Well, start a new day and it's 8 in the morning
You must have seen that he woke up three y media
And today we're going to visit what's known as the Arcoiris Mountain.
It's a mountain that has become known for a few years now in such a massive way.
And in fact now there are a lot of excursions that come up here
And I think I'll talk a little bit because it's been three hours of traveling here.
We are now at 4500 meters of altitude and you start to notice
The mountain Arcoiris is 5000 meters, or sea that we still have to climb quite a lot
Son a couple of hours of walking, hour and a half, two hours more or less
If you notice this, eh?
I'm not feeling your head or anything but I do notice that you're getting less air into your lungs.
So nothing, I hired a tour that I found on the Internet
I'd go for about 35 bucks more or less, all that's the excursion
In fact, it includes the Arcoiris Mountain and a valley, the Valle Rojo, I believe it's called.
So I should be pretty good.
We're going on a field trip of about 15 people.
There are different sizes, there come buses big and small
And there are private tours, obviously more expensive.
So nothing, now acclimatate us a little and we start to climb
I hope it doesn 't snow in the Arcoiris Mountain area because if it doesn 't it's gonna be a little bit of a failure.
But, well, though sea, nature will pay the price.
We just got up to the top, we're at 5036 meters.
Your views are incredible.
The only thing to keep in mind is that the mountains are all snowed in.
And the mountain Arcoiris is no different, the good thing is that as the wind comes in from this side
Only snow is in the middle of the mountain, the other side either hasn't snowed or has melted.
This is the mountain Huinicunca, popularly known as the mountain Arcoiris
There are legends that say it was discovered because before it was always covered in snow
And by the climate change and so was melting
But the official version is that this mountain was discovered decades ago by the locals
They came here, the locals came continuously
But he became famous, he became viral on social networks, thanks to Instagram, etc.
People started to come, in fact, before they came, when tourists came.
I'm asking you not to upload photos to make this place public.
But little by little it became popular, people were posting it on social networks
It was going viral and that's what got us to this day.
Because you see how we are constantly on tour.
And in fact they're making it more accessible every time.
Before I had to walk three hours to get here
Now there's a road quite complicated
It's like the road of death, the car goes around the mountain constantly
And now you have to go an hour, an hour and something
There are plans to build a road that will almost reach here.
So that there is no need to go practically to make it even more popular
Then if you have the chance come as soon as possible.
Because the more time passes each time it will be more popular
This is not gonna be a minus.
There's also a 4 or 5 day trek you can do to get here.
You'd reach that area, crossing these mountains.
You'll be here at dawn.
Then you would have it for yourselves because you would arrive here at 6 in the morning
There would be no one until 9 or 10 when people started arriving.
but highly recommended
And we've totally touched the half covered in snow.
But still a super nice place
And no longer only the mountain rainbows but everything around, everything in the valley
What's that red, it's incredible.
You have the option to climb up here on horseback.
But I don 't recommend it because they're usually quite old horses.
You suffer enough climbing up here as to carry people on top
Like the children that are here.
You see there are enough children and they are alone to take pictures with us, with the tourists
a change of money
So my advice is that you don't promote this kind of business
Because what you're doing with that is making them see the priests
That your children are more profitable being here in the mountains taking pictures
I'm going to school.
And with the horses, too.
If all the tourists start to come down
What we see is that there is a potential and that they would bring more horses
We are going now towards the red valley
That's a place that very few people go to.
Then if you come here to the mountain, rainbows.
We haven 't seen him yet.
But simply by the fact of being quieter
I recommend that if you come to see the mountain rainbows
you can go on your own
If you can do it yourself too
No, there's no need for a guide.
Because to climb a la montaña there are rainbows.
There is only one way
And the red valley is not difficult.
It's on the side.
Then you can come by yourself.
And you're going to have a lot less people.
Then you deserve the pain.
We just arrived at Valle Rojo.
Look what happened.
Look what happened to me.
It's these places you don 't believe in
That there is such a place
When you see him in pictures you say that
This has to be a thousand filters.
Because there can be nothing so incredible
And above that there are so few people
It's much more exclusive.
Because this was much more unexpected
Brutal, brutal, and you know it.
There's like a bubble of water.
The earth is falling apart
Look at the effect it has when you pass overhead.
I'm going to go.
We are arriving at a zone
It's full of flames.
The good thing is that these are not son llamas turísticas
They have them there in the tourist spots.
I want to take pictures.
But they are here in freedom.
You are a past verlas.
