Yeah, wow, they're so high up there. They look small, but those things are huge. Oh my gosh, and look at this gorgeous fireplace. Check out the stone detailing. So right away you can see the value of this house is all about the location, because they're putting front and center this view out to the lake. I think this is a perfect area to highlight it, is like right when you walk in to this grand formal living room. Gorgeous. Look at this thing, it's like a Chinese medicine cabinet thing, look at all these little nooks, crannies, I love that. That is awesome. Off the front entryway you have your formal dining, and this is just such a nice, cozy space for as massive as the scale is of this house, it really does feel like you could have a nice dinner party in here. I love this rustic chandelier, kind of keeps you grounded, makes you remember you're in Texas. Let's talk about this little pass through butler's pantry area here. Serve up a little drink, you know? Get this party started. Yeah, I love it. This is nice to be able to kind of serve your guests, it's got quick access to the kitchen. Most importantly, quick access to the wine room. So I love that it's sunken down in here, I feel like it really sets a vibe. And I actually love this, it's not so over the top, sometimes these wine cellars are just too much. So down this hall is the theater. Check out this little overlook. Overlook of the formal living area with a lake view. Telling you, views for days in this house. I love the texture on these beams. This is cool, right? Yeah, I love this. Big poofy leather couches. You've got another covered deck out here. Views of the water, views of the pool. I would almost make this my bedroom. Just sleep on one of these couches because you got some of the best views in the entire house right here. Plus the big screen projector. Look at this bad boy. I mean, this is awesome. So you've got this nice carpeted den space. Yeah, this could be kind of like informal living. Put some couches and TVs up here, whatever you want. You got like this nice little homeschool area, some desk space. So look at this gorgeous chandelier. I love how colorful and fun this thing is. Beautiful. You've got storage for days right here. Hello. You didn't think you were in a Scooby-Doo episode. Ruh-roh. Don't you love this? Check this out. What kid doesn't love the secret- Oh my gosh, this was my dream growing up. Right? One of my friends had one of these at his house and it was the coolest thing ever. Right here, off of this kind of living area, you've got your main upstairs guest suite. Check out this view. Yeah, I think I would want this to be my bedroom. This is like the most primo view right here. And I love that they did this corner window so that you can really take full advantage of the view here, yeah? Yeah, this is definitely the favorite kid's room. So in addition to this bedroom, the second floor has two more bedrooms, both of which have en suite bathrooms. And we thought the tile in this bathroom was particularly interesting. It's kind of got this like pink and blue detailing. Purple, that's called purple, Lincoln. Comment below, is this tile pink or is it purple? Purple. Or is it lavender? Okay, it is lavender and lavender is a shade of purple, so. Lavender is a mix between purple and pink. Facts. Is it really? I don't, well, I don't know. I thought it was purple and blue. See, I've seen bowl sinks, but I've not seen a rock bowl sink. That thing is awesome. My complaint with bowl sinks usually is that there's like no space here. You can like put a toothbrush right there. Or your beer, yeah, I agree. This could be like kind of a flex space. You could do like an office or maybe like a bunk room where you put the grandkids. That way you don't have to manually cover your boats up and whatnot. So you've got your two boats, plus your friends can pull up, dock their boats over here. You've got this awesome little sofa for looking out at your view, feeding the swans, whatnot. I mean, this is the life, man. This is the life. Wow, look at this. I could get into this.
