My Top 10 Harry Potter Items

What's up Muggles, how's it going? It's Sophie, I am back with another video. So in today's video, I'm doing my Harry Potter top 10 items. As you guys are aware, I've got a lot of Harry Potter stuff. My collection is huge, but I've managed to narrow it down to 10 items which are my personal favourite. So you can go check that out to see all the other stuff because in today's video, I'm only showing 10. I also do Harry Potter hauls as well which show off loads of stuff. I've done 9 of them, so a playlist of that will be down below. But yeah, today's video is only 10 items and it's personally what I think my top 10 Harry Potter items are. You guys have probably watched my Harry Potter hauls and Harry Potter collections and been like, Sophie, why is that not in there? I think that's your best one. This is my personal opinion, what I think and what means the most to me out of all my Harry Potter stuff. So yeah, it's very hard. It's been very, very hard. I think I made the right choice with the top 10. But anyway, enough chit chat. Let's show you what I believe my top 10 Harry Potter items are. I'm going to try and do it in order, like 10 being like not the best to 9 to 8, then number one being my best one. But please know that was very hard to do. So some of them are very close, but I managed to get like it in order kind of. So let's start with number 10. It is my Tom Riddle diary. Now I actually managed to get this free from Warner Brothers Studio Tour when I went to go to the Dark Arts Night. They gave me this big giant box that came with a Tom Riddle diary and a Death Eater wand. But I freaked out when I saw the Tom Riddle diary because as you guys are aware, I love when there's like merchandise of actually in the movie. When you can get stuff which is in the movie in a physical form, it just brings the magic alive. So the fact I could get Tom Riddle's diary in person was insane. Tom Riddle is one of my favourite characters and the diary did play a massive part in the second movie. The pages inside are actually blank. You can actually make your own notes. But I am in no way going to write inside that book. It's too nice to write into it. I'm not going to use it as a diary or a notebook. It'll just make me feel physically sick if I put a muggle pen on that paper. And also I'm quite scared that Tom Riddle might start talking back to me. So I'm not going to do that. But for look-wise, it hasn't got much going on. But it just feels really heavy and it actually looks just like the movie. It's not really hard to make it look like the movie because it's just a book. But I think it is beautiful and it smells like snakes. Coming in at number 9 is my Fantastic Beasts tickets. Okay, so these are just like a piece of paper. You're probably thinking, you know, why is this in your top 10? But the meaning behind these tickets mean the world to me. The fact I actually went to the Fantastic Beasts premiere, I got invited to go onto the carpet and see the movie a couple of days before the whole public got to see it is insane. And that was all because of my YouTube channel. I still don't get it to this day that I actually make YouTube videos about Harry Potter and then someone found them and said, you know, do you want to go to the Fantastic Beasts bloody premiere? It was definitely the best day in my life. So I keep these tickets on my shelf. And a bonus is the tickets actually look really nice. Like the actual layout of them looks really cool. It's got like new and all the characters and it's all cut out. It's all very nice and it sits on my shelf perfectly. Coming in at number 8 is my Alan Rickman signed frame picture thing. My dad actually got me for this for Christmas. That meant a lot to me because the fact that my dad took into consideration that I love Alan Rickman and he actually went out on eBay to try to find this, which sort of meant a lot to me that he actually knew what I liked and went on there and tried to find the best thing. And when I opened up, I was like, oh my God, it looks perfect. In no way is it the real signature of Alan Rickman. It only cost him about £10, but it still was beautiful. The layout they did and it was actually before Alan Rickman passed away. So it's kind of nice that it was there beforehand. I don't care that it's not the real signature. I don't really collect signatures or anything. It's just the frame and the way it was presented was very nice. And Alan Rickman is my favourite actor of all time and probably always will be. And yeah. Number seven is my Slytherin robes. These were actually so cheap. These only cost me £15 from Amazon. They are not like genuine real robes like you can get from Warner Brothers, which cost like £100, but these did the job. I wore these robes to about four Comic Cons now and I just love them. When I put those robes on, I feel like a Hogwarts student and it just brings the world that I read and watched to life. And I am now a Hogwarts student. And when I'm not wearing them, I actually hang them up on this little hook that my mum set up for me. Shout out to you, mum. She always corrects them. She doesn't like it if the Slytherin badge is not showing. I don't know. But they look really nice as a decoration and they also look very nice when they're on me. Number six is my Snape and Sophie pillow. Now, when I went to go and buy this, I did not think it was going to look as good as it did. My brother actually did the photoshop for me, the picture you see on it, and then we sent it into Boots, which is like a little, it's like a makeup shop, but it also does like photo stuff like pillows, iPhone cases, canvases and stuff like that. We never actually thought it was going to come out like this, but it did. The cushion's actually such good quality. The picture didn't get pixelated and it's one of my favourite items because it shows my love for Snape and the picture's just so funny how I'm like looking into the sunset. And I sleep on it every night and it just sits perfectly on my bed. Can you even see it in the background? Yes, you can. Look, it's right there. And it cost me about £10. It was like a deal. It was like a half price. It would have cost £20, which is quite expensive for a pillow, but I managed to get it for £10. Coming in at number five is my Harry Potter golden egg. The try was a golden egg. Now, physical-wise, I'm quite upset that it doesn't open up or do anything. It sort of just sits there. It's all for looks, really. But like I said, I love it when Harry Potter items are looking like they do in the movie or if they look like what they're described in the book and you can actually hold something and it's the same size. It's just so perfect that these things come to life because you've only seen them on TV screens or seen them in a book. So, seen them in a book? Can you see stuff in books? I suppose you can. But you know what I mean, like when they come to life and they look exactly the same and they feel exactly the same, it's just so magical. Number four is my monster book. Now, I've been trying to get one of these for ages. I managed to get one for £30 off eBay. I wanted this because, again, I love it when you can get stuff that looks like it's from the movie or the book. The book's actually, I don't know if it's life size. It's not the right size. It's a bit smaller than it actually is in the movie. But the quality of it's amazing. It's actually a kid's toy. It should be like a little, what's it called, little secret box compartment thing. But I simply use it just to make my display look cool. I don't actually keep stuff inside. But it actually looks really realistic and it actually moves his little mouth and stuff. So, it's really cute. Number three is my Death Eater mask. Now, this is probably one of the best purchases I've done simply because the price was very, very low. It was £20 when Noble Collections do a similar mask for £70. It's actually such good quality for what it is. It's £20. It's life size. You can actually put it on your face or you can just put it on your display. And as you guys are aware, I am a Death Eater. I love the dark arts of Harry Potter. So, when I saw this, I just had to get it. I originally was just getting it for display use and then you could put it on and now I've done a lot of walking around in it and stuff. It's actually really heavy. It's really good quality. And like I said, these are like real things. These are coming to life from the movies and the books. So, it was a really good bargain and I'm so happy with it. Coming in at number two is my Sword of Gryffindor. This was my most expensive item I brought, which is Harry Potter. Out of everything I've brought is this sword. Me and my mums went half on it for this Christmas. Just gone. I paid £100 and she paid £80. So, in total, it came to £180. It looks beautiful because it's not only a sword but it also comes with a display case and a little hanging up little thing-a-ma-jig. And it fits perfectly on my wall and it's just so realistic and it's like really heavy. If you try and get it down, it is so heavy. And who else can really say I have the Sword of Gryffindor in my bedroom? The fact that I can say those words is actually amazing. I got the bloody Sword of Gryffindor in my bedroom. Yes, I'm not a Gryffindor but why does it matter? The sword played a massive part in the movie. It was like a massive part. Neville swooped Nagini right through the face. Harry tried to collect it and then he died trying to get it out of the bloody icy water. Got the Horcruxes. We got the bloody Basilisk. It's played a massive part in the movie. It looks beautiful and it's very big. I like size things so the fact that it's very big takes up a lot of room is a good thing. Alright, and now we're at number one. Out of all this stuff, what is my favourite thing? You probably already know. Let me go get him. Here he is. You are beautiful. This is probably my best purchase. It takes up a lot of room, yes. It scares me at night, yes. But at the end of the day, I've got a life-size cardboard cutout of Snape in my bedroom. Not many people can say that. It is beautiful. It cost me £30 from Amazon. It's actually quite breaking a bit which is really sad. But he's been through it all. I actually don't know why I put him as number one because he's actually really annoying. I'm trying to get something out of my drawers and I can't because he's in the way. I've got to move him around. If I want to go somewhere, I've got to move him around. He's actually quite irritating actually. But you know, I love him deep down. He's a wonderful man. Snape was the character that got me really into Harry Potter. His story, his character, it's just beautiful. But I'll never forget the day that Alan Rickman passed away and I was sat on my bed and I was crying my eyes out and he was just staring at me. It was very hard though. When he passed away, all I could see was a life-size cardboard cutout of the man who passed away. It was very hard. But anyway, that is it. That is my top ten Harry Potter items. I may buy something soon and then it might come in at number three or two or something. But for now, that is my top ten Harry Potter items.
