90 Day Fiancé - What Happened To Jenny & Sumit After The Show TLC

Sumit Singh finally gave Jenny Slatten the ring she'd wanted since eight years on 90 Day Fiancé. But what happened next for the couple? Read below!
Although season 2 of 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way has been wrapped, most of its couple’s stories, such as Jenny Slatten and Sumit Singh’s haven’t reached a conclusion. The TLC pair, having returned from the show’s earlier season, went through even harder times this time around with Sumit’s parents making their reality TV debut. But did Sumit and Jenny really get married after earning their Bollywood-esque moment with wine and rain, in the 90 Day Fiancé finale? Here are the answers!
Since coming back to India after being lied to by Sumit the first time, Jenny’s only mission on 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way was marriage. As Sumit promised he’d get a divorce, TLC fans felt he was lying again, but the Delhi man did prove them wrong by settling the case for $20000. Jenny finally felt relieved but then came along Sumit’s mother AKA her ex-best friend who took major objection to their age gap. With her trust having already been broken once by Jenny who’s stayed with his family for four months while having a relationship with Sumit, Sahna had confirmed that the 62-year-old was a bad influence on her son, 32. But using the means of emotional blackmail, Sahna threatened Sumit that she’d commit suicide with him being left with no option but to reach a “50-50” compromise. The 90 Day Fiancé duo decided to stay together as they bid their dreams of an Arya Samaj wedding bye, and the ecstatic Jenny settled for a “promise ring” instead. So, what’s next for Sumit and Jenny?
Cheers to all the struggles we have to face in the future,” the 90 Day Fiancé couple cheered as they clinked their plastic cups. Sumit promised Jenny that he’d do his best to find her another way to legally stay in India by looking for a sponsor. But the ongoing coronavirus also gave Jenny a chance to file for an extension on her visa which she seems to have been successful at. The Palm Springs native, who’s active on Facebook while keeping her Instagram dormant has been regularly sharing updates from India on her page. The fit grandma to four grandchildren is often seen posting about her fitness updates, including her daily walk outside. “Living my best life,” the 90 Day Fiancé celeb has written on a post that looks like a mall trip, and a lot of other posts of Sumit follow. Jenny also recently documented herself celebrating the festival of lights at her and Sumit’s house, where she described it as a cross between the fourth of July and Christmas due to the fireworks and decorations.
