Hello everyone welcome to the Show of Handicrafts channel I'm Lúcia and in today's video I brought a very cool idea for you to reuse margarine containers Today's video is your suggestion from the comments you left on the post on Instagram If you don't follow me on Instagram the link to my social media is below in the video description And don't forget to subscribe to the channel turn on the bell and give it a like Now let's get started The people will need a large jar of margarine a small box in a size that allows us to make a mark on the margarine jar And then we cut here with a knife making an opening so that this opening is between the box Now I'm going to line the margarine container with fabric This part is quite easy but if you have any doubts just follow along with the video See how I lined my butter dish Just keep adjusting the fabric stretching and applying glue When you get here from the back just cut off the excess fabric and finish there We need to open it up and make a hole there Then glue this fabric inside the margarine can This opening will look like this Now just line this little box with fabric Then I'll put it aside saved because we're going to use it later To have a nice finish on the inside of the margarine jar I lined it with fabric I used white glue but I think hot glue works better Now I'm going to put this little box here because it will serve as a small drawer You need to have that little box there so you can stick these small pieces of EVA foam in this area look Don't touch the box there with the EVA My EVA is already thick but if you don't have one like that just glue them together to make it thicker Now I removed the background mark from the margarine jar here in EVA and cut it to size A little bigger than the mark I made And then just keep adjusting cutting and adjusting until it fits in this part here look at the bottom There I made two glued one to the other and pressed them here with fabric As I have shown you many times on this channel how I stamp with fabric Putting glue there on top so the fabric doesn't fray After drying just cut it Your fabric won't fray Okay so just stick this piece here see and we'll make a base here It'll create two compartments Here I put the lid on the foam and pressed the sides with my finger to make a mark on the foam Well just cut it along that mark over there look And here I'm going to do the same thing I'm cutting and adjusting look until this part fits up on top of the lid I will also line this piece with fabric And before attaching the fabric there I decided to paint my lid with blue spray paint Because I think the finish the final result will look more beautiful Now I glued this piece here and the lid is already ready Here I have a 6.5-inch wide by 15-inch long EVA foam sheet I'll glue it like this and also glue a fabric Here I would have preferred felt but since I didn't have any I used what I had I did several and I'll paste them here Here I made a hole and to make the handle I had this toy here that I wasn't using anymore I put it here Here you can put rings and in this little drawer you can put whatever you want You can also have some space next to the rings to put more earrings And there's a beautiful jewelry holder made from a margarine tub It became super functional because it has two compartments a small drawer and space to put rings and what else With just a small tub of margarine And this is video number 2 with an idea to reuse a margarine tub If you want to see video number 3 leave a like so I know you liked it and want video number 3 Don't forget to subscribe to the channel turn on the bell and follow me on my social media Socials where their link is here below in the video description Thank you so much for watching the video God bless you a big kiss and goodbye goodbye
