This is how I clean my Blackstone griddle every time I'm done cooking on it. Sometimes I do need to use water and steam some very stuck on sugary messes but no very often. Very easy to do.
Hey there guys
Good morning
So I just got done making 8 omelettes, a bunch of hash browns, pancakes, bacon on this griddle
I'm going to show you how I clean my griddle
You just need some Pam. I use Pam and worst case scenario some water
If you're making a stir-fry and you're putting like sticky sugary or barbecue sauce and it gets just
Caked on there and burnt on there. You might need a little bit of water to steam it up
But other than that, all you need is your scraper a little bit of Pam and some paper towel
So the first thing that I do is I pull everything in from the edges
Get everything off
All the big chunks of food off the griddle
That's my first step
Get rid of all that stuff
Get your paper towels nice and handy
Got some stuck stuff
There was some stuck stuff here
Use your scraper and scrape it off
Just like so
That is a hard sound to listen to
Second step is I grab some paper towels and I get the grease off
Get all the corners
Get all the food
Get all the grease off your griddle
And
Once it's all clean and all the grease, you know all the big
All the grease puddles are gone
All the food is off. It's nice and clean shiny
Take a little Pam
Spray a thin coat of Pam all over your blackstone
Grab some fresh paper towel and just wipe that in.
Wipe the edges, wipe the sides. Just like that
I'm ready to cook the next time I need to. I hope this helps you guys.
If you do have some stick stuff, turn your burner back on
and you can use a little water that'll steam it. That'll lift the debris right
off there and you'll be able to clean it. So
