout,
you can hear your coach talking to you
through the Copilot app,
telling you when to start each exercise
as well as giving you corrections in real time
on your exercises to help you do them properly
through motion sensing technology.
Each exercise also has a video display on your screen
showing you exactly what you're supposed to do
as well as timing each exercise
and rest period.
I'm home now from my awesome workout
and I'm drinking a protein shake.
One of my favorite features of the Copilot app
is being able to send messages and chat with your coach,
especially after workouts
because this way you are able to communicate with them
about how it went and if any adjustments need to be made
as well as being able to ask them any questions
you might have judgment-free.
Copilot truly is a one-on-one coaching experience
that can be done from anywhere.
You can adjust the workouts and complete them
from a regular gym, your home, a hotel room,
or even while on vacation.
I obviously cannot recommend Copilot enough.
I highly suggest that you click the link
in my description box below
because you will get over 20% off
of your membership forever plus a 14-day free trial.
I also want to give a shout out
to one of my subscribers, Master C,
who tagged me in an Instagram post.
He clicked the link on the last video I did
where I worked with Copilot and he signed up for the program
and he's been using it for a little over three months now
and he has lost 22 pounds.
So awesome job to you, sir,
and a really big thank you to Copilot
for continuing to support me and my channel
and for sponsoring this video.
I am about to head out the door.
I have a few more errands that I need to run today
and I'm definitely taking advantage
of not getting called into work
by getting a bunch of stuff done.
First thing I need to do is exchange this package at UPS.
I ordered Eric some workout shirts
and I accidentally got him the wrong size.
So I'm gonna do that exchange.
Next stop is Costco to get gas
and to return these sweaters that didn't fit me.
I'm back home now and they put me on the call shift
tomorrow from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
So we will wait to see if I get a trip or not.
But you guys, oh my gosh,
one of my subscribers named Stephanie
sent me the absolute cutest custom Christmas card.
Look at that, it's little Miss Luna.
I just think this is absolutely adorable.
So thank you so much, Stephanie.
And she does have an Etsy shop where she makes custom cards.
So I'll go ahead and put her Etsy shop
in the description box below.
I'm gonna get some editing and just random stuff done.
So I will talk to you all tomorrow.
Good afternoon, everyone.
It is the next day.
Today is Christmas Eve.
I'm getting ready to go over
to my friend Tiffany's apartment.
She's also a flight attendant
and I'm pretty sure she had today completely off.
And then I've been on call, but it's already 2.40 p.m.
and I haven't gotten a trip.
So I highly doubt that I'll get one today.
But I wanted to talk to you guys a little bit
about my goals going into the new year.
So at the end of each year,
I always try to reflect on things
that happened during the previous year,
like things that went well, didn't go well,
just sort of give myself like a yearly review.
And that has to do with everything,
like my personal life, finances, YouTube,
my job as a flight attendant, just kind of everything.
And I do have some goals specifically for January
that I'm pretty excited about.
So in January, I am going to be doing
a little bit of a challenge, I guess you could say.
I want to make a lot of lifestyle changes.
The first one that we are doing is a dry January.
So absolutely no alcohol for the month.
A few other things that I really want to continue focusing
on are my meditations and journaling.
I've kind of gotten away from journaling
just because life has gotten really busy.
And it's something that,
not that I have to force myself to do,
but I definitely have to remind myself.
I'm pretty good about meditating though.
I meditate every night before I go to bed.
So I'm pretty good there as well as diet.
I don't know, I don't really want to focus
on calorie counting, but just making sure
that I increase my protein intake,
stay as far away from junk food as possible, no sodas.
Oh yeah, that was another thing.
As I told myself, if it's going to be a dry January,
I am also completely cutting out soda as well as coffee.
Can you believe that?
I'm going to go a month without coffee.
I only want to drink water and my protein shakes.
That's all I'm going to drink for January.
I just really want to make some changes
that will help kickstart 2022 to be a really healthy,
peaceful, and happy year.
And I think by making these slight lifestyle changes
going into the new month and the new year,
it's going to really help with that.
Also confidence is a really big thing
that I want to work on.
A lot of you send me messages and comments
and say how positive my channel is and how positive I am.
And just thank you so much for that.
And I really do try to be very positive and grateful.
And that's who I am like at my core.
That's who I am as a person,
but I'm not always the most confident person.
You guys might not know this,
but I've had a lot of self-esteem issues
ever since I was a teenager.
I think most teenage girls go through that.
But some things that I am really going to try to do
to help with my self-confidence
is to give myself positive affirmations,
such as like, I am beautiful.
I am confident.
I am loved.
Those are just the ones that I can think of
off the top of my head.
Like I am powerful.
I am strong.
And just remind myself of those things every day.
Even if I have to put like little sticky notes
on my mirrors,
that's definitely something I'm going to try.
I have a lot of really big goals
that I want to accomplish in the new year,
and I'm super excited about it.
But I want to hear about all of your goals too,
and things that you are looking forward to in the new year.
But I'm going to go hang out with my friend Tiffany.
So I think I'm going to conclude this vlog here,
but thank you everyone so much for watching.
Don't forget to click that link in my description box below
so you can get your own co-pilot
for over 20% off for life and a free 14 day trial.

and I'll see you next time.
