I'm back, obviously. And today, I'm gonna be doing a hairstyle tutorial. Now, the inspiration is gonna be coming from my personal idol, my personal motivation for hairstyling, street styling, blogging, all that good stuff. The clock is going off. Mariano DiVeo, DiVal. I'm not good with my Italian accent, so it could be DiVeo, it could be DiVal, I'm not quite sure. So he wears his hair many different ways. He's got hairstyles with longer sides, he's got hairstyles with shorter sides, he's got messy hair. He's got hairstyles that go from one side of his face to the other, or from this side to this side. He does a nice slicked-back pompadour, but for me, I'm gonna go with his kind of traditional hairstyle. The one that gets all the recognition is his kind of messy quiff thing. So let's not waste any more time, and let's just get right into it, shall we? Alright, first and foremost, you're gonna wanna use completely dry hair, mainly because that's gonna give you the amount of volume that you need. Now, Mariano's hair has extremely high volume. It's really poofy and spongy, and you can do whatever you want with it, really. But the key to it is that he makes it look like there's nothing in his hair. So it's a really, really matte finish. So there's one product that I really, really like that is literally like a sponge, and it's called Sponge Wax by Concefuco. And just for everybody to say, yes, this is how my hair naturally dries. I washed it, and it just air-dried this way. I don't use a blow-dryer. I don't use any type of heating products. Just, it dries this way. I guess I'm just lucky, I guess. Alright, so starting off, we're probably gonna use only about that much. I'd probably say like a quarter size. You wanna start in the back and work your way forward, because it's gonna... your hair's gonna get more volume if it goes in a direction that it's not currently laying. So for me, I'm gonna be going from my right eye over my left eye, over left, simply because my hair usually goes this way. Alright, now, just do your final touches. Get it to where you like it. So if you want hold throughout the whole day, just throw some hairspray on there, and it'll literally hold there for the whole day. But, Mariano's hair is really flowy, kinda like in the wind, like you can just run your hands through it, and it'll go back into place. So SpongeMax will really, really give you the hold that you want and also the extreme volume you want. And, it's name Sponge is really, really good, because it literally acts as a sponge. I mean, look, I mean, it's spongy. Goes right back into spot. Doesn't fall, doesn't do anything that, you know, the wind will mess it up, just because wind will always mess it up. But, it acts as a sponge, and it's really bouncy, pliable, and moldable throughout the entire day. So, I'll go ahead and give you a 360 view of it, and we'll see how you like it. Alright, guys, so there you have it. This is the Mariano Deval hairstyle. Now, this is a great hairstyle for summer, and a great hairstyle for spring. It's super flowy, and it's really lightweight. It's meant to be an extremely quick hairstyle. He's made videos, but he doesn't spend a lot of time on his hair. He just literally puts product in it, styles it, and it's basically good to go. So, don't worry about making it look, like, defined and super classy. It's supposed to be kind of messy, and kind of just thrown through the hair.
