Guided Meditation Wealth Truthformations

Welcome to the Reality Revolution. I am your host, Brian Scott. Today we have a powerful meditation. I was inspired to do this after reading an amazing book by Linda Joseph called The Law of Attraction Wealth Button and then experimenting with it. I found it to be very powerful. We have experimented with a variety of different affirmations and techniques for reprogramming the subconscious mind. This idea is very straightforward but very powerful. One simple ingredient can be added to your affirmations and you may not be aware of it, but your mind will treat the affirmation differently. Oftentimes when we affirm something, there's a part of us that says, oh, that's not true. I'm a millionaire. Then the back of your mind says, oh, that's just not true. I'm not a millionaire, right? So these affirmations work by saying something that is absolutely truthful, like there's seven days in a week and I am wealthy. So I will utilize this technique in what I call truth formations. Affirmations begin to work when we truly believe them and sometimes we have to overcome some different obstacles, but if we can put our mind into a phase where we have no doubt about something, then affirming something we can begin to believe and that is the key. So find a place to relax and let go of the outside world. I will spend a few moments putting you into a relaxed state, which makes you more susceptible to these affirmations. Relax and let go to get deep, conscious breath. Breathe in through the nose, hold it and breathe out, slowing down your breath. Scan your body and let go of any tensions you might be holding in your body. Slowly you begin to sink into your bed or chair. Relax your feet, the soles of your feet, your toes and the top of your feet. Let this relaxation spread through your calves, to your shins, knees, up into your quads. Relax your seat, your perineum, your stomach, your chest, let down your shoulders. Relax your hands, let them rest gently. Relax your arms, relax your back, your upper and lower back. Let go of all the tension you're holding in your neck. Relax your face, your tongue, muscles around your eyes and mouth. Feel this relaxation spread through your body and open yourself to reprogram your subconscious. Slowly focus on your breath, you can declare them silently, you can listen to them. These affirmations are true, focus on their truth and believe them for they are true. There are seven days in a week and I am wealthy. There are 12 months in a year and money loves me. There are four seasons in the year and I am financially free. There are 24 hours in a day and money flows to me all 24 hours. There are four quarters in a dollar and I have multiple streams of income. There are 100 cents in a dollar and I am comfortable with wealth. There are 10 cents in a dime and I attract money all the time. The world needs sunlight for growth and all my investments grow all the time. Human beings breathe in oxygen and I am able to tithe huge sums of money. Fish swim in the sea and I am abundant. Birds fly in the sky and abundant is my divine birthright. All life needs water to live and I am extremely successful. Paper comes from trees and I deserve the best. Love is a beautiful thing and I spend money wisely. Music is an expression of the soul and I expect the best and get it. Wind can create a pleasant breeze and money flows easily into my life. Bees are the main insect pollinators and I am worthy of the finest life has to offer. Humans need healthy food to survive and I feel good about money. Circles are round and I deserve money. Family and friends can be loved and trusted and I am thankful for my wealth. Rain clouds bring rain and I know I am abundant. I am a human being and I am prosperous. The heart pumps blood throughout the body and creating wealth is my second nature. I should brush my teeth every day and my wealth is always available. Eyes can see close and far. I always see opportunities to create wealth. My ears allow me to hear and I attract prosperity. Gravity exists and money simply falls into my lap. The world has four directions north south east and west. I am magnetic to money. Rainbows are beautiful and money flows freely into my life. From a small seed a huge tree can grow and I have released prosperity into my life. I am blessed with large sums of money and the sky is full of stars. I am unlimited when it comes to money and wealth and sugar is sweet. I always have more than enough money and the world revolves around the sun. Money comes to me and birds fly. Money simply finds me and we smile when we're happy. I am alive and I am attracting money right now. Grass is green and my bank account is growing quickly. I always have more than enough money to meet my financial goals and chickens lay eggs. I am an absolute money magnet and magnets stick to my refrigerator. My prosperity is unlimited and many people love having cats as pets. My income is increasing daily and water is wet. The energy of money flows to me and from me in abundance and the basketball is round. I love having money and love makes the world go round. I receive money just by thinking luxuriously and the desert is full of sand. I am wealthy right now and the moon is smaller than the earth. Money is pouring into my life from all directions and everyone has different fingerprints. My wallet is overflowing with money and a broken clock is right two times a day. I make money like magic and my heart beats. Abundance surrounds me and fish swim. I'm showered with an abundance of prosperity and wealth and most people love babies. I am connected to the universal supply of money and we must drink water to live. My money is constantly increasing and there are 12 inches in a foot. I have unlimited potential and there are 16 ounces in a pound. Every day my belief in abundance grows and Canada is north of the United States.
