Here we are at the Brokers Open in La Jolla for a spectacular home with all custom finishes and amazing ocean views. Let's go check it out. Hey guys, how's it going? How you doing, Ty? Good to see you. This is Justin Brennan from Harcourts and we have here Madison Hildebrand from Partners Trust. Guys, crazy event going on here today. But we're going to work through this. Tell me a little bit about the home. $15.5 million on three lush acres, extremely private, and it's really all about the views, the architecture. There's so much to see that you're in for a real treat. Cannot wait to take a look around. So Madison, we're going to catch up with you in just a bit, but Justin, let's go have a look. All right, man. Thank you. The home is just under 10,000 square feet, six bedrooms, ten baths. It's on three acres of land, which is almost unheard of here in La Jolla, California. And you're kind of perched atop everything, which is pretty unique because a lot of people say, I want a $15 million or $20 million home, and I want it on the water. And that's great. But what they realize is once you get up here, you have this privacy and you have a compound that you're just not going to see anywhere else in the world. I can't wait to take a look around the property. Where should we head to first? Let's head in the main living room. This is one of the grand rooms in the home. Sets up beautifully with obviously all the panoramic views out of the home. And once again, you feel like you're floating up here. This view, I don't think we've seen anything quite like this. You really feel like you're up here in the clouds looking down on La Jolla. It's a little bit ostentatious in a sense. You don't really expect it, and then you come out and it's like, bam, it hits you right in the face. It's pretty amazing. Let's head into the kitchen. You'll notice the finishing on all the cabinetry. It's actually a koa wood. And the actual designer of this kitchen also had designed large yachts. Very cool. So you'll get that feel in here, but still possesses that modern design. And it kind of flows, and it's pretty grand. And it opens up, you've got the TVs, the little nook for eating. And then it flows right outside to this incredible backdoor patio that we can take a look at. And not to mention, you've got to have a fireplace in the kitchen. If you don't, well, why you have it? Right? I'm going to show you the iconic bridge. It's been on the cover of many magazines. You can sit out and have cocktails, dinner, whatever you want. And only this home has it, so that makes it pretty special. You can really pinpoint different parts of the city. You've got the La Jolla Beach and Tennis Club, you've got the Cove over here, so you're going to get all of that. Fireworks in the evenings and stuff they have during Fourth of July. And then you get this. And on a clear day, you will be able to see Catalina Island way up the coast. So, I mean, it gets everything. And being up here, it feels like you're almost floating above La Jolla. It does. It very much does. Well, I absolutely love it. Let's go take a look at the pool. You kind of have your little grotto underneath the trees here. Runs right into the pool pavilion. And how spectacular is this pool? Yeah, you get this vanishing edge pool, and this is an amazing experience. And it feels like you're flying right off the cliff into the ocean. This is like a sky pool. You look out there into endless ocean. Yeah, you're not missing anything by being a little further off the water here. You actually get to see more, if anything. Exactly. So you come down these pretty incredible enchanting stairs, and it drops you right onto this magnificent tennis court. And once again, this home is really about the experience and the land that it gives you. Yeah, and you really get that tropical feel as you come back here. It almost feels like you're at a safari park or something. Look at this thing. I mean, I don't know if you can tell from the videos and stuff, but how immense this place is and the size of it. I mean, I could even stand next to this thing on the wall, and you can get a sense of just how high these walls are in perspective and everything. So it's pretty amazing. Yeah, it really is. I mean, this is quite the tennis court to be playing on. You could play here all day if you wanted to. Right. It's pretty amazing. And there's actually a tennis pavilion that I'll show you real quick, and that's where you could definitely hang out. It's another bedroom if you want to make it another bedroom and kind of a guest house on the property. And they can have a separate entrance so they're not having to bother anybody at the property, and they can have their own little house set off from the main property. Yeah.
