Let's get into this video.
Tiger Woods used to own a mansion in Orlando, Florida with his then wife Ellen Nordegren.
Woods and his former wife lived in the quiet Ileworth gated community in Windermere until
their divorce in 2010, which led Woods to list the home for $5.6 million.
The large two-story home is 8,000 square feet in size and contains 7 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms,
a game room, home theater, private dock and a swimming pool.
Additionally, Woods is also said to own a golf villa property on Lake Louie, which is
also part of the Butler chain of lakes in Ileworth.
The villa is 2,096 square feet and contains 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
This was sold in 2013 for $2.2 million to fellow professional golfer Bubba Watson.
The home was the site of Woods' infamous 2009 car crash.
The golfer crashed his car into a fire hydrant in front of his Windermere home just days
after reports of his cheating scandal went public.
I am deeply sorry for my irresponsible and selfish behavior I engaged in.
The home includes a movie theater, 7 bedrooms, a wet bar, a two-story patio and a guest house.
In 2013, Watson listed the home for $5.6 million.
It sold for $4.2 million in 2016.
Tiger Woods also owned a luxurious mansion in the Bahamas, reportedly invested $100 million
for the construction of the ultimate tropical resident resort in Nassau.
Named the Albany, this super-exclusive gated development sits on 565 acres of land and
includes a 71 berth marina, 350 properties and a water park designed for the kiddies,
an equestrian center, a spa and a championship golf course.
In addition to his initial investment, Woods along with other fellow investors Ernie Ells
and Joe Louis have also thrown down over $3 million more to acquire their own paradise.
Shortly before the couple divorced, Woods and then-wife Nordegren purchased a luxury
62-acre private island in Lake Malloran, Sweden, just an hour away from the Swedish capital
of Stockholm.
The golfer's former island paradise featured a private ferry boat for trips to and from
the mainland, a protected quay, a super-secluded villa, horse stables, a hot tub, a hunting
lodge, six tee-off areas and even a landing strip for a small aircraft.
It was listed for $7.1 million, although it's unclear how much it was sold for.
In addition to islands secluded from the outside world, its breathtaking scenery, the land
also possesses a great deal of historical value.
According to the New York Post, the location was home to a Viking stronghold during the
11th century.
Finally, in 2009, photos leaked of what was reportedly known as Tiger Woods' new Hawaiian
beachfront paradise, called the Jewel of Maui.
However, it claims that the athlete had purchased this property and were later proven to be
false.
Despite this, there are still many rumors that Woods owns a property somewhere in Maui,
but there's currently not enough concrete evidence to confirm this.
But Woods hasn't only purchased real estate for himself.
In 2007, Woods reportedly bought his mother two plots of land in Jupiter, Florida for
around $2.4 million.
Public records also show that in 2010, another home in Windermere, Florida was listed under
both Tiger Woods and his father's name.
It was assessed at $1.31 million.
Since his split with wife Ellen Nordegren, Woods has been calling a huge property the
former couple purchased for $40 million on Jupiter Island Home.
In 2006, the sale price of $40 million was the highest to that point in Jupiter Island.
The original 9,000-square-foot Florida mansion was torn down and a new, even larger house
was built in its place on the 12-acre property.
The end result is a massive $54 million mega-mansion that's approximately 9,700 square feet and
includes four additional neighboring buildings, a golf studio, a guest house, garage, and
boathouse near the two private docks that accommodate Woods' 47-meter yacht.
The main house features a 6,400-square-foot building, acts as a multimedia room, a home
theater, a fully decked-out gym, an oxygen therapy room, and an elevator.
Additionally, there is also a 3,300-square-foot living area, which features a basement, recreation
room, a wine cellar, three-bedroom suites in addition to Woods' master bedroom, and
an elegant glass-covered walkway that connects the two structures.
As for outdoor activities, the property includes a tennis court, basketball court combo, a
huge 100-foot swimming pool, a backyard practice facility, and a spa.
The house sits back a bit from intracoastal Waterwick, with much of the yard given over
to a four-hole practice golf course with six bunkers and water body.
Woods on the edge of the greens.
The golf practice facility was first described by Florida luxury realtor, golf property expert
Kerry Lichtenstein as very good.
Kerry claims that Jupiter Island homes include some of the most expensive estates in the
United States, as prices range from the low $2 million for an inexpensive teardown lot
to $65 million.
Other celebrity beach house properties near Woods' Jupiter Island house include Bill
Gates, Celine Dion, and Grey Norman.
A separate guest house and a detached garage are also on the property.
According to reports, Tiger Woods' yacht can be docked on the intracoastal side of
the house if he chooses.
It gives possibilities to go for a longer trip without worrying traffic on the roads.
Woods moved into the home in 2011, but in 2013, trouble with the home arose.
Multiple news accounts reported that the Jupiter Island house was sinking.
Foundation problems are not uncommon with Florida's soil conditions, and they affect
even the super wealthy.
Woods reportedly started noticing cracks in walls and doors that became sticky as door
frames shifted.
He called in engineers who recommended driving deep pilings beneath the house to stabilize
it.
Alright, and that's it for Tiger Woods and where he calls home.

level.
