These are the most expensive products in all of football.
And these are the cheapest products in all of football.
And in today's video, we're going to be putting them to the test to find out which is better.
So these are the prices for the cheap outfit.
The football boots were €14.99.
The socks €2.99.
The shorts €5.99.
The shirt €5.99.
The ball was €9.99.
And the gloves were €9.78.
Coming to a total of €49.73.
Now for the expensive outfit.
The custom boots were €199.
The custom set was €74.99.
The ball was €89.99.
And the custom gloves were €119.99.
Coming to a total of €483.97.
Now to test out the grip of these goalkeeper gloves.
I thought it'd be interesting to do the grip test.
I would hold out a ball in one hand and angle it down slowly.
And then I can find out at which angle I drop the ball.
Now we did this with both the expensive and the cheap pair of gloves.
And this is what happened.
As you can see, the expensive gloves had much better grip.
Dropping the ball at an angle of a hundred degrees.
Now to test out the footballs.
I thought it'd be interesting to do a bounce test.
So I would hold out the balls right in front of me.
So we can see if there's a difference in how high each of them bounces.
Now as you can see in this comparison video.
The cheap ball even bounced higher than the expensive ball.
Which is very interesting to see.
All right.
So it's time for the side volley distance test.
I'm wearing the cheapest gear.
And we're going to find out how far I can kick the cheapest ball with the cheapest boots.
And see if there's a difference between this and the most expensive ball with the most expensive boots.
Good.
These are a bit loose.
Too bad actually.
All right.
Time for the side volley distance test in the expensive outfit.
The gloves feel great.
The boots are so comfortable.
Because they are custom made to my size.
Let's see what we got.
These are very comfortable.
I feel like the technique is good.
I'm very curious to see what the difference is between cheap and expensive.
Now these are the results for the side volley distance test.
In the cheap outfit with the cheap boots.
I was able to kick the ball on average of 48 meters.
Now in the expensive outfit with the expensive boots.
I was able to kick the ball on average of 51 meters.
We've done side volleys.
Next up goal kick.
Very important as a goalkeeper to have an accurate and long goal kick.
So we're going to find out if the cheapest clothes make any difference in the most expensive products.
All right.
Once again average of three.
First attempt.
Let's go.
It's pretty good.
These boots are very comfortable.
All three were good kicks.
The shoes are comfortable.
I really don't have any bad word to say about the shoes.
All right.
Let's keep going.
All right.
Next up goal kick.
I feel much more comfortable than in the cheap products.
But we'll see if there's a big difference in the distance I can get in my goal kick.
All right.
I feel like this is much better here in the most expensive pair, but we'll see how it compares on the GoPro footage.
Now for the goal kick with the cheap outfit.
I was able to kick an average of 53 meters and with the expensive outfit.
I was able to kick an average of 55 meters.
Now.
I thought it'd be interesting to check out the weight difference between these products.
So first up we have the balls.
Now the cheap ball comes in at a weight of 447 grams and the expensive ball comes in at a weight of 490 grams now for the goalkeeper clubs.
Now the cheap ones they weigh 121 grams and the expensive ones they weigh 208.
So that is quite a big difference now for the football boots.
There wasn't much of a difference the cheap ones coming at a weight of 274 grams and the expensive ones coming at a weight of 267 gram.
All right.
Next up going to do a sprint test to see how the boots feel see if I might be faster with the most expensive or with the cheapest boots.
We're going 18 yard box all the way to the other side of the box.
But the sprint will be from the sides of the five meter box.
So we'll start with the jog and then I'll sprint and we'll see in which outfit.
I'm quicker.
Let's go as far as the speed test goes as you can see in the expensive products.
I was just a bit faster than the cheap products.
Now it doesn't seem like much but in a game this can be the difference between making a save and not making a save.
All right.
The main tests are done now.
It's time for the actual free kicks.
We're in the most expensive outfit.
Now.
I feel good.
I'm fit wearing good gloves custom gloves.
Let's see how we can do with some free kicks.
All right.
So that was it for free kicks.
I feel like the more expensive outfit performed a bit better, but it's time for penalties.
Now.
Let's see how we do next up penalties cheap products.
Who's are so comfortable man.
All right, five penalties.
See how much we got.
All right.
Next up 1v1s 5 1v1s Oppie versus me.
Let's see how many out of five he can score.
Let's go.
All right.
So that was it for the most expensive versus the cheapest products and all the football and have to say both felt pretty good, you know regarding boots.
Both boots were very comfortable, but the expensive ones I think just had the edge because they were custom made.
And tailored for my feet specifically also with the gloves custom made for me as well.
But the cheap gloves were quite comfortable as well.
And we made some good saves with both.
So, you know, I you know guys I always preach this you don't need the most expensive products to be a good goalkeeper or a good football player.
It's all about your skills and your talent and your discipline.
