Gorgeous With House With Queen Bed Downstairs

Hey, Jerry Terry, Decathlon. We're on the outside. So looking through the house, you have, uh, once you come in, this is an out swing door, okay, so it's not going to take up any space here. Uh, coming through this way, uh, you have your fridge, uh, with a, uh, cabinet over top. Attached to this and locked on here is the ladder, you have a, uh, five and a half, uh, by seven foot three inch, uh, storage box up there. Uh, this is the kitchenette area. Uh, it does have a full microwave, a two burner, uh, cooktop, uh, a nice deep, nice deep basin sink here, nice white deep basin sink with a sealed, uh, countertop, uh, a couple of nice shelves up over the kitchen here. Uh, next to the kitchen is the living area. You can fit a full six foot couch here, so a nice size couch, and you'll notice both sides of the living space have a very, very large four by three and a half foot slider windows. And also in the living space, if you need, uh, anytime you need, uh, you know, computer desk or a little more counter space in the kitchen, we have the pop-up bar. One thing about the pop-up bar we thought was important is that you can still, uh, enter and exit, you know, into the, into the bedroom, uh, with it being up. Uh, and when you don't want this in use, all you have to do is just pop it right down, and it's out of your way. So through this way, we have the bathroom. We left the bathroom very open. Uh, we wanted to feel very spacious in here, uh, so we have two, uh, symmetrical windows, uh, one on each side, uh, so it's very, very open and nice through here. This is a full 36 by 36 inch shower, okay, with a full flush toilet, a very nice toilet, uh, and then this is the, this does come with the combo unit, uh, washer and dryer here, okay. Under here is the water heater. It's a 30 gallon water heater, uh, so we built a cabinet around that with a nice towel holder, and you'll notice the, the wonderful vanity area. Uh, none of those, you know, little tiny sinks in here. This is a very nice vanity. You can actually do whatever you need to in the bathroom, plenty of room for store, uh, toothbrushes and things like this. Uh, we just covered up the electric panel with a nice little cabinet there, and then finally, and, uh, kind of one of the nicest features is the wonderful bathroom. So we have, uh, it is a private bedroom, so we have a barn door that's going to open and close on its own for you, and then coming this way, uh, this is a super comfortable, very private, uh, bedroom. Uh, this platform is a clean mattress, so a clean mattress will go here. You'll notice your HVAC is on the wall, and then we really outfitted your bedroom, you know, with plenty of storage, two gigantic drawers under the bed, and a full wardrobe ready to go, okay, here, and, uh, then, uh, if you need a little privacy in your bedroom, you have a door.
