France vs Australia | 2022 FIFA World Cup Qatar | Fifa 16 mod 23 - Episode Full Gameplay

Welcome everybody, Alan Smith alongside me, Martin Tyler. Nice to have you along for the ride. First half, kicked off by France. Karim Benzema. France working the ball cleverly into a really promising position. Surely he's going to score here. Here's the chance. Oh that's a great goal and a great start. So after the goal we've opened the scoring here 1-0. He's played that nicely with a dink upfield. Great opportunity. Oh and he scores spectacularly. Now it's 2-0. He's in with a chance. He loves these situations. What a chance. Great resistance from the goalkeeper to a really well struck shot and that will be a corner. That's a corner that carried no threat at all. Brave defending by the player. Opportunity here. Wonderful finish. That's a good lead. Three goals to nil. Came in with a challenge and the ball broke free. Good movement off the ball. Karim Benzema. Here he is with a chance. The keeper really stretched and he's made a fine diving save. He's spotting it up now to take the corner. Well when the corner came in you thought maybe but it hasn't worked out that way. Clever change of direction there and that's the keeper's athleticism there to make that save. Now it's a corner. Well the defender panicking there. He just got the ball away. Saw it all the way the goalkeeper and it's comfortable in the end. Karim Benzema. Brilliant opening. Well he has a go. Well they've walked through the defence and they're scoring almost at will and the score now reads 4-0. Successful tackle. Well there's a lot of international pride out there despite it being a friendly match but everyone focused for the start of the second half here at Stamford Bridge and in he goes with the tackle. Play back to Lloris. They've got a great understanding this team. Just look at the passing. Well that's gone back to him. Great hands. He'll get some help from this player making a run. He's got space and the player's put it into his own net under pressure. Well the crowd's still buzzing. What a bizarre own goal here. Karim Benzema. How frustrating is this for the other team trying to get the touch of the ball. And here's the shot. Oh well reached by the keeper to turn it away. It's their corner. Two new players ready to come on and the corner. Well the least said about it the better. Close range shots and he takes the shot. Super stop by the goalkeeper and he's hung on to the ball as well. Right for the early minutes this has been a pretty one-sided affair and with only a short time to go I can't see anything changing now. He's reached it but I don't know how. Looking to take the corner quickly. We are going to see a substitution now. Chance for him. Goes for goal. Real concern for the defender. Just happy to get it away. Volleys at goal. That's a brilliant goal. Five one the score. Referee blows his final whistle and there is the confirmation on the scoreline of five one. Well one team's coming off looking pretty fresh. The other team exhausted. They've been chasing the game haven't they the whole time. Yeah they have and again they haven't enjoyed and they'll just want to hear the final whistle. Well the game's finished. It's been wonderful entertainment. I'm sure you've enjoyed it. I've certainly enjoyed describing it for you. Until the next time this is Martin Tyler saying goodbye.
