Luka Doncic, who is best known as the young superstar basketball player for the Dallas Mavericks of the NBA and the Slovenian national team, has snagged some pretty luxurious real estate in the old Preston Hollow community of Dallas. In fact, at just 21 years of age, it appears he plans on being a Maverick for a long time after forking out $2.7 million for the home last November. The home was only on the market for 33 days before Luka snagged it. His new house is just down the street from his boss, Mavs owner Mark Cuban. Looks like he can't play hooky from work. This glamorous purchase features 5,000 square feet and boasts four bedrooms and six bathrooms and includes all the luxe amenities you'd expect out of an NBA stud, including floor to ceiling windows, state-of-the-art technology, a pool and a four-car garage. Ladies and gentlemen, this is a house tour you don't want to miss. Luka Doncic has already built quite the comfortable nest egg early in his career, guarding a net worth of $5 million. While it may not seem like much compared to NBA stars today, he's only 21 years of age and is in the middle of his first NBA contract, so essentially this number is expected to raise significantly. I mean, he was already named an NBA All-Star during his sophomore season. At such a young age, he has begun seeing endorsement deals pile up. Doncic was a sneaker-free agent before the start of the season, after his shoe deal with Nike expired. However, in December 2019, Luka Doncic signed a multi-year shoe deal with Air Jordan. So obviously you're a Jordan brand member, and I gotta ask you, is there anything special tonight that's gonna happen with the Jordan 35? While Luka's financials were not released, but you can guess the numbers are in the neighborhood of Zion. And these endorsement deals are well earned. Doncic made his international debut with the Slovenian national team at just 17 years of age. After getting drafted, he was selected unanimously to the NBA All-Rookie First Team and won Rookie of the Year for the 2018-19 season. He doubled down in his sophomore season by being selected to his first NBA All-Star game and named to the All-NBA First Team. So while the NBA career earnings and endorsement deals begin to pile up, one can only assume Luka will continue to expand his real estate portfolio. You're in and out one day, so it's good, but it's way different, you know, with no people here. I wish fans would be here. Guests lucky enough to visit are greeted to an entrance showcasing an open, inviting floor plan with an incredibly efficient use of space. The entrance connects to a dining room that features floor-to-ceiling windows and is connected to a living room decked out with lavish furnishings and sliding glass doors, which leads to the lavish backyard with pool and entertainment area. Lavish, lavish, lavish. In addition, the living room features a large flat screen television which soars over a cozy fireplace. Steps away from the living room is a home office decked out with lavish furnishings, an elegant fireplace, and stylish artwork in modern antiques with custom cabinets, shelves, sleek carpet, and an additional oversized window. This office is the perfect spot to get the brain working. We're willing to bet he signed an endorsement deal or two or three here. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, and a breakfast island perfectly centered in the room. In addition, the kitchen features custom cabinets, an oversized pantry, and breakfast area that comes complete with table and windows that feature charming views of the backyard. In fact, the majority of the living space is located downstairs and virtually every room features oversized windows which gives the room bright life and an airy and roomy ambiance.
