VLOGMAS IN NEW YORK DAY 9: GALS ON THE GO LIVE SHOW DAY!!!

Good morning, happy Vlogmas day nine, it's live show day. ♪ Oh Christmas tree, oh Christmas tree ♪ Good morning guys, it's the day of the live show and I literally had a nightmare. Like when I tell you a nightmare about the show, I had this dream that Brooke and I like did the show, like we're gonna do the show but like we had this moderator girl who was like running the show and gave me a cookbook and was like, okay, now do the show about the cookbook. And I was like, no, no, no, like we wrote a show, like we're gonna do that, like you know the run through we did on Zoom and she like looked at us and was like, no, like you can't. Wait, what the heck? I'm not expecting anybody. Hello. Oh my God, oh my God. Happy podcasting. Oh my God, good prayer. Oh my God, I was vlogging and I live. Oh guys, it's Ryan. What's up everybody? Oh my God, it's so nice. What did you get? You know, sesame, I made it too. Oh my God, you got me a bagel. I'm gonna cry. Oh my God, it's so nice. Oh my gosh, this looks so amazing. Thank you. Vibing, listening to some jazz, drinking my coffee. Ryan just left, got my pine tree candle going. It smells amazing. Okay, getting ready to go to Face Gym. It's cold outside. And I decided today I'm simply only wearing Gals on the Go colors, which is pink and purple. So we're gonna wear this pink set active workout set, even though I'm not working out today. This, the VAR sweatshirt. And then, oh, I don't know, I have a pink coat, but I think I'm just gonna wear a puffer over top. But you get the vibes. Okay, this set is so cute. Go set active. But I'm gonna put this sweatshirt over top. The pinks don't exactly match, but it's a pink day. Got the pink nails. Don't think I have pink sneakers, so we'll go white sneakers. Gotta stay in spirit, right? Okay, I also added this pink beanie. It doesn't match, like my pinks are all over the place, but it's an exciting day. It's a pink day. Going to face gym. I just talked to Kelly on the phone, who's doing my makeup, and I was like, I just realized I'm going to face gym and they're gonna probably wash off all my face tan. And she was like, no, tell them to. I was like, oh, I guess as a makeup artist, they don't wanna see it. She probably would rather my body's tan and then just blend in the face. I can see that. I don't want them to ruin my neck though, because I want my neck tan. I don't know. These are things you guys don't care about, but we are gonna go get snatched in the face. It's cold outside, baby. It's cold outside. I'm also just gonna use a little, this is Rest U Remedy. I used to use this. My mom used to put it under my tongue before I went to bed. It's like a natural stress relief, but I thought it was for sleep, but I think it's just for stress. I've been using it this week and it's been lovely. I think it works. Anyways, let's go. Wow, I'm so glad I'm doing this. Honestly, it feels so good to get outside. It's putting me in a good mood just to get some movement in. And this jacket is so warm. I'm so excited. Days like this too are always so weird living alone because I'm so thankful so many people are FaceTiming me and saying hi, but I just woke up and I was like, okay, today's a big day. I'm gonna be around a lot of people today, but right now I'm alone. It's so crazy. ♪ Christmas time on high heat ♪ The park is so pretty. It almost looks like fall here. Well, no, I guess a lot of the leaves are off the trees, so it's winter. All the leaves are on the floor now. So beautiful still though. Face Gym was amazing. I just tried on all three of my outfit options because just now the pants to my Nadine Merabi set just came in. And so now I can like see all my options which makes me feel so good because I was like, what if like I was choosing between all of the outfits today, but then I, I don't know if that makes sense, but seeing all three, I can decide which one I want to wear today and which one I want to wear next weekend. And I wasn't planning on wearing this today, but I just put it on today. I put on the dress and I put on this and the other set and this feels right today. It feels like opening night. Like it needs to be steamed, which is a whole other animal, but this is the look of the night. I'm so excited. This outfit is from Retrofit. I love it. We are both wearing pink. I have to buckle the shoe, the, the ankle of these pants, but they're so comfy. These shoes I got off of Revolve. They are gorgeous. Yeah, it's this three piece little moment from Retrofit. I just feel so good in it. It feels right for opening night. I'm so excited, like practicing, walking on. Hey guys, what's up? Okay. Okay, it is time to shower. Here is the lineup. I'm using this Emika The Cure shampoo and conditioner. I'll link to stuff down below, not sponsored. My aunt showed this to me and it makes my hair so soft and luscious and amazing. But since I have a little time, I'm also going to use this, which is The Cure. This I use this once and it literally made my hair so amazing It's a multitask repair treatment so you actually shampoo and condition first and Then I'll get out of the shower and kind of brush through my hair and put this like literally squeeze it It's so fun. You feel like you're at a hair salon And then you can leave it in a minute 10 minutes I'll probably do 10 minutes and then rinse it out, but I'm so excited So I'm gonna hop in do my normal shower and then well, this will be out here actually just took a shower And I have it all in my hair I'm probably gonna leave it in for like 5 to 10 minutes and then I will rinse it out Just rinsed it out. I have my hair up I want to show you guys the special merch that we're gonna be selling at the show tonight because you'll see pictures by the time It's this vlog is up I'm obsessed. So this is our special edition a live show black hoodie. It's so warm. I'm literally wearing it to the theater today Gals on the go live, baby. I'm obsessed. We've got the New York taxi the Big Apple microphone and then Here's the back this is I Can't talk about I can't see it, but that is the back December 2022 because we have a show next weekend as well So these will be for sale next weekend if you're coming to the December 17th So I'm so excited Brooke's parents are selling the merch today and my parents are selling the merch next weekend So this is literally so warm and so comfy. I've pink sweats on of course, and I'm probably gonna wear uggs It's chilly out today. Just pulling everything together to bring to the theater Emma is so kind and organized catering and a lot of other things, honestly So I'm very very thankful for that and we gave her stuff earlier this week to bring I am bringing this rope that Brooke and I both got from Amazon. I'm wearing a purple one She's wearing a pink one to get ready and you guys will probably already see photos by now Deodorant our cue cards probably won't really need them But we want to have them in case like just whatever and they're so cute. I have this pouch which has like perfume I'm bringing that like cool light My jewelry I want to wear and then in here I have like Advil Tampons, this is not for fire. Well, this is for the topos hand sanitizer. We're both gonna be drinking from these on stage And then I'm bringing myself Topos cuz Emma was like do you guys want drinks? And I was like, honestly, let me just bring Brooke and I were like, let's just bring our own drinks. Like don't worry So yeah, I'm just slowly packing everything and then obviously I need to figure out how I want to transport this cuz I just steamed these And I don't want them to get wrinkled. I'm almost like should I bring my steamer, but this material it's just like gonna like wrinkle So I don't really know. I need to see if I have a garment bag. I think I do I'm gonna pull that out. Also Brooke's friend just walked by the Gramercy theater and Literally on the marquee it says gals in the go sold out Like to see that I was like, holy ----. Like people are just walking by this is great press for us honestly, I'm seeing if I have a Thought I did yes I do There's something in here, but I'm just gonna take the outfit out of here and put my outfit in here. That just makes sense I'm gonna make some lunch. I'm gonna make my cauliflower sandwich cauliflower turkey tomato Brooks gonna be here in about 30 minutes to record that thing I was telling you guys about and just go to the theater as a united front. I can't believe it. I can't believe it Hallelujah just took these off of our microphones because we're gonna see if we can put them on the mics at the Theater, that'll be fun My bag is just full of stuff. I'm so organized, right? I'm about to go to the theater. I said this is giving Pretty it's giving a lot of things pre theater like, you know backstage like but not backstage like, you know When you like our land your house to go to Like be in a show. Yeah, and yeah, you get there you do stage makeup On your way and that also like before dance recital, but the way that I walked into Daniel's apartment I had my headphones on and I was like in the zone listening to music on GA sports I felt like I was about to go play like a hockey game or something like I'm one of the players No, I like really think that'd be so funny. I know we like don't look you right now We don't make it to talk about talking it. I don't have big headphones. I know I do. I guess it's next weekend Yeah, I have another weekend. This is a first go around. Yeah, it's a residence Residency. Alright guys, we're gonna head We're on the team bus right now Give us a pregame hype up I Died for a kid shot Oh All right, we are all ready you guys I'm drinking a drink so my drink menu you're drinking the Southern girlfriend, I'm drinking the northern but I have to find our outfits match. Yes This light is the best thing that ever happened So, yeah, that's the northern girlfriend southern girlfriend not a sour vodka soda lime, baby Oh my gosh guys, I'm at a loss for words tonight was seriously so insane Like I can't believe that we get to do it again next weekend with another full house Everyone was so much fun and like really leaned into it Everyone was like it was better than I even thought it was gonna be like, I think it went well I don't even know I like blacked out we got on stage I was like like I forgot everything for one second because it was just so crazy I see so many people in the audience and like people were taking pictures with Brian and Brooks family and oh my god It was so amazing and so special and like so many people bought merch. I'm so happy guys like the hoodies I'll talk about it more tomorrow morning and tomorrow's vlog because honestly, I social battery is low. So I'm gonna relax tomorrow at Santa con.
