Winter shelter update and 3 nights camping

Well ladies and gents, I have just got to the village. This is the first day of my 10 days off work vacation. Tim should be there already. I know he was cycling out today at about 6 p.m. It's now 10 p.m. so yeah me and Tyson have just got dropped off. We're heading up the little path towards the woodland and I'll bring you back when we're there. Not long got to the Tim's got the lamp going up there and the roof open already. He's started work on some more bricks for the top to start tapering in for the chimney. I've got my kit bag in here. That is a monster. All my walls are looking, look at my walls on the front too. Tim, have you seen the shrooms growing in this shelter? That is so random. There's just shrooms everywhere. There's Tim and Tyson. Everything here, just to tell you right, Tim has a fully intact ripple. It's the only one I've ever seen. I've never seen a fully intact ripple before. Tim's sleeping in the mushroom shelter. I'm sleeping here again. Tyson's on the bed. It's still raining. So I've just put my head torch on charge. Tim just reminded us, says he's complaining tonight that there's no power. Just had the CaliCat on the go for coffee and it's still raining. Right, so I'm officially moving now. I'm going to put my boots on and get started. Tyson's away. Hears he's got a Turkish delight today. Get to work. Back to work. He's been putting, starting to taper everything in all the way around our clay hole. Just because the cows are due back, so saves them walking into it. Gives us a little yard too. To you, Mr. Tyson. I've started a little bit of work on a moss roof. That's the front of one bit done for that moss roof. Awesome. So I have bacon going on. I've got a pan on for hot water so I can poach some eggs. Bacon almost done. And in here I have some poached eggs. Breakfast at like two o'clock in the afternoon. Here we have it. Poached egg and a nice little toasted roll. Bacon. Look at that. Tim's tapered it in now. Just the chimney to put on. I've got a mantelpiece. Monster. Setting over everything now. Has Tim got all his stuff? There's moss everywhere now. So I walked Tim out. I was meant to be going home today but I've decided I'm going to stay for another night. Just because I can. You know, that's it. I might do more mossing. It's getting so tall now it's blocking out the light from the shelter. We have a mantelpiece on there. It's tapered for the chimney. Got sun's bright eh? I've been doing mothing of various types. Just replanting it. Just from patches that the cows haven't trampled. So I've started to add slats to the next bit of the front wall. Just need maybe four or five more. And then one for here, one for here. And I can start some clear work. It's quite a tedious job but again it's one of those you've got to do. Yeah, you get the idea. That's where we are now. Just got this little bit to do and then that's that side done. Got to work out a round window. I dropped one of my poached eggs. Well good morning everyone. I'm all packed up. This is the end of my three nights. I'm going home to recharge and then I'll be out for another two nights with Adam. Same week because I'm on holiday. So yeah, the work I did last night is finish this wall. Started the frame for the window. Look how awesome it looks. Absolutely epic. I filled all the cracks last night. Monster. Got wood for drying next time. All grand. Hazes enjoying himself. All comfy in the wall like. Almost home. Big thanks for watching. We'll catch you all again in a couple of days. I have half the arch done for the, well the entire front wall's done and just the very top of the arch to do. That's for another time. I have to leave it to dry a bit. Gives it a bit more solidness to put the last bit in. So I'm just chilling in bed.
