Romantic Swiss Roll

First we have to whip the egg yolks until they become pale yellow. Then we add the milk, oil, flour in there. Make sure they are nicely combined. There shouldn't be any lumps of flour in there. Whip egg white and sugar until hard peak. Now we're folding the egg white into the egg yolks mixture. By doing this, we're making sure there are no lumps in the mixture.
