The Indian Dish Everyone Needs to Try

Hey, what is going on everybody today? I'm gonna introduce you to one of the best tasting food items in New York City So if you're ever in New York City or been living here and never had this before you got to try this out I'm talking about the kati roll and you have to get the kati roll at the briyani cart over on 6th Avenue and 46th Street Trust me best thing ever. Okay. I just ordered the kati roll. They have chicken or lamb and they're both awesome So I got a chicken and a lamb, but now I'm kind of like me thinking this. I think I need an extra lamb Yeah, yeah, I do I am so excited to eat this I'm starving I haven't had anything to eat all day and this thing is gonna taste amazing. Amazing. I mean, seriously, I mean He just asked me if I want a white sauce or hot sauce. You guys got to get both She's gotta get both. Look at that. Look how beautiful that is I think this is the first time I did a food video on my car So welcome to my car a place where I often experience culinary awesomeness. Okay, here we go guys We're gonna start off with the chicken. Check that out. The kati roll is a Indian street food There's some lettuce in here seasoned chicken And also I got white sauce and hot sauce smothered all over this The white sauce is kind of like a mayonnaise based sauce and the hot sauce is just hot sauce All right. Here we go. The chicken kati roll and it's wrapped up in this bread. It's not really like a naan bread It's much thinner than a naan. Let's give it a shot This is so amazing I can't even describe how amazing this is. The chicken is perfectly seasoned. It's not dry. The sauce is great. The white sauce, hot sauce I taste the spice in this bread. It's just amazing. It's much thinner than a naan. It's much chewier than the naan It's kind of like a Chinese luo bing Mmm, I actually don't like chicken, but this chicken kati roll is just amazing Only thing about this that might not be so good. It's probably not the best for you I mean just basically chicken covered in sauce and then a big piece of wrap That's why you work out, right? You work out so you can eat That's why I work out. And of course we're saving the best for last The lamb kati roll this guy's it's like It's like they make this in heaven That's how good this is perfect slices of lamb and this is in New York what we call gyro or Some places call it gyro. It's the meat they usually put on a spindle and grill that way So this is lamb. Look how good that is. There we go. The lamb kati roll The lamb is a little crusty where the roasting occurred so the outside is still a little crispy And the lamb has so much flavor. I don't know what they do to flavor the lamb It tastes like there's like 20,000 spices in the lamb It's like a fragrance lamb explosion in my mouth I'm so glad I bought two of these. You know, I got a confession to make I don't really like New York There's too many people they're not friendly traffic is bad rent is high What I do love though is I could get food like this almost any time I want and that makes up for a lot All right. That was an awesome meal, you know lamb and chicken go well together. They should make a dish called the chlam or Lambkin and it's smear white sauce hot sauce all over it and these rolls are pretty filling So don't try to eat three like I just did I'm kind of a freak of nature.
