Welcome back to another episode of luxury home tours. Today we have a really nice one. This massive house is 7,554 square feet with fully collapsible sliding doors. You have 120 feet of dockage perfect for parking your massive yacht. You have six massive bedrooms. You also have six and a half bathrooms. And the asking price 10.8 million dollars. I'm a realtor in South Florida and I'm going to be the one showing you this house today. As you walk in the first thing you see is your massive yacht parked on your dock. Anybody looks like a boss sitting here. The architecture in this house was amazing. The ceilings had these textured walls along with amazing lighting in every room. And right off the dining room is the glass wine cellar. You cross over the dining room you'll make your way to the bar. I'm not sure what alcohol this was but it looked very expensive. This kitchen was like running into your favorite celebrity and not knowing what to say. So one thing I'm noticing is there's no there are no handles. So how do you get into this? You saw that? Oh man hold up. Okay I'm assuming the other one's the same. Oh man. Oh man. All right listen I want you to do me a favor. I want you to call the people in Sub-Zero and tell them look what we got. Look what we got. What you guys have. There's a crepe station, pancake station, whatever your flatbread station. I don't know. My favorite thing a lot of people don't know about unless you're classy is that this is actually to avoid the struggle of filling up a thing of water and just bringing it over here. You just have the water to turn on. I don't want to do it now because it'll pour all over the stove but this just empties the water for you right into the pot. Let's take you guys outside. It's for you. Okay let me finish doing it now. You thought that was it huh? No there's more. Because that yacht you can't have this clear window destroying your view of your yacht. You gotta see with your own eyes. Right away the first thing I noticed besides this cruise ship in my face is you have an outdoor kitchen. This outdoor kitchen and entertainment area is built for barbecues, birthday parties, new years, and family get-togethers. I bet the weather where you are right now is not as nice as this and you wish you were here. Look at the view of the house from here. That's sick. Look at this. Can you can you can you do me a favor if this is playing in the background for you? Come back to the screen and look at this. This is somebody's home. It could be your home. This house is ridiculous. It hasn't even started yet. Should I even talk? Let me just shut up. You know I had to do it to them. So after you're done admiring this yacht let's just take one more look at this pool area. The grass is actually turf grass. So no cutting, no watering. Literally you can rub your white shoes on it all day long. Look at that. I think they look cleaner than when I did this. And then you can just lay here in the non-itchy grass and enjoy. What was that? There was water in the chair. All right all right so all right guys so we just saw the outside little mishap. So let's take you guys upstairs to the bedroom even though we didn't finish downstairs. We have to keep going. There's still more downstairs I forgot about. So you'll notice as I'm walking to the other side of the house we're gonna pass the elevator. In your house is an elevator. And now we're gonna get to the first bedroom downstairs. Perfect. So the first bedroom. Wow it's almost like every room in this house was designed to have a nice view. All of the bathrooms had so much natural light it almost didn't make sense to even turn the lights on. And just to show you how massive this tub was. I'm 6'5". Okay I'm 5'10", but it's still a pretty big tub. And between the two bedrooms we have the guest half bathroom. All right let's keep it going. Let's go upstairs. Or we can start on this side. So we'll start on this side. This one has... Wow hold on. Scott show them that view. Show them that view. You're outside. And like I said every room in this house was built to have nice views. And as we come back in I'm gonna take you to the second floor entertainment area. You have to walk across this bridge to get to it. And this is perfect for when the bulk of the people leave the party and you just want your close friends to hang out. This is a 10 million dollar house. And this bedroom was special because it also had a really nice balcony. It's just one of those days. Say hi to the neighbors. Hi. Okay okay. All right so as we get to the master bedroom the first thing that you see are these two massive double doors leads you into paradise. And so wow. Throw that Peloton you just bought your wife. Throw it out here. Let her do it outside. Bring it in when she's done. You wouldn't want to ride bikes out here. Come on. Yoga. You come into the shower and you think this is your first thought. Hmm do I feel like sitting today or should I stand? Let's go with option one. You feel like sitting. You come right over here. You sit down. You got the handheld. I'll throw those on regardless. I just want to hear the water. I'll sit here and I'll get rained on. I can control the temperature, the time, the aroma. I got this beautiful jar of rice for taking showers with. And not to mention if I feel like having one of these kind of you know I think you guys know what I'm talking about. These kind of showers. Everyone has those days. This is like sitting front row at Madison Square Garden. But you know who's the performer tonight? Your boat. That's who's performing tonight.
