Custom Design Ring

The uniqueness of Brown & Company is our people. Our shop foreman is Neil, and he was trained in the European manner of being a jeweler, which dates back to the Renaissance. My name is Frank Brown. I'm the owner of Brown & Company Jewelers. We have in total 11 jewelers. They are state-of-the-art design craftsmen. Paris, New York City, Roswell, Georgia, we're on a world-class level. My name is Sarah Beth Brown. I'm the sales director here at Brown & Company. Brown & Company is unique because of our international team. The level of skill in our custom design department is incredible. We can essentially create whatever the client's vision may be. We can do absolutely everything here in-house. Hi, my name is Neil Simpson. I'm originally from South Africa. I've been a designer here at Brown & Company for 10 years. When the client is as happy with all the hard work that the design team here at Brown & Company has put into it, that's what gives us the most satisfaction. Our team works with every client to discover exactly what they want. From that point on, we go straight to the drawing board and create a sketch. The sketch is then taken to our computer system, where we create a 3D model of the piece. The 3D model allows the client to see their design from every single angle. Once the client approves the design, the piece is then taken to our state-of-the-art 3D printer. The printer creates a mold in liquid wax, which is covered in plaster, and then placed in our oven overnight. In the oven, the wax burns out and creates a mold, which can either be filled with platinum or gold, depending on the client's preference. All of the metals that we use are alloyed in-house. Then the piece is brought to the bench, where it is cleaned, sanded, and filed to perfection. And here at Brown & Company, we clean every single aspect of the ring, even the undercarriage. That way, at the end of the process, the ring is just as beautiful inside as it is out. Then we go through the tedious process of setting each stone. After that is complete, the final stage is to bring the ring to the polishing table and bring it to life. We invest heavily in the talent and the technology of our custom design department. And the fact that we're able to alloy our own metals, we do a lot of research in allocating the correct materials for the pieces, and the fact that we're able to create everything in-house makes the price of a custom design piece extremely comparable to something that you'd be getting out of the case. Every member of our team gets extremely excited about custom design pieces, from the master jewelers who are creating the piece to the sales associates on the floor. We all know the work that goes into creating that piece. Therefore, we're all extremely excited to deliver it to our clients. Our mission statement is a love and passion for people and jewelry, and that combination, and how do we assimilate that together. And jewelry is such an important part of people's lives. It's one of the few items that can be passed on generationally, because the gems are forever. That's very special, and it's very special for us to be a part of that, and be a part of celebrations, of birthdays, and anniversaries, and births. It's so exciting to see a client come in with an idea, and then our designers and staff can sit down and make that idea a reality. We're already second generation into the third generation, so it's our lifestyle, it's our profession, and the great joy is that we can collaborate with our clientele, and be part of their life, and part of something very special. We're a one-of-a-kind jewelry store. All you need is an idea, and we'll bring it to fruition.
