This is the tiny house complete with underground propane and there is another 20 galloner
that goes with it. This just disconnects these couple of pins there and then a few bolts up
there and those two bolts that one and that one come out and the stairs come off. Take the whole
off in five minutes. It has adjustable jacks. I have cinder blocks underneath just to give it a
little extra support but jacks work fine. And then this is the deck. It's got adjustable jacks
underneath. You can kind of level it off whenever you put it up and down. These metal posts come out
pretty easily. It's just a little screw top. Pop out of there and the whole thing just lifts off.
There's normally a canopy on here but I took it off for the winter time so it didn't get damaged
by any weather or whatever. You can see that there's hinges. The whole canopy folds down
and then the deck folds up on top of it on these two hinges so you can just kind of drive away.
You can't see now but there is a license plate and lights and turn signals on the bottom of
this deck. So once you strap it up via these two straps and a ratchet strap then you're good to go
and drive right off. This is your AC unit. On the back side there's your solar panels. I don't
have them hooked up right now because I'm not living in it. There's your vent for your exhaust
fumes and stuff like that from the hot water heater. And then this is your plug-in. Just a
120 extension cord. And then this is your water source which is just a garden hose.
It does come with I believe around 100 feet of garden hose. That's Murphy, my uncle's dog.
All right so the inside, they have nice double doors here. Opens up. There's a little latch
there. A little latch up top and then the whole thing opens up. I move this chair like that
and then you have the entire inside. I forgot to mention there is a cat door here
or a small dog could use that as well. It does lock so if you don't need it that's fine.
This is your AC unit, kitchen, full kitchen, cherry, countertops,
redwood, red oak hard floors, hardwood flooring. There's a heater back here
that does a really nice job of heating the whole unit. It's run off a thermostat. Full-size stove,
oven and you know works really well. And then we have our propane fridge also works really well.
It's been great. And then on this side you know you just have kind of a clothes dryer or a
dish dryer and this kind of just tucks back in here like so for you know getting ready,
getting your hair upted. And silverware obviously. Water runs, cold, hot, whatever.
And that leads us you know there's storage underneath here. You can see there's our water
tank. 40 gallon water tank and the pump there. And that gives you water storage in the wintertime.
Typically in the summertime I keep it on. And then there's just kind of more storage and stuff
down here. More storage for bigger pots and whatever down here. And then there's the entrance
to the cat door. So then we move up to here. This is our kind of living room if you will.
I have nice hangers for whatever there. There's more storage up top.
You know books there. There's plug-ins here. They're all 120. The lights are all 12 volt.
I'll tell you that. So then we have the shower right. This is where you take a shower.
It's pretty easy to open up. You just kind of pick up the cushion. Lean it over there.
And then just pick up the wood like that. It's on hinges there. The whole thing folds up.
Then you take the shower curtain down. Wrap it around you know. And then you are
ready to take a shower. As you can see that works fine.
The hot water doesn't work right now because I don't have the propane on.
I didn't bother turning it on because I'm not living in it.
And then there's a fan here. It kind of keeps the airflow going. This is your hot water heater.
Got a light in here. This is your composting toilet with some storage over here. A little
bit more storage for whatever. You know toiletries or whatever is good you know.
So and then this is just kind of an access panel to you know reach in here. There's a valve in
for to shut off the water. The hot water heater. And then you know that's your exhaust outlet for
your propane which also gets vented out. So plenty of access there. This is your toilet,
composting toilet. And then there's you know just some paper towels and whatever else in there.
And then there's this funnel thing. That's your urine separator. This washes it down.
Let you use it. It's super handy. Like that it keeps the smell down and all that good stuff.
Yeah that's the bathroom. Okay and then the bedroom. All right so these are steps up to
the bedroom. Bedroom is pretty self-explanatory. You have windows that open outward up in the
bedroom. You get plenty of light in here. And they also can be closed down. It's really quite
nice and toasty up in here in the summer. Or in the winter time rather. And then there's
kind of a little thing. It's got remotes for the fan and the tv. And then you can see there's
plenty of storage above the bathroom. I kind of have some stuff stored in there now. And then
this is the tv. You can lower it down so you can watch it from the the couch. Or you can keep it
raised up like I have it and you can watch it from the bedroom. This is a table that folds out
if you want. Gives you a little bit more room. I'm not going to fold it out. It's pretty
self-explanatory. This is the top of the, this is the top cover for the awning. I haven't put
it on there like I said because I didn't want it to get damaged in a windstorm or anything like that.
It's made of canvas and it does a really nice job. You can see in the pictures what it looks like
and installed. And then this is your secondary door. This is nice because it allows you access
when you're traveling. Because that deck is going to be up and you won't be, you won't have easy
access to the main two rear doors. You can stand on this obviously. Good strong and sturdy.
And then I'm going to show you the final thing. This is the
technical stuff. This is a little piece of trim right here. This kind of pops up
just like that. Comes out of there and then I just use a fork to get this little string guy
out of here. It's hard to get your fingers in there. Get your little string guy out.
All right. So I just pull with one hand and then you just pull up on it. It hasn't been
open in a while so it needs a little lubrication. Sorry, I had to put the phone down to pop it up
but it pops up like that and lifts. Folds in the center as you can see.
This is hard to do with one hand. Sorry. There we go. Folds up like that. It's kind of nice
because it gives you access to the bottom here where you have storage of all sorts of stuff
and access to any of your utilities that you need. This is kind of more long-term storage.
As you can see, plenty of room under here for all sorts of stuff.
And then that just kind of folds back down back into place and you put that wood back into place
and there's gravy. Anyway, that's my tiny house. Hope you enjoy it. Bye.
