The BEST Non-Toxic Bakeware

I have the half bakeware set that includes a large baking sheet, a medium baking sheet, a 12-cup muffin pan that's designed for easy pop-out, and a 9x13 rectangle pan perfect for brownies. I'm trying out the set. I'm making roasted veggies. Knowing that it's non-toxic, non-stick, and eco-friendly is just awesome. To each his own on how you prepare and cook your veggies. We love to eat them in soups and stews, but our fave is roasting them. Add a little olive oil, your choice of seasonings. There's no wrong way. I'm using the easy-to-handle 8x13 large baking sheet. Everything was evenly cooked and delicious. Using mild soap, I cannot tell you how easy it is to clean. No more aluminum foils and no more harsh chemicals. This set is absolutely gorgeous. It's healthy for us, and it's good for the Earth. I see many meals and desserts in our future.
