A Really Interesting Question I Heard The Other Day

Just the other day I was having a conversation with a middle aged woman who was saying that she was just so frustrated trying to lose weight.

She sent me several paragraphs detailing her struggle, at which point I paused and asked her: "Let me ask you this: what's the #1 question you have about weight loss?"

And she replied:

"Alex, why is weight loss so difficult?"
And you know what? I thought it was a fantastic question.

In today's video, I show you the one reason, the main, undeniable reason why weight loss (and being healthy) is so difficult.

So What do You Think? Agree? Disagree?

What are your thoughts on this?

I think this is the "oft-overlooked" secret sauce that virtually everyone fails to remember when they try to change their health. It's about changing your entire life, not just what you eat and how much you exercise. I wish it were that simple... but it's not!

To tack it on, there is a whole boatload of psychological barriers and limiting beliefs that hold us back too.

I tackle this in the free weight loss crash course, so if you haven't gone through it, snag it!
