So I've been organizing the shop a lot lately,
and one of the things that I've wanted to build
for a really long time is a universal clamp rack.
This isn't really my design.
I've seen it in a bunch of shops over the years,
but I really like it a lot.
I think it works super well.
The nice thing about it is that all the clamps
fit in all the different slots.
So organizing and changing your collection
doesn't mean that you have to rebuild
the clamp rack every time.
Yeah, it's a super simple build.
It only took a couple hours,
so yeah, stick around and I'll show you how I made it.
So real quick, what I'm doing here is
I've got a inch and a half block
that I'm using as a spacer.
That makes sure that these are
in the same plane with one another.
I nail off this board on the back on the bottom,
and then I tip this up,
make sure this is square to here,
so we've got a nice parallel slot,
and then nail that corner off,
and then at the very end,
I come back, pry this one into square,
and nail that one off.

Thanks so much for watching,
and real quick, if you wanted the measurements,
it's four inches wide for each one of these.
It's an inch and a half slot,
and these side panels are all an eight inch square
with basically a corner lopped off of it.
I'll have more shop projects coming up soon.
I'm doing a lot of remodeling in the shop right now,
so yeah, stick around, hit subscribe,
and I'll catch you on the next one.
Thanks, bye.
