Iris by Lewis Le Val Review

Hello and welcome to Real Magic Review. My name is Steve Faulkner and this is my review of Iris by Louis Laval and the 1914. And this is going to be a recorded review, but I thought, you know, I'll learn this in the morning, have a look at it and then record a review. And actually there's a lot more to this than meets the eye. But before we do this, I will say like and subscribe. Please do that. I know you hear it so often on YouTube, but it really is important. So thanks for, for, for being here. And, um, but interesting. It's good timing. Yeah. David prime 21. Cool. So I'm, uh, I'll come back to you. So any questions you've got, put them on here and I'll come back to him in a minute. So why did I not do a recording of this? Well, I opened this a couple of days ago and what I saw was this and let's make sure I'm not exposing anything. And I don't mean that in a weird way. I mean the, the actual thing, right? Yeah. Cause on the other side of this is the and I always have to go back and blow them out and things. So I got this two, two cards and I looked at them and I went, Oh, they dropped the ball on this one. Um, because I can't, let me just see if I can put my little face in here. No, it's not coming up. Um, so these two cards and I thought, okay, well they're nice. They're very lovely, but what are they doing? I looked through it and I thought, Oh, I've kind of got the hang of this. I kind of know what this is. And I kind of, cause I've liked everything that the 1914 have put out. There's just something about it that they're really, really putting loads of effort into everything, into the downloads, into the product, into the packaging, into what they are. They're clearly making sure that what they put out is, is going to kind of tick the boxes and make people happy. But then I watched the download and like I said, more and more was revealed about this little thing. I'm going to show you the trailer. All right. Uh, Hey, I'm glad you're, you're grateful to be here. Very good. Uh, that's good. I'm grateful that you are here. So let's watch the trailer. I will pause it every now and then. Uh, but I will have something to say a little bit about this. How was that for you? Wow. Like everything you said was right. Wow. Wow. Wow. I'm shocked. I'm Hello. My name is Louis Laval and this is Iris using just these two cards that take up almost no space in your wallet. You'll be able to reveal your spectators star sign without the use of anagrams. Right. So let's just say a little bit about this. Um, part of this is a reveal of the star sign they're thinking about or what their star sign obviously. And, uh, and there's a word reveal as well in this. And I looked at those two things and I thought, okay, they're good. But I thought there's going to be a process in that process. Now I will say that there is a process, but the process is really, really thought about in depth to avoid this thing of making it feel like a puzzle of getting to a thing. I've asked you this, this, this, this, and now it, it feels like so much more than that. And I think actually by saying that, you know, you're going to reveal a star sign almost is a mistake because there is so much more to this than that. And they do sort of say that in a minute, but we'll also be able to reveal an important aspect of their life that they are simply just thinking about, which is true is also a creative tool that will allow you to improve your genuine intuitive abilities. I said what I said, right? And I'm going to qualify that. And this is the thing that revealed itself to me. And I hadn't seen the trailer, so I didn't, I wasn't trying to match it up as I was doing this before. This is way much more than this reveal. This is a way, well, it's a prompt as well. I will say that it can be, it can be like a crib, but, but in a way that is so out in the open and you don't have to kind of look away and peek away. It's right there and everything is justified, but also it is genuinely a way of, of working on your readings. And I know a lot of these things are there, these, you know, you work on readings and you get a reveal anyway. So if you don't get the reading, right, you get the reveal, but you kind of, you do get the reading right because of the way this, one of these word reveals is because of what they're doing. They're thinking about something about them and you know what they're thinking about by going through this really justified process, which is this whole thing, which he will explain now actually a lot better than me. This is all done through the intimate process of staring deeply into your spectator's eyes. And just think about, think of the name of your star sign and think of the last letter of your star sign. This is an S, is that right? Okay. And just think of the first letter. You're a Taurus, is that right? And this is where there is a bit of process, but you're, you're not doing this in a way that you are sometimes when you have to kind of ask, there's, there's kind of two stages to this and sometimes only one. And again, the whole thing is so nicely scripted. I'm going to talk about this in a minute. When I say this, I often do forget to talk about the thing I'm going to talk about. So feel free to remind me. But this download is, is a masterclass in scripting and making everything feel natural. And I think Lewis is so good at this. He's got this really likable way about him that you just listen to him and you can, and when you're watching the download, I had, I sat here watching the download earlier and really, really enjoyed it because it felt like he was having a conversation with me. You're familiar with palm reading, the belief and the idea that the lines and marks in the palm of your hand can tell you all kinds of things about your life. Well, what a lot of people don't know is that you can do the same with your eyes, in particular, your iris. It's said that the lines, marks and patterns in your iris can tell you more about your life and your personality than any lines in your hand ever could. Right. Now that it's, now this is where you kind of go, okay, some people are going to look at that and go, that's just not me. The first thing is I'll say about that is that it, it genuine is interesting, isn't it? Because people kind of know you can read all sorts of things, tea leaves, all things that, but the eye reading, you know, people are going to go, all right, okay. And what it does, it justifies some stuff that you do within the routine that will give you breathing space to do the things you have to do, if you see what I mean. I think that's generally interesting. And also I would say, if you're not a person that wants to sit and do a very serious reading, but I think this is, it helps if you are, I think. I came up with an idea of saying to someone, you know, I myself am skeptical of this, but I can't deny how often this works. So something, if you are skeptical and you feel uncomfortable making out that you're not, and you do believe in kind of readings, I think there is a way of going, look, I'm skeptical too, but I've done this and it just seems to come up so many times. Don't use that as a word, it could come up trumps, isn't a very spiritual thing to say, but do you know what I mean? I think that there's a way of kind of fitting this in with your genuine beliefs and still going forward and doing a reading without having to come across as, as very spiritual, if that doesn't fit your style. And actually I don't think Lewis does go, I think Lewis comes in a very genuine way. Okay. So be honest with me. Are you thinking of spirituality? Is that what you were thinking of? Spirituality? People joke with you, telling you how stubborn you are. Is that right? Yeah. Yeah. That's a positive trait though. It's a good thing. Yeah. Wow. Oh my gosh. And you've heard the saying, the eyes are the windows to the soul with your permission. I would like to look into yours. And I've got something to say about that as well. He talks about this, this, this using sayings and things like, you know, the eyes are the windows to the soul. I don't think I'd get away with that. And I think that this is something that you've got to think about. But he talks about this idea of making the person you are feeling a little, feel a little bit uncomfortable. And I don't mean make them feel weird. You don't want them to not have a good time, but just that little thing of being in stretch, that thing of kind of going, this is weird, but it's okay. And I think that if you can get away with that sort of thing, great. But if not, you know, you could say it in a different way. He's very kind of almost quite serious and not say, but do you know what I mean? Where I'd have to be a little bit like, you know, they say your eyes are the window to your soul. Let's just have a look at that, you know, a bit more chatty. So I think some people look at these things and they think, well, it's not me, but just think about the way you communicate and, and see whether that would fit in with you. And on that, there's, there's this, this is a masterclass. I think don't watch the first bit of the download and think, oh yeah, I know how to do it now. He says at the end, oh, you know, he almost apologizes for sort of talking too much and going off on tangents. And that's the real beauty of this. And I've seen this in more of the 1914s downloads is that they take you on this, the stuff that he's kind of thinking, maybe he's waffling, but he's really not. It's the skill that you're going to have to learn. And the skill of reading to do this well, I think, I think you do have to incorporate the reading part of it. And there are different skills in this. So I think as Mexie says, I really like the season discovery. It's so simple and it's still really well hidden. It really is. And from that little moment, you get a lot of, um, a lot of information now with that information, when you first watch that download, it's, this is why I say it revealed itself to me as well is that I went, oh, I've got to remember that. I've got to remember that when you actually do it, you go, it does have an intuitive feel to it. Not just in the readings, which do, by the way, when you, when you watch him do the reading, you're like, am I going to have to learn like 10 different things to say when he explains it? You haven't, because you're just having a conversation based on the information you already know. So the skills are observation. You're going to need to use some observation. As I said, you're going to have to kind of remember the process, but he gives you just the best kind of mnemonic way of remembering it. And he says, like, you sit down and do this for five minutes. There's this wonderful visualization, which I sat here today. I thought, I'm not rushing this, had my eyes closed, went through, there's this using windows, basically a way of doing the star sign thing without having to use the crib, which you can also do. But it just within five minutes, I knew it. I, I was there and I knew I could do that. And there are kind of 12 words that you have to remember to give you a mnemonic for that. He says, it's going to take you five minutes. It took me five minutes and I now know the words. He's got some really usable, wonderful ways of remembering the process, doing the very, very, very simple mathematics that you will have to do. And I mean, really simple. I can do it. No problem. So we're talking, I think you're going to be all right. And all these things are going on and more and this reading practice just with these little cards. And I, that's what I love about this. I became more and more intrigued with it. And as I watched the download, I just went, no, I'm not going to take this out, learn it, get some footage and do it. I can't because as with the download, as with the routine, as with the trick, and especially with the learning of the trick, I would recommend taking your time. And what a wonderful thing, 22 quid or whatever, two little bits of card to go in your wallet. And of course it fits in the shadow wallet, which is again, a lovely thing, but any wallet, if you've got lucid wallet, things like that, they're going to fit in there. You're going to get 10 minutes of stuff. And I would really, I really love what he says about readings. And so many people have so brutal about readings. That means you're pretending to be psychic. And he said, yeah, no, you're not the way you do it in an intuitive way. And you're, and you can present it any way you like, but you've got all this material that they don't know you have. And what he says is, you know, it's, he doesn't finish this routine with the, I've got the word. He does the word. He says, he does the reading. He drops the star sign thing in there. So it's not like I've got to say, let's carry on. And then he carries on doing the reading. He gets the word and then carries on doing the reading. And I really liked that it says, this isn't a routine. That's about, you know, finishing big. It's a routine. It's about sitting with someone and giving them a lovely experience if they're up for it. And that's very important. They might not be and giving you all that freedom and breathing space to do what you have to do. And of course, there's this lovely thing when you're looking them in the eyes, I will say that in the wrong hands, if somebody took this and they weren't self-aware and they didn't know how, how they should be, you can imagine people coming across quite creepy doing this because anything, when you're looking at someone's eyes requires a level of trust and that's to do your communication skills. And I think that what he does in this is he takes those, those skills, gives them the kind of foundations to build on and says, go and practice this and then bring it to this routine. And if you're not quite ready, then do it with a small reading, just practice the process. I was really surprised at how I feel about this now because I wasn't feeling it in the beginning. If you're into this sort of thing, if that speaks to you, I think you'll be really happy with it. And I think there's so much room for growth in it. And I'm worried that this will be kind of looked over with bigger releases from them because there's some stuff coming out next week that's really important.
