"Built on a 20 ft. Trailer Made custom tiny home trailer, the frame is traditional lumber, clad in LP vertical smart siding. The house is painted white with a mahogany stained trim. The rook is corrugated metal and there are 10 hurricane-proof windows as well as a full pane glass entry door. The house is insulated with 3” and 4” closed cell spray foam and is equipped with 50-amp service."
This tiny house for sale was built in 2019-2020 by Modern Tiny Living. It's on a 2019
trailer made trailer and it has an LG mini split, hurricane impact windows,
the tires I've kept covered the whole time that I've had them so they are in great shape.
It has a storage box on the back and that houses the breaker box plus extra room for storage.
Here we have the blinds inside the glass and they raise all the way up. There's the LG mini split.
Lots of windows for natural light and ventilation. All of the wood bookcases
and shelving, cabinets, stairs. All of the wood was custom built by Amish builders
and including the lap siding, tongue and groove on the walls.
It has a nice size closet for clothes
and this book case storage shelving with a mirror. Oh and luxury blank vinyl flooring.
It has these very nice big deep drawers, a very large deep under mount sink,
stainless steel. It has an electric tankless water heater under the sink
and lots of open storage underneath for a convection oven.
Apartment size refrigerator with separate freezer compartment. Another cabinet here
for pantry items
and a barn door
to the bathroom. Inside the bathroom it has a nature's head composting toilet,
shelving above the toilet and the shower with an exhaust fan. Lots of hooks for hanging things.
There's room here for a couch or a futon. I chose to put a daybed
which is negotiable if you would like to be included. Upstairs we have a nice railing with
the cables. Going up to the loft with a custom built shelf, two windows, lots of outlets
and that is a queen size mattress which is also included if you would like.
It's negotiable. It is a lucid six inch memory foam mattress purchased last year.
So
small closet where you can hang clothes.
