Okay, let's do this. Kind, a call to care for every creature without further ado.
In this book, you'll find many kinds of things. Some have slippery scales, some have feathered
wings, but kind is more than type. Kind is how to care for creatures that you meet and places
that we share. Okay, guys, let's read kind with him. Be kind to those who flutter,
the giant and the small, even things of beauty started with a crawl. Guys, lots and lots and lots
of beautiful things started with a crawl. And you can see different types of butterflies here.
Look at those types, types. Forest Mother Pearl, Jebra Longwing, Garden Tiger Moth,
Long-tailed Skipper, Blue Morpho, Western Pygmy Blue. Be kind to those who weave,
they knit a knot with ease, a home in silver silk, dancing on the bridge.
That's right. Example, Sick Queen Spider, Wasp Spider, Eight Spotted Crab Spider. Then we have
St. Andrew's Cross Spider. Can you guys see the pictures? Greenling Spider. Then we have Banana
Spider. As you can see, it's yellow. Spidey Obeweaver, Lady Bird Spider. Be kind to those
with shells. It's where they like to hide. The hardest on the surface are softest deep inside.
They are the softest. Golden Ghost Crab, Malagasy Freshwater Crab, Horn Ghost Crab,
Palawan Purple Crab, Fiddler Crab, all kinds of crab guys. They might be hardest on the surface,
but they are the softest deep inside. Be kind to those with fins, as they dart below the reef,
a symphony of colors beyond the eye's belief. As you can see, with fins, Emperor Angelfish.
Then they have Yellow Boxfish, Red Lionfish, Four-Striped Damselfish. Wow. Be kind to gentle
giants who roam beneath the sea without their calls. Silence falls, and so they must be free.
The gentle giants Humpback Whale, Bear's Beaked Whale. Then we have Orca, then we have Blue Whale,
and we have Spam Whale, and we have Right Whale, Brain Whale, Split Whale, Mink Whale.
Be kind to those who waddle in suits of black and white. There's comfort in a huddle
throughout the winter's night. Be kind to those with Huddle Guy, Emperor Penguin, Little Penguin,
Gentoo Penguin, Adelaide Penguin, Chinstrap Penguin, Fjordland Penguin, King Penguin.
We have Royal Penguin, and we have Magellanic Penguin. All kinds of waddle little things.
Be kind to those with Herms, a handy thing to grow for showing off to friends or taking on a phone.
Cavesplicker, Giant Eaglet, Tibetan Antelope, Staple Antelope, Buzzbuck. All kinds of
living beings with horns. Be kind to those who croak. They share a secret tune. A choir in the
marsh below the midnight moon. Wallace's Flying Frog. You can see all kinds of beings who croak.
Clown Tree Frog, Marbled Freed Frog, Poison Dart Frog, Argentine Horned Frog. They are huge.
Be kind to those who slither, for even though some bite, they'd rather stay asleep than wake
up with fright. Let's be kind to all the things who slithers. Those are from the slithering house,
if you know what I mean. You can see Mojave Rattlesnake, Emerald Tree Boa, White-Lipped
Pit Wyvern, Eyelash Wyvern, Cane Cobra. All kinds of slither beings. Be kind to those who wake
while others start to yawn. A parliament in sitting before the break of dawn. All kinds of owls, guys.
Barred Owl, Crested Owl, Collared Scoops Owl, Spotted-Bellied Eagle Owl, Long-Eared Owl,
Big Great Grey Owl. Be kind to those who glitter in gold, blue and green. There's treasure in the
world that sometimes goes insane. Feather-Horned Beetle, Weevil, Tail-Ned-Winged Beetle,
Broodress, Brangyphere, Scarlet-Lily Beetle. All kinds of beetles, guys. Be kind to those with tails
howling out their call. They might seem quite familiar. We're cousins, after all. We're their cousins.
All kinds of cousins. Cormorant Marmoset, Spider Monkey, Golden Lion Tamarine, Emperor Tamarine,
Brown Howler, Orangutan, Lion-Tailed Maca, Gibbon, Capuchin Monkey, Squirrel Monkey. All kinds of cousins.
Be kind to where you live. This tiny spinning dot. A perfect place in all of space. An only home we've
got. We gotta be kind to all the home we've got. It's us right there. As you can see, it's
mighty Earth. And Mars, and our Moon, Venus, Mercury, Pluto, Neptune, Uranus, Jupiter and Saturn.
Our solar system. We're nearly at the end but not quite finished yet. There's someone left
that often we forget. Look that what's around. We're part of nature too. Be kind to other people
and keep some kind for you. You are the most important being and you need to be kind for
and keep some kind for you. What a beautiful book, guys. A note about names. People like to name
animals. Sometimes to describe what they look like. Sometimes after a person who discovered
them. Or sometimes in fancy pants Latin. This book mainly uses western common names. It's important
to remember that many of these creatures have names in the languages of the first peoples
who shared the land with them. And before that, they had no name at all. We gotta be kind to every
living things. Every living things that we share this beautiful space of ours called Earth. That's
right. Take care.
