Under S.B 01 and H.B 5003, you will be forced to pay 0.5% of your salary which will go into a fund, managed by the same people that destroyed the Special Transportation Fund. Union members will initially not have to contribute, while non-union residents will. If the fund goes bankrupt, you don't get a refund. The money then becomes property of the state.
