Trust us and if you let go of any trauma, negativity, stress, fear, worry that has to do with the past, you're helping me as well. So if you cannot do it for yourself, please do it for me because I cannot find peace until you're at peace with what happened. I know I'm asking a lot by begging you to let me go but letting me go doesn't mean that we will separate forever. No, because we are connected in spirit and we will meet again. If you let me go, what I want to say with this is accept that I had to pass away. Accept that certain sad and bad things had to happen in our connection even if you don't understand it. Find peace about the situation. Forgive me, forgive yourself, forgive life and it will be such a wonderful moment of liberation for the both of us once you get to be at peace with the past and my passing.
