Would you believe me that this wooden door was only made from floor vinyl? The wooden shelf is only sticker wrapped and these Muji looking bathroom accesories are diyed?
Recycling may already be a common routine in your home, but do you upcycle? Rather than tossing out common materials, reusing them for other purposes can save you money and allow you to add small, affordable additions to your home. Plus, lots of upcycling projects are fun for the whole family!
Welcome back to my channel.
So this is kind of part two of our extreme bathroom makeover.
But this will focus more on a specific furniture and accessories na ginatin.
So for this video, we're going to convert a UPVC bathroom door or a plastic bathroom door
Some kind of wooden looking door. And the inspiration for that is barn door.
And then we're gonna resurface two old floating shelves
Plus accessories that we'll turn into something you can get from UG.
So basically, this is an upcycling of some old items that we already have.
So without further ado, let's jump right in!
For this first project, we're going to upgrade these old white floating shelves.
Initially, I was supposed to replace it with a new one.
But I came across this easy to use sticker vinyl nung naghahanap tayo ng materials sa Home Depot
I'm going to the Makakatipid Tayo.
I'm going to the shelves at Madame Na Singin' Spot.
Apart from that, gawa ito sa MDF kaya pag nabababasa, lumulob siya.
So what we're gonna do is protect her from water spills.
is to cover it with this self-adhesive decorative vinyl in natural wood grain.
I picked a new color to contrast the new color in the bathroom.
For more information see the bubbles in the middle, and use a plastic spatula.
But I can't use any other materials as long as it's a Hindi magazine.
On the other hand, we're trying to cut the excess pay for the Hindi lady who's on the other side of the line.
Para magmukha talaga siyang wood at hindi fake looking,
Let's not cover up the whole thing.
I can see the side, I can see the orientation of the wood grains.
Can't look at it the same way.
And there it is, good as new, floating on the shelves at Mas Bagan and looking for a bathroom.
For this next project, we're going to upgrade this toothbrush holder
and soap dispenser.
And we're going to be using this abaca string that I got from Dapitan Arcade.
This is so simple and easy na irarap lang natin siya
We're going to pay for the stuff we bought from UJ.
So since the theme of the bathroom is farmhouse or on using more neutral color,
Hindi na babagay itong ating holder and dispenser.
Anyway, we're going to Naples from Wilcon.
I think it's a sale.
I can use ice pop sticks and the material in the bag.
But I decided not to use the strings.
So easy that we only need to wrap this string around
And every inch or two, Lalagyan natin leaves hot glue for mas kumapit siya.
I initially thought na hindi buong i-cover,
But I finished it, Hindi I too Nagandahan.
Like it, it's over the top of the abaca, leaving only the top part.
Madam, I thought I could cover this with an abaca string.
Actually, I'm not sure.
And the good thing about abaca is it's so durable
Even if he is not in the water, he is not in the water.
And that finishes our second project.
We're gonna start this third project in looking for materials like Home Depot.
This branch is actually in BGC.
I'm in my area, so I think I'm a happy place.
Looking for some loose tufts.
Itong dalawa yung pinagppilian ko,
But I went to do it again.
But I'm not going to say anything.
For our third and last project, we're gonna convert this PVC plastic door
Something that would look like a barn door.
And of course that would also complement the Doone Saating bathroom.
The theme is farmhouse.
So typically, the deliverables for turnover are bathroom and condo
PVC since difficult to find wood at parating bas ang area.
Apart from that, mas mura ito.
But I don't like the look of it.
I just wonder what kind of wood I can use.
But Yun Nga, it would cost us so much.
So instead, I thought kung i-upcycle with
Since May butas na rin naman ng pinto,
I wanted to convert into something that would look like a real wood
Na ang gagamitin natin is only floor vinyl
I'm not going to the hotel.
Since the barn door ang peg natin,
I'm looking for inspiration and most of them are pretty intricate Ang designs.
So it's simple, but of course it's beautiful.
I started by putting horizontally para magin base
I'm going to put up some vertical vinyl boards to put on some clothes.
I'm using a typical rugby finger kasi naubusan tayo ng adhesive
It's a bit sickly but I like it.
And since I have to test it out kung really okay yung rugby dito sa plastic on plastic,
It's all right, it's all right.
Ang edges ng reaching door by the way ay hindi pantay
So we started measuring from the center
We're going to do something and we're going to get the planks.
To balance the Kalabasan and reach the Panto.
After applying to play rugby,
I can get both Yung Sa floor vinyl at Yung Sa door,
I-apply natin and then you have to wait for at least 30 minutes
But I made it an hour to get to Mas Matuyo Siya at Mas Makakit Siya.
I'm using the same spatula again.
sticker vinyl saating floating shelves
For the mas-press siya at mas dumikit
and then para hindi kaagad siya matanggal.
Nung finished na pala ito ating paglalagay ng floor vinyl
Since the Hindi Kaagad na Kuhanan nyo yung video,
After a few days, Nagsitoklapan Siya.
Hindi ata masyado compatible yung plastic on plastic
So I decided to put high strength glue sa edges
I'm going to go to the hospital.
So, so far Hindi and again siya tumoklang.
By the way, hesitating Ako sa color nung una
But the result is good.
is that it blends with the cement finish look of the wall.
And that ends this video.
