Anyway, it won't be long to wait. Alright then, will you proceed to discuss why, in our humble opinion, João Mendes is going to succeed? Let's get going! The first reason is, of course, genes. Some say that nature takes a break in the genius' children, but this is not the case here. Everything about this lad actually captivates. His lightness, elegance, ingenuity, and many, many other epithets that can only describe the game of this unique Brazilian boy. We'll not dwell on this point for too long, because everyone understands what kind of diamond we see in the person of João Mendes. The amount of potential is enormous. What captivates us in João most is his modesty, focus, and indeed, life values. He is very young, though he is capable of making decisions that not every guy of his age will ever think about. Having a direct ticket pass to top football doors, João Mendes, the son of Ronaldinho, didn't use his main trump card. The fact that his father is not just anyone, but the great Ronaldinho himself. Can you imagine that? We are to remind you of the sensational story according to which a guy came to the trial in Cruzeiro and successfully passed it, without informing anyone who is his father. The boy decided to take his way to the football Olympus only thanks to his talent and colossal work in training sessions and games. Not to earn a contract with a name, but by hard work. One may think that a guy with such an attitude will go far, right? Ronaldinho's son surprised his fans on Instagram when during one of the holidays, which occurred on Friday, he posted a video from the gym. Holidays? Yes! Training up to date? Also! Come on! João wrote, delighting his followers on Instagram. Also, despite his young age, the guy is very religious, paying great attention to the love of God. And trust your concerns to the Lord and He will support you, writes Ronaldinho's son under one of his posts. Such a fellow is unlikely to allow himself getting weak and having nightclub sprees. That's not about him for sure. Hello, dad? In addition, João can give each of us some valuable advice. Be proud of your trajectory. The path is what matters most. He notes under one of his page videos. Be proud of each phase of your life. They are the ones that will lead you to your goal. Another piece of advice here. The work will show. How do you like that one? I can't let him down. Walk around with my guard up. And here's a new level of motivation from Mendes. Willpower. Ronaldinho's kid believes that only with the help of work and willpower he is able to climb to the top of professional football. And we assume that he's on the right path to success. In April 2019, João Mendes signed his first professional contract of his life. And not just a contract for a year, one and a half or two, but for six years. Cruzeiro highly appreciated the talent of Ronaldinho's offspring and this is definitely a great indicator. The club's management believes in the player's potential and is confident of him helping the club in the near future. Cruzeiro is considered among the best football projects in Brazil and one of the most titled clubs in the country. To get into such a team thanks to your skills, not your name only, is a great achievement. Moreover, getting a contract for six years is also a huge success, showing how much they believe in the youngster and how highly the management of the club appreciated his talent. Lately, most of all we have been impressed by the physical development of the kid. Or, let's better say, a man. He has gained a decent amount of muscles in his body and he is far from a weak lad we showed you. Just have a look at how he is doing. Now that is a confident look of a real football killer. Just take a look at these muscles. Whatever one says, the guy significantly improved and this shocked not only us, but the whole football community too. Almost 20,000 likes under the photo. Indeed, a spectacular Instagram result for a 16-year-old teenager. And how about these? Again, this is a look of a confident football macho, capable of conquering any opponent. These beach football photos also show how greatly shaped the boy is. Keep going João Mendes, keep going! Give this video a like if you respect Ronaldinho's son for his commitment to top physique. At home, the boy has an excellent image within the media. The Brazilian publishers speak volumes of João's football skills, praise his humility and dedication and hope that the country, rich in football talent, is soon to get another extra-quality gem in Mendes. Besides, almost all the world's media had a say about the young performer from Cruzeiro. To deserve such an attention in a positive way is a tastement of a colossal football talent, don't you agree? Another significant moment in the kid's story. We are talking about the top clubs interested in him. Let us tell you the following. The PSG Brazilian Academy, Parisians have several of these around the world, invited 13-year-old João to the trial. The guy arrived and tore everyone apart with his game. At the beginning of the tournament, the guys were divided into teams, and João's squad reached the final with the youngster leading the scorer's race with 8 accurate shots. João performed so well, a video of his goals appeared even on PSG's fan Twitter account, where the striker elegantly kicks the ball into the net and then sends a kiss to the camera. Looks familiar, doesn't it? João is phenomenal, we actually wanted to sign him, recalls PSG Academy coach Ricardo Gonçalves. However, João surprised everyone by rejecting PSG. Cruzeiro agreed to accept him into the academy and the guy decided that this option was better for his ambitions. Amazing story, isn't it? Rejecting PSG and choosing Cruzeiro instead. It seems that the guy knows what he wants and how he wants to climb to the top. No doubt that at least his father's former clubs are lining up for João. PSG, Barcelona, Milan, Flamengo, Atletico Mineiro and others. For a final thought, we have a strong desire to surpass his father's achievements. Why not then? Ronaldinho is undoubtedly one of the greatest footballers in history, but he could have achieved so much more if not for his addiction to the party life. João has already managed to surprise us with his maturity as for a 16-year-old boy and it seems that he will be able not to repeat his father's mistakes. What's more, the motivation to exceed him someday will always push the kid beyond his limits. We are sure that João Mendes is going to continue to deserve our attention and very soon we are about to see his debut in professional football. Hopefully, we will witness a breakthrough of a great new phenomenal talent in football.
