Crazy SLIPPERY Goalkeeper BATTLE With @ARS Goalkeeping

All right, what's up guys, welcome back to another video. Today we're here with Alberto from ARS Goalkeeping. As you can see, we've got a big blue tarp right in front of us. We've got two goals facing each other and we're going to be doing a slippery goalkeeper battle. One goalkeeper in this goal, one in this goal, and then we're just going to start throwing balls off the tarp. If you score, you get a point. We're going to go up to five. Now we do. Did you do paper or scissors? I didn't see it. It's the glove. Rock, paper, scissors, shoot. Yeah. Round one. Fight. Let's go. oh They ask you how you are you just have to say that you're fine You're not really fine, but you just can't get into it. All right round two I won the first round got some good saves in there See how we do this round instead of rock paper scissor shoot a little goalkeeper thing We do here heads is right here tails is right here. Yeah, so head to tails in the end heads I feel One one baby, of course, it's gotta be it's a sudden death round. Oh ---- Oh What's great about this drill right here No one's throwing so hard that you can't catch the ball and that bounce and that backspin and make it that ball float Yeah, so almost all of these balls should be caught unless it's a full freaking stretch and you're just tapping that And coon did a great job on some of these balls that were just within his range He got a safe hold fell down on the ball and then a great throw out the back Uh, we're also having fun, but we're trying to recreate some things We're looking for in the game and anytime in the game. You have a ball that's floating towards the keeper Ball's got to be held. Yeah, really like the fact that you have enough time to be able to attack the ball Yes, one of the most essential things as a goalkeeper, you know If you're falling backwards the ball is going to go into the goal or it's going to parry off your hand to go in the back Of the net exactly. Yeah, this gives you enough time to take that extra step. Yeah dive into the ball Yeah, and and you'll see that we'll get really mad at ourselves when the ball touches our hands and it goes in the goal Because we know you know, we could have done better. This is these are shots that we should save These are great reaction shots and it's all about getting that explosion here slippery tarp goalkeeper battle one of the most fun Drills i've ever done nice to be here again alberto. Thank you for having me dude. It was awesome Thank you guys for watching and we'll see you in the next one
