I'm, really excited about this. It's really cheap Look at this like an appetizer for seven euros a plate of pasta for about 10 euros appetizers smoked burrata onions and vinegar I love burrata, but burrata here in europe is something else. It's so creamy. This thing is ridiculously smoky, too I'm gonna eat it with some sun-dried tomatoes Wow this texture is amazing So pasta I got is the zucchini giggly pasta with uh sausage inside Phenomenal there's some parsley in here. The zucchini is delicious this pasta is perfectly al dente beautiful texture Plus it is spicy Some red peppers in here turning up that heat It's garlicky got a subtle crunch from the zucchini, I mean it's a simply delicious pasta dish No wonder this place has a line out the door every single day for lunch other dish We got tagliatelle with a little sheet milk cheese That tomato is so juicy and sweet add that to the creaminess of the cheese Such a well-balanced pasta Great for dipping the sauce using the bread They gave you if you ever just want to grab a quick lunch quick snack This is a good place to do a short walk from normal. Let's go find. This is a fun stay really cool hotel It's raining now on to Bologna About halfway there actually gonna be doing a video in one of these auto grills I think it's one of the biggest gas stations in europe. I got buckies in italy Oh my goodness, this whole thing is a cookie what this is a box of donuts This tea no sugar has stevia, this is delicious New hotel and check out the view. Hello bologna. That's beautiful Finally got to bologna this place famous for his ragu. All right, what are four dishes? I think they were shocked because usually people just get one each first dish suckling pig with parmesan and fresh mushrooms This looks awesome different types of mushrooms little salad. Look at the thin Slices of pork so beautifully translucent i'm gonna use this as a little wrap with some greens put some mushrooms in here a little parmesan cheese That was a good start this dish. It's melty where it needs to be melty. It's crunchy where it needs to be crunchy It's fresh. It's earthy. It's rustic The pork literally put this on your tongue a couple of slight shoes that thing starts dissolving Such a great earthy flavor from the mushrooms a little vinaigrette on here I think too salad is crunchy cheese is delicious This is definitely a wet your appetite can't wait for more kind of dish This is balazone pasta with truffle and anchovy ham with just a ton of cheese Oh, this is another one of those times where smellovision was with me so you guys can smell this Oh crazy, let's try this ham Wow, it's so cheesy and came by shaved more parmesan on the top of my pasta The pasta is perfectly chewy inside creamy cheese filling with just a blast of truffle The ham is chewy. You get a little brightness to it. This whole thing is just Overwhelmingly cheesy in such a good way. I am 100% dunking everything I have into the sauce This is a very classic dish in bologna This is the tagliatelle pasta with bologna Ragu, of course shaved cheese on top so much meat so saucy Yeah, these two pastas For the last meal I have on earth wouldn't come back as a ghost. No regrets It's too good pasta again perfectly cooked. I can't believe human beings make this it looks kind of simple Just a ragu minced meat on pasta, but when you take a bite It just touches every single taste bud and then just fulfills your burning soul It's meaty. The sauce is a little sweet a little tangy very thick which coats the pasta perfectly And it just has this deep earthy umami flavor that just makes your taste buds dance club a festival Whatever it is. It's a dancing and the two pastas so different one is incredibly creamy rich So cheesy it could probably take the lead in the twilight movies and the other tangy meaty saucy utter perfection This might be the best pasta I've ever had in my life I wanted to get another bowl of this but then I saw on the menu They also have had a lasagna bolognese. So i'm gonna go try that one, too lasagna Has arrived look at that all those layers toasty cheese with meat on top Each layer look at this. It's like i'm uncovering a little sheet between each layer is just again loads of meat I'm gonna say is i'm pretty sure garfield will kill me to get this pasta It's so cheesy and meaty and the great thing about the sauce is not overly tangy It's got that rich umami like flavor with that great taste just kind of lingers on your tongue It just makes you keep wanting more of that. The noodles are soft inside the lasagna Get the ragu pasta and get this final dishes here cotoletta de bolognese It's a pork cutlet covered in a cheesy buttery sauce. Look how thin and beautiful that cutlet looks I love This restaurant so glad I got this. Oh, look at this There's slices of prosciutto in here as well with that nice thin cut of cutlet There's prosciutto as well and the batter first of all, I don't know what they did with this batter It's not crunchy and that's very much okay It's just soaked up all that great amazing and I mean amazing sauce if you ever get a chance to come to italy This restaurant will blow your mind every which way The sauce is rich It's so cheesy got that great parmesan flavor. This has been a life-altering experience with italian food I get these experiences every so often I mean One of them was definitely when I tried japanese ragu for the first time and then this is going to be one of the most Memorable ones. This is really cool afterwards. They bring you a cup of cherries. The owner is so nice here The only thing I didn't see Definitely need to eat here one more time before we leave Almost midnight this place is still so hopping can't end a night in italy without some gelato. Oh jasmine smells so good Got two different flavors of pistachio That's a really good pistachio really creamy Really pistachio The one on the bottom That's giant pistachio one on top is creamier There was like four flavors of pistachio Got two this one on top has more of a pistachio flavor. I wish I could tell you what I got I have no idea. I was asking for two different types of pistachio flavor anyway Finish this come back tomorrow. Try the rest This is a highly highly rated ice cream shop got a moroccan tea gornita It's so refreshing also gelato a couple different pistachio flavor On top is regular pistachio dark chocolate in the middle And salted pistachio on the bottom. Italy just has so many different flavors of pistachio. It's always some of the best This is breakfast Last night has so much pasta. My stomach's still burning. I mean it was worth it, but it's still burning so breakfast All right, next part of our day. This could be a hit or miss not really sure So apparently italy has a theme park right here outside of bologna it's the biggest food park in the world with over a kilometer of just Food i'm not really sure what's in here, but let's go check it out Here's the map, okay, there's a lot of stuff happening here and these bikes I think are free with baskets Look at this carousel croissants cannolis panettone So this place has everything it's just like a ginormous italy there's wine there's Lobster and fish tanks. There's olive oil. There's every italian food item Unimaginable They're just not a lot of people and uh our ticket comes with a bunch of vouchers And this is one of the places we have vouchers at so we got the 30 package which includes entrance tickets free parking Or shuttle from bologna and includes one meal from one of three restaurants gonna eat and then go walk around the restaurant We're at now. It's a seafood restaurant obviously There's a boat first dish I think this is truffie pasta with some mussels clams baby octopus Maybe some uni in here That's a lot of sand pasta's delicious texture's amazing seafood Hmm. Yeah a lot of sand. Otherwise, this dish is buttery. It's briny not too much flavor on the pasta Not a bad dish but Just unwanted crunch everywhere. This also came with a ticket So potato wedges seared tuna with sun-dried tomatoes grapes a piece of salmon Salmon's got a nice sear on the outside a tad bit dry on the inside Tuna looks pretty perfectly cooked I think tuna is way better tender scrumptious nice sear on the outside beautifully delicate on the inside It's an okay meal i'm gonna finish eating and um, let's go walk around some more I'm inside right now a big parmesan cheese. I feel like this park really had a lot of potential I don't know where it went wrong. But right now it's kind of sad. There's nobody here It looks like a lot of pretty interesting restaurants. I mean you got food hanging from the ceiling. That's always great We got one voucher left to try one more restaurant Sad to see all this used to be people just demonstrating how to make the food and italy is an amazing brand a little zoo here too. Hey alpacas Wow, look at this giant dairy cow. This is uh I'm from the midwest grew up in little towns across the midwest. I'll tell you right now this cow tipping thing It doesn't exist. You cannot tip over that cow is standing. It's not being tipped over by some drunk fat guy It's just not happening. Oh, wow still pointing a net it's there for these turkeys All right meal two stick with a burger and fries burger looks good bun looks good fries look amazing Crusty toasted bun caramelized onions bacon cheese. This patty looks phenomenal over lettuce and tomatoes That is perfectly cooked juicy, but on the bottom there's barbecue sauce with the lettuce and tomatoes the ingredients look fresh This is good first of all beef in italy is delicious such a huge Beefy flavor from this patty a little sweet from the tomatoes and smoky from the barbecue sauce caramelized onions delicious bacon is crispy As expected in italy bread is delicious Pretty much everything you want and also that patty just melts in your mouth pretty much everything you want in a delicious burger And more people are coming to this place right now and they say it nice. Sometimes they have a little food festival So hopefully this place picks up. It's a really nice place a food themed amusement park. We need more of those in the world I personally enjoyed it. I like walking around looking at the different fruit ingredients going to the different shops seafood meals Just okay. This is spectacular. Hope this place makes a comeback Dinner is at this restaurant on the outskirts of bologna called trattoria Molino buciato, I think this place is so popular among the locals because not only is the price extremely reasonable You can go in and there's a selection of antipasti over a few dozen of them all home cooked and However much you can fit on a plate. It's only six euros per place So this I loaded this up with some burrata What looks like tuna and tomatoes some sauteed mushrooms some bacon wrapped lettuce stuffed mushrooms prosciutto and cheese and this Stuffed pepper. Oh and some sausage. First of all, whenever there's an opportunity to eat burrata in this country. I take it Oh, I just realized there was smoked burrata in there too Should have got that this thing with a little more smoky flavor amazing on top of amazing But you even ask there's burrata in europe or just something else so creamy the cheese flavor is mild the texture absolutely amazing I also got some of those spicy sauteed mushrooms Everybody i'm taking up anything this blows my mind every single time This is one of the best sausages i've ever put in my mouth hard to describe the sauce is a little spicy But the sausage itself has this crazy medium umami-ness to it The crumb is crispy the mushroom is juicy and delicious i'm dying to bite into this ever since I put this on my plate This is so good bacon, of course doing its usual delicious bacon-y stuff the little lettuce in the middle Juicy slight hint of bitterness crunchy and delightful. I got a couple different prosciutto Wrapped around cheese Definitely very funky one Chase it with a little bruschetta. Oh, wow, that tomato tastes like it just came off the vine food here is so ridiculous Like this is a six euro plate of delicious antipasti Wow, I think there's ham inside some cheese the pepper is sweet and smoky this thing is so Medium melts in your mouth pretty much every bite especially the sausage the stuffed pepper the bacon. It's so good I can't wait for course number two This is a very typical bolognese pasta dish called gramina and it has little chunks of sausage inside all the pasta here Nine euro and this is just half a portion of pasta because you can order things by half portions here So you can try out more food and it's still a lot of pasta Only thing I can relate this to is like the most exquisite mac and cheese The cheese flavor is so sharp It's so pronounced pasta It's incredibly chewy very al dente tons of little bits of sausage in here to bring in some extra richness and flavor I mean the sauce is creamy as cheesy as rich But it's not ever overly greasy or overly too much Like I can take maybe two three bites of a mac and cheese and that's pretty much reaching my limit I mean, this is already cheesy. I threw some more parmesan cheese on here. I can keep eating this dish all night long There's tomatoes to bring that sweetness and the lightness and refreshing flavor To this cheesy pasta Main course has arrived mixed meat platter fried zucchini same thing we had last night had to get it again So this thing it looks like there's lamb chops. There's chicken. There's pork. There's a beef rib in here Squeeze of lemon There's some skewers here as well I am super excited for this Wow This is the best bone i've ever gnawed on this is something magical I think this is from a ribeye and the meat it just comes off I've finished many steaks up to the bone before and try to get the meat I never seen anything like this before meat comes off with so Little effort and all fat and charred crust. I mean look at this everything comes off the bone with so little effort the meat The fat the cartilage. I mean, I know some people will be like why are you gnawing on bone? Why are you saying that's the best thing you try gnawing on this? I'm telling you it's not one of the best things you ever had and this whole giant plate of meat 14 euro where Are you gonna find a deal like that the chicken? Charred tender juicy, I think this is lamb Lamb skewers with little bits of crusty fat in the middle just chase it all with some fried zucchini Just looking on the menu. I was thinking fried zucchini. How good could it be? This is a must try when you come here crispy on the outside snappy on the inside this over french fries Any day of the week Oh gotta do this one more time This cutlet has been haunting my dreams since I had it last night parmesan cheese on top of thin slices of prosciutto On top of thinly battered giant piece of cutlet the size of your head It's just the best of all the italian food i've ever had in my life this just reigns supreme It's so good The best italian dish ever had in my life not even close in this place I mean everything we got pasta was about nine euros these meat dishes 12 to 14 euros No wonder this place is packed every night of the week. I heard they got a reservations booked out for three months in advance We got lucky. We just showed up when they just opened and managed to snag a seat But this is an amazing restaurant So nice to be eating outside and send a jasmine in the air there is a food heaven Tuscany might be it.
