Hey guys, welcome back to my channel.
In today's video, as you can see from the title,
I'm going to be doing a luxury haul unboxing trial.
Similar to the ones I've been doing now in the past
because that is what this channel has turned into.
A haphazard mess of luxury and vlogs
and some other stuff in the mix.
But today, I haven't really been doing hauls
from like one place because I'm the kind of person
that likes to buy stuff from different places.
So today's haul is firstly going to feature
one of my favorite online retailers, Luisa Villaroma.
This is not a sponsored video.
I just really love their stock.
I think their buyers are probably some of the best.
And they really cater to an array of people.
It's not just like Net-A-Porter where you can just tell
they cater for a specific audience.
Luisa Villaroma has some pretty insane ----.
I actually forgot what I bought.
So today,
watch this be like one thing.
Box is so small.
Oh, two things.
Oh, oh, oh no.
Okay, so basically I purchased a pair of trousers
which I was literally, I'm not joking,
dying to get my hands on.
But I really couldn't justify paying 2,000 something pounds
for a pair of trousers until I got a 20% discount
notification from Luisa Villaroma.
These trousers were 20% off.
And I was like, not gonna say no.
There was like no way in hell.
But the only issue there was,
my friends have these trousers.
So when I went to my friend and I told her,
I was like, oh my God, babe, I got the trousers.
She goes, oh, we can twin.
I was like, wait, what size are yours?
She was like, oh, they're 27.
And I was like, oh, I got 28.
And she's like a lot taller than I am.
And I was like, oh wait, this is not gonna work.
The only options of sizes they had were 24, 28, or like 40.
And I was like, well, obviously 40 is like way too big.
Although on the site, they said they fit small.
I was like, okay, I'm not gonna push it
and be like, yeah, I'm a 24.
Because realistically, I'm pretty chunky.
Like it's not gonna work.
But I should have realized that.
Let me just talk to you about the trousers.
These beautiful trousers.
They are 100% lambskin.
So they are completely leather.
Oh my God, they look cute.
No, these are huge.
These are not gonna fit.
Oh, I'm so annoyed.
They are the stretch lace unravel pants.
If you guys have seen them, you guys know how special these are.
Literally everyone has been dying to get their hands on these
because they are so special.
But she has a 27.
She's taller than me.
There's no way in hell these are gonna fit.
So I realized I need to get a 24.
So I'm gonna try these on now
and just show you guys that these are way too big.
And hopefully I'll be able to exchange them for the 24.
I doubt I'll be able to get them on sale.
But like, if these look cute on,
then I'm just gonna, I really don't care at this point.
I'm just gonna hate to pay for them.
Which is as much as a bag.
But if you think about it, I really love leather pants.
Like I wear my Topshop ones religiously
and I think they're so cute.
But the great thing about these
is that they aren't just an ordinary pair of leather pants.
They have these amazing lace-up details.
Okay, and then I bought another pair of Alexander Wang tights
because I loved the pair that I currently own.
And they haven't ripped so far.
So I was like, okay, cute quality, this will work for me.
These ones, I got these for 20% off as well.
They are just the plain black tights
which have wang over, like hang over,
but wang over down the side of one leg.
So this will be cute to wear.
Ew, it stinks, but I don't mind.
The one thing I love about designer stuff
in comparison to like high street stuff that I buy
is that the smell is not a factory smell.
Like you don't get that disgusting chemically,
like that gross smell that factory stuff,
like mass-produced stuff has.
I also watched a documentary recently on fast fashion.
No shade, but like people that think I'm bad
for eating meat and wearing fur,
if you wear fast fashion,
you're also damaging the environment
just as badly, if not worse,
because, wow, you guys just need to see that documentary.
Okay, I'm so annoyed,
but I'm gonna try and put these on anyways.
There's no way in hell I can get these tailored.
No, I really don't think I can get these.
I'm just gonna have to switch them.
I don't think they're gonna fit.
Ooh, they're cold.
They're really cold.
They fit, obviously, but like,
nevermind, they don't actually fit.
They are long.
They are not the kind of fit I was after.
I definitely wanted the skinny fit,
and I realize now the skinny fit,
like the smaller size would have been fine
because these are just panels held together with string,
which is obviously adjustable.
I do want that look where it's like,
obviously I want skin to show
because otherwise there's no point in these,
but like, oh my God.
Guys, these are so cool.
They're just really, I think if they were my size,
oh my God, they're so long.
I might have to get them cut,
but there's no way I can get these altered
because this is just too much.
Cute though.
I'm so annoyed.
I usually do this though.
I buy sizes way too small for me,
and then I realize, oh, I'm not a skinny bitch.
I need to just like reevaluate my life and stop.
Anyways, whatever.
It's not that big of a deal.
I can just, I don't actually know how to return stuff,
which is why I might seem like I'm overreacting.
Like I don't, if you follow my channel,
like you know I'm really bad with returns.
So I'm probably just gonna give it to someone to do.
Oh wait, I've got no lipstick on.
Hey guys, welcome back to my channel.
In today's video, oh no, wait.
I'm pretty sure this is a continuation of another haul.
What did I just unbox?
Oh, R.I.P. my Unravel trousers.
They actually sold out of my size,
so I couldn't get them from Luisa Viaroma.
I did actually give them back.
I'm really gutted.
I'm gonna have to find them again somewhere on sale
because I'm not paying 2,000 something pounds for them.
If I don't get at least 20% off.
But anyways, okay, so today we're gonna start off,
well, well yeah, today we're starting off
with not one, two, no, three Cartier unboxings.
Yeah, three.
And obviously as you guys know,
in my recent luxury haul,
I purchased the very slim, cheap,
well, the most affordable love ring available.
What Cartier have recently started doing
is producing their most iconic pieces,
so stuff like the rings and the nails in thinner styles.
So the weight of the gold is a lot less
and obviously it means it's cheaper.
So they're now enabling us mere mortals
that can't afford to spend extortionate amounts
on their beautiful diamond jewelry
to purchase the most accessible items
and still have a piece of the brand,
which I think is really great.
Okay, if you can't afford to buy
something really lovely from Cartier,
you can still save up and buy a 900 pound ring,
which is really not bad for something that's Cartier.
I mean, the whole in-store experience as well is amazing.
Cartier is probably one of my favorite luxury stores
to shop at because they aren't absolute assholes
when you go to the store.
Even if you are just looking,
they don't look down on you and judge you.
I don't know if this is anywhere else,
but in Dubai and London,
I've never had an issue where I felt inferior
at a Cartier store for not purchasing something
or I felt like very uncomfortable in a situation
because I feel like a majority of the time
when you walk into a luxury store,
which is one of the things
which really put me off buying stuff in-store
is the way the sales assistants are.
Either they're literally this close to you on your ass
or they're just like watching you.
They don't wanna help you
because they think that you're not gonna buy stuff.
And it's like, you're making me wanna drop bags
just to piss you off,
but I also don't wanna give you this commission.
So I'm just gonna walk out of here
because I'm never gonna see you again.
I actually don't care what you think of me anymore.
So yeah, basically, unless that's just me.
Anyway, so I bought this Cartier ring.
This was one of my, this was my personal first purchase.
I was given a love bracelet,
but something tragic really happened to that a few years ago.
And I also had a nail ring.
I had the, I don't wanna actually,
just an clue.
The just, the nail, okay?
The nail.
We know what we're talking about, the nail.
I had the nail in rose gold.
I don't know if you guys remember.
If you've been following me for a while,
scroll down on Instagram, you'll see.
I had the rose gold nail and I was an ungrateful child.
I didn't understand the value of this nail, okay?
So I sold it to buy shoes, basically.
And part of it went into buying this Chanel bag.
Okay, I was just, now that I look back,
I'm like, what the actual, my parents were really upset.
They were like, you're stupid.
But you know what?
You're gonna live and learn.
You do that, go ahead.
I was more of a quantity over quality
kind of girl back then.
But now I am definitely more of a
quality over quantity kind of girl,
which is why I don't shop as much as I used to.
We're gonna start off with the second item
that I purchased at Heathrow.
As you guys know, I did mention I purchased two rings.
This is the other ring.
This is really special to me.
I was really excited that I got this
because this is what I really wanted.
Ta-da!
It is the nail ring in yellow gold.
Guys, I am so happy.
Well, obviously these two look really stupid together.
As I mentioned, I'm trying to build my collection
of Cartier jewelry because I just love
lots of gold jewelry and accessories.
I just want a massive arm party.
But I also don't want a massive stack of love bangles.
A, because I can't afford it right now,
and B, because I think I'm just getting
a bit too old to be that bitch.
I picked up the ring.
This is just the plain yellow gold ring.
It's the normal one.
They do actually have a thinner size,
which is obviously cheaper,
but they didn't have my size in that,
and I also felt like the thicker one was more me.
And yeah, so that's why I purchased this one.
I can wear it on this finger.
I can also wear it on my thumb,
and I can also wear it on my middle finger,
which is amazing.
It literally goes on all fingers.
And then I put my double eternity bands,
my diamond eternity bands on this finger.
So that's my finger party on this hand for now
until I get some cooler ----.
I'm also contemplating getting a smaller size
of a love ring so I can wear it as like a midi ring,
but I'm scared at the same time
that it might just fly off because I'm that person.
I'll be dancing and having a good time,
and all of a sudden it'll just fly off,
and I'll be like, oh.
So my camera battery's flashing,
and I'm getting really annoyed.
But anyway, so whilst I was in Heathrow,
I was just looking at the rings,
and I really wasn't expecting to get much more,
but then I did something naughty,
and he pulled out an item that I really wanted.
It was a little bit out of my budget,
but it wasn't gonna break the bank.
So I was like, you know, I don't know.
I very rarely make impulse purchases nowadays
because I like to think about stuff
because I have a future I need to pay for.
I mean, I'm 23, let's be honest.
I'm not leaving my parents' house
until I actually get married,
and I don't exactly have rent to pay.
Anyways, so I was a bit naughty.
It wasn't the first item I wanted.
Like, as I said, it was a little tiny bit out of my budget,
but I just couldn't say no
because it is so, it's so beautiful.
So I actually picked up the nail,
I don't know if you guys can see,
in yellow gold with diamonds.
Now, this isn't fully iced out,
but it has ice around the little head of the nail
as well as the tip of the little point.
And again, this is yellow gold.
It is a really cute bangle.
And basically, how you open these is a little tricky,
but you have to push down
and just pull them open like this.
And I, my camera battery's flashing.
I'm getting really annoyed.
It's really frustrating me.
I am obsessed.
So here's my little, this is my stack.
It's just the Cartier watch and the bangle,
but it looks, actually, no,
I don't like the placement of that.
Initially, I was literally just gonna go
get these two rings, but then I was like,
you know what, this is a really cute,
this is a really cute bangle.
I can't say no to it.
And like, how can you say no to something
if it's cheaper than it actually is?
Like, I wasn't sure when the next time
I'd be through Heathrow was,
and I wasn't gonna wait like three months
because I probably would have spent the money
on something else like food.
So, you know what, for me, it was a good investment,
and I'm happy.
I think it looks great on my wrist with my new stack.
So currently, this was my situation.
One nail, two diamond rings, one love ring,
one other nail bangle.
Also, Elise has this in rose gold with diamonds,
and she got that for her graduation,
so she didn't exactly have to pay for it,
and I got really frustrated.
I was like, why don't I get anything?
My mom's like, well, if you work for it, you can get it.
So basically, I was like, there's no chance in hell
I'm going to university.
Don't try it, Mona.
So I just decided to buy it for myself because why not?
Treating yourself is honestly the best feeling
until you have to look at your bank statement and cry.
I wasn't crying for too long because then
I went to the Cartier store with my parents,
and when I got back to Dubai, as you guys can see,
maybe I could go get the thicker band of this
because it was a bit of an adrenaline rush,
and it would be so nice in the store,
and I was like, you know what?
I've just bought three things.
Maybe we need to calm down.
Tried on a few rings.
I looked at the clash, and I was like,
I don't have the budget to spend on another bangle,
but I really do want another ring
to just balance out this hand.
So then I picked up another ring,
and this was actually a present from my dad.
I was like, please, it's so cheap.
Just please, just one.
And he was like, okay, fine.
Right.
So I got another thin one.
It wasn't a thick one.
There was no pushing his limit.
Like, he'd already bought me a nice laptop,
so I was like, you know what, fine.
And this is, again, in yellow gold
because I personally only like yellow gold.
And this time, I decided I wasn't gonna get one
on this finger because it just looked kind of weird,
but this is the 52, the same size as this one,
but it doesn't feel as good on this finger.
It's a bit tight.
Just don't lick my nails.
It'll fall.
So I basically got another love ring
to just kind of build up this one,
and it just makes it look a bit thicker.
And I look at them,
and I've been wearing my first one for a while,
and it just looks so, like, old.
I don't take it off.
It's been on my finger for so long.
But this is my current situation when it comes to rings.
I do have another gold ring that I wear.
I don't actually know where it currently is,
but I'm really happy with my stack.
Like, if I don't wear these,
I'll just put this on and have, like,
my Hermes CDC or my Hermes cuff.
But I definitely wanna get some more items,
well, my first ever item from Van Cleef.
I wanna get the little sweetie bracelet
or maybe another Cartier, the charity bracelet,
or maybe the Louis Vuitton one.
Actually, no.
The Louis Vuitton charity bracelets,
I think that's for UNICEF,
they don't come in gold locks.
They only have silver locks, and I just don't like that.
So as you guys can see, I like yellow gold.
So currently I'm only wearing yellow gold,
and I'm so grateful to my dad
for getting me this Cartier Ballon Bleu in mixed metals.
Initially I was really upset about that.
I'm sure you guys know this
because I've talked about it so often,
but I really didn't like mixing golds.
But I'm okay with it because my diamond tennis bracelet
is basically in white gold, so it kinda goes well.
I'm just really happy with my stack.
I really worked hard to buy my own,
and even though I'm really upset
about the fact that I actually sold
my initial rose gold nail bracelet
to buy a bloody bag and a few pairs of shoes,
I'm glad I was able to save up
and actually buy my own one with diamonds
for a great price at Heathrow.
And they also gave me a cleaning set for my jewelry.
I'm really happy.
Let me know what you guys think of my items,
and if you are considering purchasing
your first ever Cartier item,
what are you guys after?
I do really wanna get a piece from the Clash collection.
Potentially a ring, but more or less,
I'm thinking more a bracelet to put on this,
to just have it on this one,
because I feel like this arm is now bare.
And I don't wanna put two nails on.
Yeah, I'll just quit.
Hey guys, welcome back to my channel.
In today's video, I am gonna be doing two unboxings,
but you're only gonna see one.
But I'll probably be wearing the same outfit
in another one.
I'm basically doing part of my high street haul,
as well as my new luxury haul.
Today's actually my last day in Dubai.
I'm leaving tomorrow.
Basically unboxed two new items,
which I got online.
And then, I think a week ago,
I unboxed my Revolve items,
but strangely, I can't find that footage.
And I can't even find the footage
of my unboxing video I did today.
I don't know if it didn't film, or what happened,
but I was literally scouring my entire hard drive,
and I was like, where is this Revolve footage?
It was basically me just unboxing the items.
But today's unboxing came in this package.
Like, I still have all the packaging inside,
but my maid actually hung up
and like, took out the stuff.
Like, she chucked this in the bin,
but I just wanted to show you guys,
I still have the packaging.
Like, it was an unboxing.
I think first, I'm gonna do the luxury unboxing,
and then I'll just cut this video
and do the high street Revolve part.
But I'm gonna start off
with the most exciting item that I got.
It is, in fact, from Balmain, so she's hung it up.
So she's hung it up because I actually wanted to pack this,
but then I decided I wanted to wear it.
It is a really gorgeous khaki jacket,
and it's got like, it's almost like double-breasted,
but it's actually a really nice casual jacket.
So it's got this zip down the front,
and these really large lapels,
which just kind of cross over.
And it's got these classic Balmain detailing,
the elbow patches, the quilting detail.
When I saw this in store, I was like, wow.
I tried it on first, and I loved it.
Then I was like, do I really wanna spend this money
on another khaki jacket when I literally just bought my,
I think it was from Philip Lim.
I was gonna say Sandro, but it was Philip Lim.
The Philip Lim one.
But then I tried it on, and I was like, you know what?
They're both completely different styles.
This is more of like a structured,
military kind of style one,
whereas that's more of like a casual look.
And this also has really nice
buckle detailing on the sleeves.
I think this is gonna be one of my favorite jackets to wear.
And this color, particularly,
is one of my favorites right now,
as I'm sure you guys have guessed.
I just love khaki.
It goes with so much.
And I've been looking for a casual jacket
like this for so long.
I really do wish it came in black.
I probably would've picked up both.
But I've got my eyes on another
black Balmain jacket blazer.
Let's see.
I personally love to invest in outerwear
because I feel like you can wear any boring outfit,
but if you have a really, really attractive
piece of outerwear, it can instantly change up
a really simple, dead outfit.
Next, I purchased something from Gucci.
Now, I'm kind of phasing out on my Gucci phase,
if that makes sense.
But I thought, you know, summer is coming.
This would be a good time to invest
in some cute headpieces.
Now, this is not a cap.
Initially, I was like, this is really not me.
But then, I fell in love.
It is the shiny Gucci headband.
I saw one of my friends wearing these,
and I was like, you know what?
You've sold me, bitch.
I need it.
This gives me serious summer vibes.
I have yet to experiment with how I'll wear this.
It kind of looks like a turban, front on.
But from the side,
but from the side, I like it.
I wanna see what it looks like
with all my hair pushed back.
I don't know how I'm gonna wear this, to be honest.
I didn't really experiment with it.
But this was one of the nicest ones they had.
It wasn't too big.
Because recently, Gucci have done some really big ones.
Reattach.
I low-key look like someone's au pair.
Someone's bougie au pair.
And this is really irritating.
Actually, it's not too bad.
I could use this when I'm doing my makeup.
I was thinking this would look cute
when you had greasy hair,
but I'm thinking probably not,
because your hair still shows.
But it's cute.
I like to wear tacky things,
because I'm still young,
and I feel like I can get away with it.
I'm also small, so I look younger than I am.
Unless that's just me and my head,
because a lot of people think I look like I'm 40.
Personally, I don't see it.
I feel like there's 13-year-olds that look older than me.
But, you know, each to their own.
Those are the two things I've recently bought,
luxury-wise.
And yeah, I think I'm gonna end this video here,
because I'm just gonna include it into the Cartier video,
and just end this video here,
because I'm not doing any more shopping.
No chance.
Not yet.
Let me get to London.
Let me get to the airport first.
Thank you guys so much for watching.
I hope you enjoyed this video.
And stay tuned on my Instagram for pictures,
and outfit inspo for my new items that I purchased.
And obviously, it's been a few days on,
and I'm still wearing, like, I haven't taken off my jewelry.
I'm so happy with it.
See you guys in my next video.
