Touring a Ultra Contemporary Mega Mansion in Marbella ! (For Rent in La Cerquilla, Nueva Andalucia).
All right, welcome back to the Mauer Brothers. Ladies and gentlemen, today we are in Villa
Veneer, which is a rental property. Thank you so much to Key Real Estate for allowing us to tour
this stunning contemporary slash modern mansion in La Sequia. Now, was that a good intro, Patrick?
Perfect. All right, let's turn around. Obviously, we have a car park nicely illuminated with the
recessed lighting here. And to further really quickly point out, this is the passageway that
leads into the garage that we're going to be showing you at a later stage. But now I would
say, guys, drum roll, it's time to begin. Let's go. All right, guys, if you loved the detailed drone
shots, do give us a thumbs up and let us know your opinion in the comment section below. Now,
this is your little foyer, your entry, the place you come to take your shoes off or put them on,
or in my case, wear no shoes. Nice reception area. And hey, you got to check out this bathroom.
Why? Because it is sheer elegance. And it already shows you guys what to expect. So stay tuned,
because the entire house is as designed as this guest toilet with plastered marble natural stone
here, wooden plastering on the front part. I would like to use this bathroom, wouldn't you? Yes, I
would. I was gonna say for what, but maybe it's best we skip that part. Pocket doors, super
convenient. And now, should we quickly head outside and show them? No. No? We leave that for later?
Yes, we do. Stay tuned, guys. Boom. This is your formal living room area.
In all its absolute glory, captivating depth, triple height ceiling, and of course, this entire
facade of travertine just sitting heavily here. And yes, in the niche, television and a fireplace.
Place. But in general, this is humongous. And you also have wooden paneling there. Did you
catch that? We'll put that in a detail shot for you guys. What can't be missing next to the living
room is your kitchen, dining area, and of course, this solid custom-made kitchen with this beautiful
kitchen island right here. Gaggenau appliances, soft clothes, and something I would like to point
out here, in Casa Veneer, everything can be controlled through an iPad. When I mean everything,
I mean aliens, spaceships would even come if you put it into the iPad. And now, from spaceships
and aliens to the biggest sub-zero fridge I've come across. This is at least two and a half meters
high. Okay, maybe two meters and 20. But this is a twin fridge from sub-zero. And I looked into these.
They are expensive, super expensive. And you always complain that there is the lack of freezing
size, right? Well, check this out, Patrick. Freezer, freezer, freezer, freezer. A lot of freezers. And
this is not an emergency button. We're out of freezing material. This is a button to open the
aluminum sliding windows fully, that pocket to the next slot. And of course, gives you access to the
outdoor dining area that I'm going to be showing you now. Let's go. Adjacent to the kitchen, outdoor
dining area. We'll come to that part at the end. But if you just want to turn a camera around, Patrick,
this entire section here is your covered terrace, chill out lounge, come for afternoon drinks,
sit down, enjoy, maybe smoke a shisha, whatever floats your boat, guys. This is the area. And a
little snug there. Come. This one we have to show. Do you like it cozy? You've got a little fireplace
going on here with your seating, lounge, just to enjoy the afternoon. And now, let's head back
inside, because we have, upstairs, four ensuite bedrooms that we would like to show you. And you
wanted to point something out about these stairs, didn't you? The floating stairs? I don't know, you tell me, dude.
Yeah, the floating stairs. But no, you... Wooden floating... Patrick is so creative when he walks
through the house, but when he's filming, obviously, he's concentrating on the camera. But you mentioned
the wooden paneling on the ceiling that match to the tone of the floating panels and how it's just
a nice fusion of colors. Oh, yeah, that one. Now I remember. Obviously, we have the same travertine...
I also like the lights underneath the staircase. Yes, there you go. It's nicely illuminated. Let's continue.
All right, are you ready for this? This is the main bedroom. Have a look.
All right, guys, you might be asking, what is this dangling down from the ceiling?
It's a television that automatically also pockets into the ceiling. And I'm going to
see if I remember the button. It was number three. Yes, number three. No, did I? Wait.
All right, television pockets into the ceiling. And in the meantime, as it's closing, we have
French oak laid out on the floor in the entire first floor's bedrooms. And what's really cool
about this master suite is that there is a fusion between your sleeping area and this open plan
bathroom. Durian, double tab sink right here. Bathtub. And this is something really cool.
The name of the villa. Veneer printed into the towels. Nice. And come a bit closer. Gracious
shower area. And this is funny because automatically, when I get into the shower
area, the windows close to give me more privacy in case I want to wiggle around and be naked,
which you do when you are in the shower, right? Discreetly hidden. Now, terrace area cannot be
missing in your master suite. Of course, right there. I really like that view from the master
bedroom. Yeah. I mean, do you catch the sea views from here? Yes. It's a little bit foggy,
but you can see it, I guess. Yeah. And from here, you know, it's summer. It is difficult to catch
the sea really crisp, crispy because of just the humidity. The what? Humidity. Humidity.
Humidity. Picturesque.
All right, guys. It's a turtle. It's a turtle.
Let's continue. Wallpaper throughout here as well on the side. And now this pretty awesome
walk-in closet. Fly-in? No, walk-in. Oh, walk-in. Because then,
how does it look from there? It looks like a landing strip. A landing strip. For a plane? No,
right to yourself. Hello. Is it me you're looking for? So, bathrobes as well, in case you
embroider it. You want to slip into a bathtub. That's really convenient for what you have
upstairs. But we'll come to that later. So, ladies and gentlemen, that was the main bedroom.
And at the far end of this corridor that we're going to be exploring, we have three further
bedrooms. But let's take a break here because we can, from here, observe the captivating depth
of this living room area and the triple-height ceiling I spoke about before, the chandeliers
dangling. And I really appreciate as well the facade of travertine here with the fusion of
the wood that I spoke about before. And... You spoke a lot of things before. What about this?
Okay, two picture windows and one window. Yeah, which is cool because... You can open it. Yeah,
but it also brings the illumination from the backside of the house. And if you want to
ventilate, you can do so by opening the windows. That's why we're in South of Spain, right?
Correct. It's the sunshine, the light, the beauty. Thumbs up if you guys agree. Now, bedroom number
two, fly in. All right, spacious in size, bedroom number two, big bed with a massive bed frame,
as you can see. Also here, the shower bathroom with a... Or roof light. Roof light, exactly.
No more... What did you used to say? Loopholes. Exactly, because that's... Because you just shoot
through loopholes. Correct. Loopholes you have in castles or fortified buildings, right? Man,
you did your history lesson. Let's have a look at the terrace outside. Right. Two bedrooms,
this terrace where you can come and retreat, kick back and enjoy the sun. But also look at
this gorgeous view out with your swimming pool, gazebo, barbecue area. Pretty splendid.
And now bedroom number three. Let's go. And now bedroom number four. And we're going to be looking
at this one together. So let's go. Bedroom number four, the last one on this floor. It all rhymes.
Big window, giving you that view to La Concha. I'm going to be explaining that at a later stage.
And of course, a shower bathroom area. A bit tight, this one. So the person you least like
would get to use this room. Bedroom, shower. Pretty nice, huh? You ready? Let's go. I like
the French wood. It will not be my room. The French oak wood on the floor really gives a
feeling of warmth, which is really not what you need in July. Now it's around, I don't know,
32 degrees and it's starting to heat up. But the air con system in the entire house will allow it
to cool down like this. And now it's time for the elevator. Connects, basement, ground floor,
first floor and the solarium we're going to be looking at now. So see you in another life,
brother. Does anyone know where that's from? Do you know? Comment below if you do. Let's go.
I'll see you in another life, brother. Alright guys, solarium. But what you probably see
immediately, let me just quickly switch this off. The girls were in here before. What you see
is that majestic La Concha mountain. I always love to point out. And why do I point it out, Patrick?
Because it's the epicenter of Marbella. Yeah. It is what makes this place so unique. Yes.
It's the mountain ranges which allow this microclimate to exist here. Yes. It holds back
the winds and clouds. Oh my god, you're nailing it, man. Coming from the north with a cold wind.
So here we stay, nice and crispy and warm. Perfect. Couldn't have said it better myself.
Now, you also have a jacuzzi, as I mentioned before. For you and the chicas. Of course,
this place heats up and I would recommend to come at a later stage. I mean, come on, how great are
rooftop terraces? I repeat it again and again. It's the best use of space I can think of. 100%.
I mean, look at this view. You just turn around. Exactly. I mean, yes, you have La Concha,
but you have all this view to the valley unfolding in front of you with the golf courses. And the
view is fantastic. The palm trees, the sea in the far. With good weather, you even see Gibraltar
there on the edge. Unfortunately, now due to the high humidity, we do not see it. The temperatures
are rising, so we have a little bit of mist on the sea. Sorry, Dominic, I'm stealing your job.
No, please, man. You're nailing it. I think I should take the camera around. No, thank you,
because I'm all sticky and sweaty by now. All right, ladies and gentlemen. The heat is rising.
But come on, here we would need an umbrella, which there is one, but we didn't put it up. And
I would say you come here in the late afternoon once the sun has set for a nice little outdoor
party area. You know what I would get here? There are these ice whirlpools. I would get myself an
ice whirlpool on top of here. So I would heat up till melting point in the sun, get nice and crispy
and then just go into the ice pool. Did you switch this off? No, it's talking to us. It's
like jumping. Excuse me. What is this movie called? The Magic Whirlpool? Yeah, with a time
travel. It's really cool. A time traveling whirlpool. Oh, shoot. One of them. Okay,
Dominic, just leave it. Let's go. All right. Basement. Let's go. Are you coming? Yes. Okay,
cool. I am not walking no more. It's too hot for that, huh? A little bit. So guys,
rented. I'm telling you, you have six en suite bedrooms in this house. You can fit 12 people
in the beds. Or maybe if you like cuddling a little bit more, it's a fantastic rental home.
And there's still some slots available. So hey, Key Real Estate Marbella. Link is below for you
to inquire about this property. And now let me show you why it is worth it. Because the basement
is awesome. Starting off with this, look at that. Your own entertainment area, you have a projector,
private cinema area, you can play pool, you can come here at night, watch all the Maro
Productions. I think by now it's like 45. Give us 1000 likes and thumbs up. I just enjoy life.
I play some billiard. Pool. Pool. Exactly. I think it's pool. Yeah, billiard are the longer ones,
aren't they? I think so. Snooker are the longer ones. Yes. I don't know. What is the difference
between pool and billiard? I'm sure one of our awesome viewers is going to know. Quick look in
here. Shower. Toilet. And remember, we're in the basement. And look at the height.
I have here in the ceiling, it's at least 2 meters 50, which is great. I like the tiles as well.
And last but not least, this wine cooler. It's actually cooling the wine. It's not
just for decoration. Unfortunately, it's empty. But you can imagine when it's full,
it will look pristine. Yes. And two bedrooms. Let's look together. This is your staff bedroom.
It's number five. Maybe you have a mate that would come and help out or worker that could
be accommodated here. Also with a shower here. Let's have a look. Shower, bathroom. And yeah,
key real estate. Ah, the listers of this rental. They also make amazing soap.
It's amazing how nice it is for staff. I've seen some staff compartments, you get the jitters.
And you also have a separate entrance and exit from here. So you can be more independent. And now
last bedroom of the house. Voila. Yeah, what I love about the basement, and I just pointed that
out, is the natural light that you get here. Right? You have windows that really illuminate
the entire space. You never feel like you're in a basement. And don't forget, fresh air as well.
Yeah, fresh air. Because it's always a little bit different. If you have the aircon on,
it is fresh air as well. It sucks it in from outside. But it does not compare to fresh air
from a window. I personally do. Well said. Big shower space. I'm sure you can fit a couple of
Is it a tile or is it real wood? It's tile. It looks so amazing. First I thought it was wood.
Final details. It looks like wood. And the pocketing door. My favorite doors, by the way.
Yeah, Patrick and I. Because I'm the one who's always walking backwards.
And I'm like walking into doors constantly. I'm like all bruised up. Well, this is also your
favorite room. So take it on from here. Yeah, I mean, weights wise, I need a little bit more
than that. Yeah, that's quite honest. The top here is nine kilos. It's nice to do some cardio
in the morning. Watch some television. Get informed about the latest news. Sweat out the alcohol.
I mean, sauna. Come on. I love saunas. Walk in, Dominic. Show us how big it is. Yes, sir.
Party for 12 people. Easily manageable here. You can fit a lot of people in, which is nice.
Although I hate being in the sauna with other people. Do you like to be naked in the sauna?
I've done that before in Germany. They all go naked there, which is kind of weird.
In Switzerland as well. The problem is, and please don't hate me for that.
When you're in a sauna and everyone gets naked, it's usually very old men that sit there and go.
But there's something about it. It's true. Yeah. Right. Garage. I'm gonna lower my voice
because the echo is quite intense. You can fit at least four or five cars in here, which is great.
Okay. He's whistling. I'm out. Let's go. Come, big guy. Let's go. He's whistling. I hate when he
whistles in homes. I hate it. Stop it. It's not the house. It's a garage. I don't care. The garage
is in the house. Don't whistle. Let's continue. I'm going to tell our mom that you whistle in
homes and you're going to get some real bollocking from her. I'm not afraid of mother. You should be.
All right, guys, as promised, I'm going to be explaining you a little bit about the outdoor
facility, starting with the coolest part. And that's this designer gazebo barbecue kitchen
area with everything your heart desires. Barbecue grill, countertops to work from, big island
serving as a table as well. Bar stools. This is the place to entertain. And if you're a DJ,
put your DJ pot here, mix up the music, have people dance all around or the friends that stay
with you. Oh, did we actually mention the music system around the house? Sonos? Yes. Everywhere?
In the garden as well. Like these speakers, which are standing on the floor. There's actually a tiny
bit of music playing. Yeah. Really cool. They actually, they look like they're art. They're
also speakers. It's difficult to tell in the beginning. I think the top is concrete, right?
Yeah. For the weight. Yeah, they look heavy. They are heavy. They're really third income heavy.
Super cool. And do you see the tiling of the swimming pool? It gives off this diamond look.
It's like flashes and sparkles like a diamond does in the sun. Yeah, because not all tiles,
but a few of these tiles have this special coating. It's pretty cool. And to my favorite part,
low snug area, right in the garden. If you want to come for the siesta. Yeah. For the Spanish
siesta. For the siesta. You can also close yourself in, just lie here, kick back, fall asleep
in the outdoors. That's what... Under a palm tree. Under a palm tree, under the sun in Costa del Sol,
in one of the most luxurious areas in Marbella, which is the Gulf Valley here in Nueva Andalucía.
We are in La Serquia. And yeah, guys, this is a perfect home to rent, to come for a holiday,
to enjoy a couple of days of... I was going to say calmness, but how about super fun vibes?
Everything's cool. Party, grilling, chicas. Party, grilling, chicas. Whatever the heart desires.
You're super close to all the main places to be. Yeah. So guys, thank you so much. All the
contact details, if you are interested to rent it, are below. And yeah, this was a Marbrothers
production. If you like today's video, make sure to give us a thumbs up. And what was there?
Subscribe. And thank you for my amazing brother doing this incredible filming. Thank you. Yeah, turn,
show yourself. You're a very handsome man. Sweaty handsome. I'm not supposed to call him my dear,
but he is my dear brother. Yeah. And yeah, guys, thank you for tuning in and out.
When are the girls coming? The girls? To the party. We have three hours left in the house.
I got the girls, the booze, the DJ, I got everything set. Yeah, super. Because the owner,
what's the time the owner said he's coming? Two hours. Let's go. A quick one. Let's get cranking.
