🔵 Chelsea DECISION on Potter & what they told Endrick’s agent_family!

He's considered the right man to bring his ideas and to make Chelsea project great in the next years. Of course Graham Potter will discuss together with his staff and together with the board to understand what they can improve. Hey guys welcome back on the channel Fabrizio Romano here as always to bring you behind the scenes of the transfer market but also to discuss all the latest in this case about Chelsea as it's not a good moment for Chelsea what's going on Hendrik let's jump into it together and so guys it's important to clarify Chelsea position in this moment that is not an easy moment for Chelsea is not an easy moment for the manager Graham Potter they need this international break this World Cup break to help the team to bring in new ideas to have some time to work with all the players so internally at Chelsea people into the board and also of course Tottoboli himself are absolutely trusting Graham Potter his ideas his project for present and future so nothing will change Chelsea position is very clear Graham Potter is the manager will be the manager he's considered the right man to bring his ideas and to make Chelsea project great in the next years of course Graham Potter will discuss together with his staff and together with the to understand what they can improve for Chelsea in 2023 but he's absolutely in full control of the situation I know many Chelsea fans were surprised when Thomas Tuchel was fired by Tottoboli after the Dynamo Zagreb game and so he's always kind of alert around the situation of Graham Potter but this is not the case they are protecting the manager backing the manager and so they want to build something with Graham Potter as the face of their project for 2023 and more so the idea is very clear the January transfer market will be busy for Chelsea because we know they are working on many possible ideas for the future we know they are already working on Christopher Cuckoo for 2023 is more than advanced so Chelsea have that deal ready and waiting to sign all the contracts on player and club side but also is important to mention that something will change in 2023 for the board because Joe Shields new co-director of recruitment coming from Southampton, Lauren Stewart coming from Monaco new co-director of recruitment too then Christopher Wiebel really close discussions ongoing for him to become the new technical director and then Paul Winstanley coming from Brighton is almost done so the board will be different the ideas will be different Chelsea in 2023 want to go for a centre-back so we will see if it will be January if it will be summer but centre-back is one of the missions for Chelsea after already investing money on Coulibaly and Fofana in the summer and then Hendrik because I told you multiple times also here on the channel that Chelsea, Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid are the three frontrunners to sign Hendrik at the moment nothing has changed the player has still no agreement with any club so everything is open the race is open but the situation is really interesting because these three clubs are fighting behind the scenes to sign Hendrik every club with their they want to build a top project based on young players on young stars for the future and they consider Hendrik one of the best talents in the world so they were very clear they consider Hendrik a player who in 2024 when he will be able to move from Brazil to Europe he could be an important player for Chelsea first team this is the message they're sending to Hendrik then let's see the decision let's see the situation with Palmeiras Palmeiras want 60 million euros the release clause probably with a different package so including a don't bonuses but 60 million euros is the price of the release clause so this is the situation for Hendrik Chelsea are trying and pushing PSG and Real Madrid also there and so let's see what happens and so guys let me know your thoughts on Chelsea what do you think on this decision to protect Graham Potter and also Hendrik as big target I wait for your opinion guys here in the comments as always remember to like this video you
