And before we start this video a little taste test from Tokyo Treats and Sakurako. It always comes with a gift last time I got a sake cup this time. Chopsticks. Ooh, persimmon mochi. Sweet cake More buns. Citrus jelly. This is another jelly. I love how they package this every single time. It's so pretty. First of all the KitKat Like milk coffee That's delicious. Let's use some ramen. I'm gonna use my new chopsticks, too Spicy tonkatsu. Oh, that soup is nice. And the Sakurako box side. I don't think you ever really go wrong with mochi Anyway the theme of this month's Tokyo Treats box is 2002 snack revolution and for Sakurako it's New Year's and Kamakura So these are only snacks and treats you can find in the Kanagawa prefecture and how it works is that if you want what you See here. This is my food for today and enjoy the video What's this It's a used towel nice bathroom Scale in case you want to see the damage the Bacchanal Buffet does to you Second bathroom It's a lot of drawers People just come here and stay for like a month tiny area View of the parking lot. It's a third bathroom Shower Toilet nice sweet, but curious about that dirty towel. I just called them about the dirty towel There's gonna have someone come and just take that away. I think that's all they're gonna do Oh, at least the rest of place seemed clean. So this is the Palace suite that book here Another thing that's not really great is that you can only connect to Wi-Fi devices per room You're like a pretty unnecessary cutback But so far check-in took about an hour wait And if you want to check in early And I've checked in early a lot of Vegas hotels before this place actually charges you $80 early check-in fee Basically so far not a great impression about the hotel itself There it is finally here after Over it's over two years Maybe around two years the buffet at the Wynn Casino have not been to a dinner buffet in Las Vegas since everything was shut down I feel like my heart is racing. Let's go Alright so I haven't seen this buffet in about two years. Looks like there's some new stuff. Let me show you around So this buffet is pretty big and wraps around the entire wall here It goes all the way back to the entrance. The dessert section is my favorite way over there Right here on this side. Choked stone crab, oysters cocktail shrimp There's a sushi bar here and they make the rolls right in the back. Ooh, they didn't have this last time Doki-bosu. Dim sum section right here. There's some char siu buns, har gow, some spring rolls. There's congee I don't remember they had congee last time. There's the Asian section, some fried rice. Oh, oh, this is new I think this is new. I don't remember this. Tonkatsu, ramen, and udon noodles. Meats, okay Whoa, I don't know if they had beef short rib last time But there's beef short rib, salt-crusted prime rib, tons of sausages here Usually they're gonna have New York strip steak, pork loin, ham, some turkey, tri-robo, toast with chicken, some fried chicken here Spicy chicken and waffles. Oh, I remember last time, really really liked the taco stand. Pasta section The pizzas. This is where you go if you want heated up snow crab Cheese, bread. This is my favorite. Let me show you. This is what made me so happy the first time I came to the room The dessert section. All the toppings you can imagine. What is this? It's like something Homer Simpson would drink soft-serve ice cream Wheel of ice cream. That's pretty tango That looks good. Here's where all the cakes are, tarts, more mini-corns. You get fresh crepes right over there Whoo, like I said, haven't had a dinner buffet in Vegas and Well since the pandemic happened, so things are looking good. Let's get started Tonkatsu ramen, that's new. The broth tastes very healthy The piece of char siu, the texture is okay, it's a little fatty, but really this whole thing just Really lacks flavor. This plate I'm really excited about. I usually say don't eat pasta buffets to save your stomach But this looks really really good. Some kind of mushroom ragu pasta It's not bad. Nice mushroom flavor, a little sour from the tomatoes Definitely better Than this noodle. This strips steak though, it looks amazing. Look at this, perfectly cooked It looks so amazingly tender and juicy Slightly tough on the outside That middle is just delightfully tender and juicy. Flavor is really good on this steak I'm gonna see if I can get up there They got a new piece of steak and taste how that is, but not too bad. This is what I'm really excited about Giant beef ribs. I mean if you want to make a money on a buffet Eat a beef rib I mean this thing, I'm not saying it tastes like something came out of a Texas barbecue joint, but it is tender It's better than a steak That's a great addition to this buffet Round two, soup. This is a clam chowder, but I really don't see much clams in here Wow, it's really sweet I'm really not trying to knock on a place. When I go to a buffet, I wish everything would taste amazing Not gonna sit here though and tell you guys something that's great when it's not. This is horrible clam chowder I mean, it's sweet. When is clam chowder sweet? This is the chef's special soup This is good Mmm, juicy tomatoes, tons of herbs. I think a little veg in here as well This will be great to dip something in. If it's like a grilled cheese sandwich somewhere, it needs to go inside this Round three, tuna looks good And it tastes good. Mmm, that is perfectly cooked. The sauce is nice, it's fragrant. This is delicious Mmm, I got some Cajun seasoning on that too. This is a chef's special fish, so I noticed every section they have like a chef's special dish Oh, I like that. Oh, truffle salmon. Well, that was a pleasant surprise Mmm, salmon is tender, the truffle flavor is profound So far, seafood section, they're rocking it. I have no idea what this is. This looks like a small tater tot Mmm, it's a stuffed tater tot. This is obviously not one of the freshest ones, but still delicious And there's a little ham inside, some veg, and the outside is crepe. This is so creative, like a giant stuffed tater tot That is delicious. Mmm. Oh, I think they put some truffle sauce on this too. Oh, that one's good. I need more of that Okay, I've seen chicken and waffles. This is a crispy chicken and waffles. I have to get some syrup on this A little cold since I think it's been sitting here for a while, but waffles crispy Chicken is tender, just doused it with syrup. Not too bad The steaks and the prime ribs in this place Excellent. Also, big shout out to the staff working here. I was at the steak counter and I wanted a new cut of steak They just brought one right out of the oven Oh, come and get yourself some of this. Oh, this is a ginormous stuffed taco. Guacamole's got on my buns And I really don't think that's gonna be a bad thing. Oh Can't even pick this thing up Really like the taco last time I was here Still so good Hmm. Also, there's a dim sum section. This is a cha-cha bun With guacamole. A tiny bit sweeter than I would have liked But the bun is fluffy and the cha-cha's pretty tender. A little meaty, I'm gonna take a break Crab legs. Crab at a buffet. This is how Asians take food breaks. Learned it from my dad. Look at this. Melon with prosciutto Also, if you want to eat a lot of crab, I would suggest cocktail sauce over butter Just to give your stomach more of a break. Also Just so nice being back at a buffet. From the wicked spoon breakfast from several months ago to this dinner buffet here This feels so good to be able to come back to the buffet capital of America All right, that was a nice break. Now, more meat The steak smells like something from a steakhouse. This literally just came off the grill That's so awesome. Chasing a little jalapeno Mmm. Oh, this is a fatty piece right here This literally tastes like something you'd get from a steakhouse Awesome char, so juicy and tender. Not many places you can go to find a steak this good on a buffet Remember that awesome dessert section I was talking about? Let me show you Gotta get yourself a crepe. Also, my ice cream recommendation, salted caramel truffle Amazing. Look at this. A little chocolate espresso with a donut on a straw Little s'mores cone Is there any better dessert combination on this planet than chocolate lava cake and ice cream? I don't think so Hmm. Also, the tiramisu cup is awesome Well, that's just fun and delicious dessert round two Key lime pie Mmm. Oh, that's just amazing. Sweet and flaky with a bite. This thing just makes you want to pucker up. I love mousse cups This is a mocha mousse. Mousse is one of my favorite dessert items. I still remember like first time coming from China My friends asked me if I've ever had a chocolate mousse At the time, the only mousse I knew was the ones with antlers So I was thinking at the time, wow, people are really into chocolate-covered meats here Fun cake. That's cute. Oh, this might be a tough one This one holds up Also, I don't think I've been to a Vegas buffet around the holiday time. This is so adorable. Got a snowman over here, penguin on the last cake Mmm. Oh, this is smooth I don't know about you, like, I love pumpkin pie, but I never want a full slice. That's like the perfect amount I think I'm good. Overall, food is delicious. Love the steak, love the prime rib, love the tacos. Desserts are amazing And another reason I just really like coming back here is the people working here It's just the nicest. Everybody at the food station just so accommodating Feel the sneezes coming up. Yeah, that's definitely a sign that I'm done That's so crazy. I've been sneezing every time I'm full since I was, I think, 22 years old. Still to this day So just finished filming my first buffet video here in Vegas at the Wynn buffet. Came home, took a nap about 9 p.m So try to see what the in-room dining situation here at Caesars is. So Caesars apparently has like a bunch of celebrity chef restaurants Like I think a Gordon Ramsay grill, Giada has a restaurant here, DiFerra Pizza, Homestead Steakhouse, and Nobu Also noodle 99, Beijing noodle, something like that. Wanted to get DiFerra's pizza because if you never had DiFerra's pizza It's a New York institution. It's one of the best pizzas in New York City So basically one of the best pizzas in the world But apparently people saying DiFerra pizza here is really nothing like it is in New York and none of the other Restaurants really look very good. Only thing that looked kind of good was Nobu and I never had Nobu before and also on this trip I wanted to stay at the Nobu hotel because if you stay at the Nobu hotel, you can order the entire menu They have like a basically a dining experience that essentially brings the restaurant experience up to your room But unfortunately, they're not doing room service. So I just ordered some Nobu takeout and let's see how it is I think this is my seafood soup. I don't know what this is. Nobu premium bento box Feels really light. Ooh Cherry tomatoes Miso cod. I think this is shrimp tempura shishito peppers and Wagyu. Yeah, they said it also came with rolls I don't see any rolls. Oh, there's that. There's another one of these in the bag The rolls. Ooh, look at this Wow That looks good. So salmon tartare with Nobu caviar, toro karashi Su miso, whitefish, king crab tempura, black cod, and then a variety of rolls and sushi Presentation is nice. I'm impressed so far First of all, let's start with the soup. This is the spicy seafood soup Shiitake mushrooms, some prawns, enoki mushrooms, oyster mushrooms. Oh, there's a lot of mushrooms in here. Some scallops, some squid You know, there's a party going on in there because that's a lot of fun guys Mmm, oh this is delicious. Light, yes, so incredibly flavorful. Huge miso flavor Wow, mushrooms are great seafood Mmm, oh so sweet and delicate Oh, this is so good. I mean this really kind of heals my body up I've been feeling a little under the weather lately, but this is really mmm Making me feel so much better I love how light and spicy this broth is. Oh This is really really good soup. I'm so excited for this. I think this is king crab tempura This is the miso for the cod. A little salad, first of all Sprouts and cherry tomatoes. Mmm, nice and refreshing. King crab tempura The sauce is more sour than I thought. Wow, it's really sour Oh, that is delicious though. The garnishes are so nice as well. Little cilantro, onions, and jalapenos Big old tender chunks of king crab instead of lightly crispy outer shell. That's delicious. Miso crab, look at this This looks amazing. I'm miso excited to eat this Hmm. Oh That's off the hook, good. Off the hook. Wow, this is amazing. It's subtly sweet, well caramelized on the outside The fish itself Amazingly tender with such great miso flavor Mmm This is such a deliciously delicate dish Wow, no wonder Nobu is all the hype. I mean, this is extravagant Mmm shishito peppers Awesome. And then the pieces of wagyu. Wow, look at this. Every piece. Oh, this is a hundred percent A5 wagyu Look at that marbling. You don't see this marbling coming from just typical piece of beef This is signature A5 marbling. This piece of beef look like it got snowed on. Slight char on the outside. Wow It's more like drinking that beef rather than eating that beef. Oh, that's good. I don't know why I feel like this food just tastes better in the comforts of your own room rather than a restaurant. Second, salmon sashimi with Nobu caviar Mmm I just had a wagyu beef that melted in my tongue And I think this salmon and caviar just didn't want to get shown up because I think that melted even faster Wow, this is a piece of white fish What is this herb under this? Might be a perilla leaf. It's so fragrant. Wow, and this is cuts of otoro Just had wagyu and chased it with wagyu of the sea. Really only thing is anything better than that underneath the ocean Mmm, everything here is off the charts Mmm This is so good. This might be too good For something I'm eating at 10 o'clock at night. I feel like this surrounding should have been better prepared for the extravagant feast That I was about to have. This is one of the best meals I had at 10 o'clock at night. Wow, Nobu. Never been Definitely should. I'm really curious to as to what is inside this. Oh More sauces like a spicy sauce, some sesame, there's some salt soy sauce. I Think I am gonna give this meal the full attention that it absolutely deserves See you guys in the morning. Good morning. I'm gonna go try to find the Caesars gym See what that's all about and show you guys One thing I discovered last night So I had some leftovers, wanted to put it in the fridge. If you want to use the fridge Like check this out. Use of the refreshment center for personal use will incur a charge of 75 This hotel just nickel and dime you like crazy. Anyway, let's go check out the gym situation Another reason why the Wi-Fi situation is so infuriating is because if you're staying at the Palace Towers, which I'm in right now You have zero cell phone signal. You really can't do anything without Wi-Fi I believe this is the first time I ever order Oatmeal Ever. It's just so gooey. It's like eating a ghost. So this Oatmeal has olive oil in there. It's got Maldon salt Oranges, almonds and basically a bunch of things. I never thought went into Oatmeal. Huh It's been into a really bitter part of the orange. Oh, that's bitter So this thing it's salty. It's crunchy. I wish it was like Honey or something. I just taste like Oatmeal with crunchy nuts. It's not sweet. It's not salty It tastes kinda like the purgatory of food. I mean, it's not good. It's not bad Super blend Hmm. Yeah, there needs to be something here. I am dying for some honey or syrup or maybe sugar It's just so weird. It has a coffee maker, but there's not any coffee It doesn't have any sugar, but it does just have a lot of bathrooms. I'm gonna eat up Light breakfast today because a few hours gonna head downstairs and this is the only reason I'm just eating at Caesars right now Bacchanal buffet what I consider the best buffet in Vegas. Maybe best in the US I finally I had to book a reservation two months ahead of time. But finally today At 3.15. I heard a lot has changed. Can't wait to show you guys, but that's gonna be on the strictly dumpling channel I don't know if it'll be published by the time this video is published If it is published, I'll put a link down below then after the buffet, I'm gonna go for some ramen There's a new ramen place just opened in Vegas. It's pretty good Just finished with the filming of the Bacchanal buffet video. I've heard about this new ramen place I think this is it. So the last couple days we've been going to Wynn buffet and of course the Bacchanal At each one of these places I got ramen. I mean granted it wasn't great ramen, but that kind of got stuck in my head I just want a good bowl of ramen if I leave Vegas. I hope this is the place This is freaking delicious. Oh, yeah, so eggs are so delicate. Sauce is sweet, but not overly so. Sausage is delicious Rice is cooked perfectly. This is very very nicely prepared Curled Buddha ramen. First time I've seen ramen with a hot chow mein Use this for now Thin noodles. Chashu looks nice and charred Very rich, very smooth. Black garlic oil. Oh yeah, much better with the black garlic oil Noodles are nice. Not a bad bowl of ramen Noodles cook perfectly. I think for me, I'm a bigger fan of this omelette rice Some chilies This is the spot. Haven't had Asian food in like two days Especially after stuffing my face so much with buffets. This is very welcoming Yeah, so that pretty much wraps up my time in Vegas.
