A Cleveland Tribute to LeBron James - _Thank You LeBron_ (2014-2018)

King is coming home. LeBron James and not just the king of basketball, he is also arguably the superstar whose choices can change the economic fortune of an entire city. Today James announced that he has chosen to return to Cleveland, the city he spurned four years ago. As he's lived in Miami for the last four years, as beautiful as Miami is, as enjoyable as it is to be there in the winter, to live in that house on the bay, he misses home. Being in Miami taught him how much he missed home. He says in Northeast Ohio, nothing is given, you work for what you have, and he's ready for the challenge. James sets, fires, three-pointer for LeBron James. James has 26. James steps back, nails the three-pointer. James settles for a three and nails it. The shot clock expires. James puts up a three. He got it. LeBron James with the congratulations for the MVP. And the dream season is now complete. The Golden State Warriors are the 2015 NBA Champions. I don't know. I mean, for me, it's never a success if you go out losing, but I think we put ourselves in the back of what this franchise needs to be, being a contender. Space for LeBron to get to the rim and throw it down. Just watches, he's going strong. James on the drive. With the steal, three-on-one, alley-oop to James. Beautifully executed off another. Sea of Cavaliers, who are now the Eastern Conference Champions. Dover on the drive, inside to James for the flush. Nice backdoor. Keeps his dribble somehow. Irving back to James. Irving's clear pass to the basket. Layup, he missed it. James. Curry shumpers in pursuit. Blocked by James. Rejects it out of bounds. He's hooked away from behind, then releases. And Curry has to back. To Smith. Smith, alley-oop to James. It's Bedlam here in Cleveland. Curry blocked by James. Pass, pass right through the hands of James. A two-handed slam. Five to shoot. Azealia again goes back up on him. James steps back for three. Puts it in. LeBron to Iguodala to Curry. Back to Iguodala. Up for the layup. Oh, blocked by James. LeBron James with the rejection. My goodness. Now temp taken by space. Final seconds. It's over. It's over. Cleveland is a city of champions once again. The Cavaliers are NBA champions. Cleveland's long sports nightmare has ended. The drought is over. 52 years. Time to celebrate a title. Can you describe what you're feeling right now? I set out to go two years, but I came back to bring a championship to the city. Cleveland, this is for you. As a city, as a community, you know, to be able to continue to build up our city, continue to be an inspiration to our city, it means everything. And I'm happy to be a part of it. First team at 73 and nine. I lost one game. This is what's going on right now. It's still so surreal to me. It still hasn't hit me what actually happened. I heard a lot of thank you LeBron today. And thanks for coming home. And thanks for keeping your promise. But I really, you guys really should be thanking all the guys up here, to be honest. You know, I just want to let y'all know, man, I'm re-signing back with the Cleveland Cavaliers, man, my hometown team. I can't be more excited in this opportunity. Once again, man, to defend our crown, you know, defend our title. And we all know last year was a magical, inspiring, all the words you would come up with, man, it was an unbelievable season. And I just can't wait to get the group back together, man. Always believe something, Cleveland. It's always us against the world. Always us against the world. Cleveland against the world. Let's go. It's time to give out the rings to the 2016 NBA champions, your Cleveland Cavaliers. If you're not from here, live here, play here, dedicate yourself to Cleveland, then makes no sense for you to live at this point. Cleveland against the world. Look at this spectacular play. The lead is three. Love, LeBron, a trapping B.O. there, three, fade away out of bounds, Hughes in class. In a certain area, as far as this game is concerned. James to Love, back up top, James to Law, three, bang. James on the drive, circus time for the drive to get it, loses it to James, two on one, Jefferson, back to, and a chase down block. First row, six for seven, oh, LeBron tempted. He's going to check James, that's just not something he can do. Melodic with the steal, he has Bradley for James, back in, Luke checks on the faceless lead of the game, 24-14, just under two and a half, remaining on the first quarter, nice move by James, who, yo, this is so sad. Here is James, number three. There it is, right there. Just past Michael Jordan, the number one all time, most points in the playoff. Cleveland Cavaliers are going back to the NBA finals for the third straight year, they are the Eastern Conference champions. Pass inside, Tristan Thompson finds James. A lot of foot pass. Bad pass by Curry, stolen by James, Iguodala's back, and James throws him. James drives hard, James drives, scoop layup, pass to himself, and he throws it down. He went up in the air, pushing it up the floor, finds James, James goes by and throws it down. Durant kind of backed off a little bit. Warriors are NBA champions again. Smith missed it badly, it carves out to James with a new shot clock. Be a quarterback, watch the ball fake, and then the, to the lead. Seconds left, Cleveland triggers in, James, two seconds, one second for the win. LeBron James delivers. It's going to be James, here it is, under, three seconds to go. Throws up the floater. Cleveland, that is for you. I love what he did afterwards. Attempted take it by James, perfect, James in the open floor, James grabbed from behind. And it's up to nine. Great to see him back on the floor, James drives past Livingston and throws it down. Passing such a good screen. James spins, drives, count it, and one. James five to shoot, and he pokes it away. James up and under, throws it off the backboard, oh what a perfect pass to himself. Congratulating Central Warriors, and we'll get a standing ovation here at Quicken Lords Arena. There's the buzzer, there's a new dynasty in the NBA. The Golden State Warriors champions once again, back-to-back titles, three and four years, and the latest with a sweep.
